A 15 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Taichung, al lado de una calle muy transitada, algunas habitaciones pueden ser ruidosas. cama y almohada confort. La habitación está limpia y es espaciosa, el baño con ducha y el inodoro están bien, pero son un poco pequeños y tienen moho. TV, hervidor de agua y artículos de tocador. echa un vistazo a la máquina easy wo. El check-in es un poco problemático si no hay servicios de mostrador, asegúrese de registrarse durante su horario laboral.

La ubicación está bastante cerca del aeropuerto, pero el sonido de las motos abajo es constante desde la mañana hasta la noche, las ventanas de la casa están muy mal aisladas, la decoración también es muy antigua y las condiciones sanitarias son normales. la cama que no es mía, pero el servicio es bueno y brindado. Desayuno gratis. Sólo puedo decir que es rentable.

Hay pisos 5 y 8. Esta vez me quedé en el piso 8. El aislamiento acústico es un inconveniente, escuché ruidos de saltos desde el momento en que me registré hasta que me fui. Todo lo demás bien, la ubicación es excelente. Al realizar el check out, evita las 11 en punto y espera el ascensor... El personal del mostrador es muy amable 👍

This trip my family was happy when we returned from Kinmen to Taipei found the room were much bigger then the first night we stay. On the 22nd Nov is much smaller. Quite surprised we been staying this hotel many times if provide amenities like tooth paste. We check with front desk they told us stop supplying to guest I told them can charge to my room but we will told to go and get my own.

Hotel is quite good and clean. But there is not more than just a room. No gym, no breakfast, no pool… Fortunately there are a lot of street kitchens nearby. The non Japanese rooms have a bit cold atmosphere.

the check-in process was efficient and seamless and the lady at the front desk introduced the facilities well! i love the social space on the first floor of the room that gave travellers the opportunity to bond with one another! the facilities were also really clean, and i had a really comfortable shower and sleep during my night there! would love to be back if i'm ever travelling taipei again :D

It is the first time we are staying at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch II and it is conveniently located nearby the Taipei Main Station and Bus Station. On the first day when check in, we receive warm and genuine greetings from the service staff stationed at the reception counter. My friends and I were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff (led by Lilian and her team mates Nancy and Aria) who provided as a insightful introduction to the premises and amenities available in the hotel. They helped to look after our luggage before the check in timing at 3pm and recommended us to some of the popular food spots around the vicinity. Afterwhich, we collected the room cards from them timely at check in counter without any delay. The room was sparkling clean and room amenities were all avaliable for us. There were also a self service pantry area where you can choose your drinks (coffee or tea and water dispenser) and light snacks such as biscuits and bowl noodles (after 10pm) were provided free of charge. Kitchen utensils as well as Freezer, Microwave and Oven were also made available for in house guest to use 24/7. We were also delighted to know that there is a on-site laundry room where we can wash our laundry which is especially user friendly and helpful as we were on a long trip with soiled clothings. They even provided both the washing machines and dryers as well as the detergent powder. It was so convenient and homely for our 3 days 2 nights at the hotel. Special shout out to Debby (night shift staff) who advised us on the aircon issue we had on first night on how to adjust the right temperature and also Aria assisting us with getting the engineering team to fix the air con on the next morning. Debby thank you for also doing the night shift and maintaining the cleanliness of the pantry in the morning. Lastly, we will like to thank the service team for their excellent service and great hospitality. We are deeply touched by the genuine service and surprise little gift for our friend's birthday. (Thank you Lilian and Kenny and team) Keep up the great work and stay passionate in what you do.

I'm going to add this to my other reviews on the last review I said there was no where to hang clothes having stayed there for five nights one the fourth night I found a concealed wardrobe behind the mirror so the room does have everything . Wonderful hotel with amenities I haven't seen in a hotel before like free washer and dryer plus the washing powder iron and board . Free tea/coffee munchies and a variety of ice-cream no wonder I left fatter than I arrived. Staff are wonderful super clean and good location. The breakfast spread is lovely but not too much for a western but all in all nothing really to gripe about.. Enjoy your stay I did. .Rich 😎

La ubicación era la mejor con precios más baratos. A unos 5 o 10 minutos a pie desde el hotel hasta shuanglian. Al llegar al hotel, no había nadie atendiendo en el mostrador y había una máquina de auto check-in. Registro fácil y obtienes la tarjeta de la habitación. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. El tamaño de la habitación es aceptable, puedo colocar 3 de mis equipajes. Cuarto de baño grande, solo que la temperatura del agua estaba demasiado caliente o demasiado fría. Tienes que alternar entre los 2 cabezales de ducha. Inicialmente planeé depositar mi equipaje el último día ya que ese día tenía un vuelo tarde. Pero no había nadie atendiendo el mostrador. Hay un número para agregar en la aplicación en línea, así que charlé con la persona. Me pidieron que colocara el equipaje detrás del mostrador bajo mi propia responsabilidad. Lo cual realmente no me gusta esta idea. Debería haberlo indicado en el sitio web en primer lugar. Todavía dejé mi equipaje allí durante aproximadamente 3 horas, no faltaba nada, pero inicialmente planeé recogerlo mucho más tarde. Pero como nadie se ocupaba de mi equipaje, volví a recogerlo temprano. Nota al margen: este hotel también está abierto para estadías cortas para personas que deseen ”quedarse” por unas horas. En general, todavía limpio y precio aceptable. Aparte de la parte del depósito de equipaje.
