If check-in process becomes fully automated, the personal touch for service will deem to be as cold as a robot, and may spoilt the mood for traveller whenever we wish to ask questions about travel activities. Next, after office hours, the shutter roller of the front counter is closed, hence there will be no access to water dispenser. Maybe hotel should consider to install a water dispenser for stayers to refill water, etc

Room is small with outdated furnitures and has some old building smells. Overall the room is clean. Service from the front desk lady was not very friendly. No heater and felt cold in the room during the winter.

Hay pisos 5 y 8. Esta vez me quedé en el piso 8. El aislamiento acústico es un inconveniente, escuché ruidos de saltos desde el momento en que me registré hasta que me fui. Todo lo demás bien, la ubicación es excelente. Al realizar el check out, evita las 11 en punto y espera el ascensor... El personal del mostrador es muy amable 👍

El hotel dispone de una habitación con baño privado y una ducha. No hay opciones de comida, sino muchos lugares de comida o tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca. Una buena cosa era el distribuidor de agua y una máquina de café para los huéspedes abajo.

I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

El exterior parece un edificio de inquilinos múltiples, así que no esperes mucho, pero el interior está muy limpio y tiene una bañera y comodidades por este precio. Puedes caminar desde la estación Zhongshan o la estación Shuanglian, y hay muchos restaurantes cerca para comer. El mercado nocturno de la calle Shuangcheng también está a unos 10 minutos. Hay tiendas de conveniencia a ambos lados y una cafetería al lado, por lo que no sentirás ningún inconveniente durante tu estancia. Un problema es que la habitación es tan pequeña que apenas puedes abrir la maleta, pero si sales mucho no será un problema. No hay enchufe USB, solo un tipo de toma de corriente. No faltan mesas y mesitas a ambos lados de la cama.

Chosen this hotel as it was recommended in xiaohongshu. Wasn't disappointed with the quality of the hotel. Only the fact that if would to walk from train station will need around 15 minutes. Other than that price is competitive

5pm check in and 11am check out is too short. 6 full hours shorter stay. Basically u check in to sleep and then check out. Can’t enjoy the facilities much. This is suppose to be relaxing vacation spot. Don’t understand why they need so long to clean up the rooms. Front counter very strict with 11am check out. It’s muddy water and not mud. As the location is middle of nowhere and the short stay hour, you are force to eat in the resort. The front counter will push you their set menu for 2 at TWD1380. Swimming costume are a must to go to their public pool. So again you are forced to buy their ugly swimming costume at exorbitant price of TWD1080.
