Elegí este hotel por su ubicación, a solo unos minutos al sur de la estación de Changchun. La decoración transmite una sensación de grandeza un poco descuidada, pero a veces eso forma parte del encanto, ¿verdad? Todas las instalaciones y el desayuno estaban bien para este precio. Su principal atractivo es la proximidad a la estación de tren.

The front desk staff were especially polite, accommodating and thoughtful. They carried an elegant demeanour and exuded warmth in performing their duties. The carpet lining of rooms could be better maintained but the bathroom and bedding were spotless and clean.

The hotel is nice and to Changbaishan visitors centre is close by. The town to main street if walk takes about 20mins so better to get hotel shuttle service to drive around. The good thing about this hotel is that can arrange train station pick up and return but the arrangement is very troublesome. You need to have WeiXin and arrange 1 day before. The department that in charge for this service respond a little slow. Check in hotel process is smooth. Breakfast spread is ok. The driver that came to pick us was great and patients. We even engaged him to drive us to Yanbian for day trip where the national Park was close due to bad weather. Overall stay was good.

The room in this hotel is the biggest room we have stayed in the trip in Northeast of China. The hotel is elegant. . The large room is equipped with modern lighting and electric curtain and also includes nice tea set. Breakfast is vast with many varieties of choices in the nice Japanese style restaurant. There is a concierge lady who helped guests arranging trip too. She is very friendly and supportive . What we like most is the ample space in the room that make us feel very comfortable. You can sip nice tea and be relaxed during the stay. We felt a bit sorry that we had only one day staying here because we really like this hotel. Even we stayed in Jilin only one day, we felt this hotel is very good hotel, and valued for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to all travellers who come to Jilin.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la estación de trenes de Changchun. La habitación era limpia y espaciosa y equipada con bebidas, toallas, ropa y pantalones. El calor era muy alto, pero no pude averiguar cómo bajarlo. El sistema de iluminación era un poco confuso. No había ventana, pero eso se mencionó en la lista. El desayuno era muy bueno. En general, una estancia decente y un buen valor para el precio.

Hotel is surrounded by many shopping centres snd eareries. The washing machines are fast and efficient and you can monitor availability of machines from the TV in your room. We love the supper provided. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel is comfortable, the stuff is friendly and the breakfast is simple but good. The air conditioning works great. The bathroom is very spacious. There are rooms without windows, so chose wisely. the room is quiet, which is perfect for business travelers. The hotel is not very busy, which is also good for who is staying only for business in town. There is a laundry room free to use. The cleanliness of the common spaces could be better. In the elevator and in the hall the floor is not very clean. For the foreign visitors: the stuff does not speak english, but they are okay with using translation apps to help you if needed. The entrance is a very busy street, so the parking is difficult. There are some stairs to get to the lobby, so it can be a little hard if you have heavy luggage.

非常好的一次入住體驗。酒店地理位置好，周邊很多飯館，還有超市和加油站；房間大小合適，放個大行李箱和雪具包不顯侷促；衞生間儘管面積不大，但佈局合理，洗手、洗澡、化粧都很方便；床品乾淨舒適。最值得一提的是服務：無論是前台還是餐廳，甚至負責停車場的員工，都特別熱情周到，樂於助人。有天早餐，一個八九歲的小姑娘取餐時手中的盤子掉在地上摔碎了。小姑娘不知所措，餐廳服務人員趕緊過來安慰她，收拾地上的碎片和食物，關心地問她有沒有傷到。小姑娘父親説：我們賠盤子吧。服務人員説：不用，孩子沒事兒就好。我們有個雪具包約了順豐來取，由於雪具包太長衹能放在快遞車車頂。我看到酒店停車場工作人員主動幫快遞小哥把十多公斤重的雪具包放到車頂固定好。我們入住時前台工作人員耐心地幫我們協調房間，幫我們搬行李到房間，還贈送了温熱的牛奶和糖葫蘆。牛奶正好配房間裏的掛耳咖啡，糖葫蘆也特別好吃。入住期間我們換過房，要過水，還要求了延遲退房，前台服務人員總是熱情接待，滿足這些需求。總之，很值得推薦的酒店。（去松花湖滑雪，住這裏性價比高，半小時車程就到雪場了）
