Hoteles con Piscinas en Taiwán, China

Hotel histórico de gran encanto. Las instalaciones tienen sus años pero están todas bien mantenidas. La parte decepcionante ha sido el servicio: muy por encima y con poca ganas de atender y ser serviciales. Se ve que reciben una gran cantidad de turistas (muchos que vienen a visitar solo el hotel con tours organizados), así que ni hacen mucho caso a los clientes del hotel. La parte peor es que, tras el check out, no puedes utilizar ningunos de los servicios del hotel. Nunca me había pasado no poder utilizar la piscina tras el check out, así esperar unas horas antes de tener que ir al aeropuerto o no poder tener acceso a las duchas comunes antes de marcharme. Intentamos preguntar a la reception y la respuesta fue: “dúchense en el aeropuerto”. De verdad una pena porque arruino’ la experiencia

Había mal olor al entrar en la habitación. Se lo comenté al personal de servicio y vinieron a solucionarlo. El desayuno estuvo bueno y muy apetitoso. Fue una buena experiencia.

房間超級大，床墊軟硬度剛好，不會太軟。浴缸很大但漏水拴會漏水，剛放水不久就漏光。點心吧和冰箱飲料給的很大方，整體感覺非常好。 但晚上8點才能入房，希望能提早到6點入房，以後常到台中就會固定光顧。 薄白被單乾淨，但非整個包覆棉被，還是有別人流汗的體味，是汽車旅館不同於飯店的地方，早餐是自助式，整體感覺良好。

Well worth the money spent. The staff are all very responsive, cheerful and very professional and helpful. Never had a bad moment. The lake view from the balcony is amazing to say the least. The breakfast is good for the price charged, no complaints. The restuarant pricing for dinner is quite on the high side. Location is great to access the shopping and food streets, bike hires and lake sports. All in all I would recommend this hotel for families.

Very clean, pleasant hotel. Love the welcome free drink and snack area. Got room upgraded when we told them it’s our anniversary, so very grateful! So called Bussiness Center is just 2 old computers, no good for anyone. Staff need more training on how to greet guests, not very personable. Great to have an outdoor swimming pool but on the small side. Hotel is out of the town so be prepared. All in all, great value and we had a pleasant stay.

El hotel está situado en el 11o piso, donde se ofrecen excitantes viajes y vistas al ascensor. El desayuno buffet es excelente con muchas opciones de Asia y Occidental, todo lo cual es delicioso. La zona de fitness es muy agradable y me gustaría que tuviéramos tiempo para disfrutar del spa. Las ropas y los pantalones eran muy agradables.

We have always stayed in this hotel whenever we go to Taichung. The hotel location is great for us because there are 2 24 hour convenience stores just downstairs. A lot of different restaurants on few steps away. SOGO department store across the street. Too bad the movie theaters are closed now we used to be able to catch a late night movie during our previous trips. Starbucks is in the basement of the building where the hotel is but with the great coffee from Familymart and 711 you do not need starbucks. Bus station is just downstairs. (no train yet in Taichung so this is the next best thing.) There are taxis waiting all the time downstairs as well. The buffet breakfast is great here with a very friendly head chef (head chef Hsieh) who is always present and interacts with all the diners. (too bad we missed him this trip) The rooms are big but do take note of new law in Taiwan and bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and razors. Although the great thing about this hotel is they do sell toiletries at a cheap price (toothbrush and small toothpaste is just ntd 10) unlike other hotels in Taiwan that absolutely do not provide anything and do not sell. If it is your first time, I would recommend staying here as you will not go wrong here. Then maybe try other hotels next time so you get to experience the Splendor Hotel standard.

Es un hotel resort famoso por su exquisitez y servicio japonés en Kenting. La habitación ha sido renovada, por lo que no tienes que preocuparte por ser vieja. El balcón permite ver la piscina. La piscina no es grande, pero hay una piscina caliente circular al aire libre con masajes, que es bastante buena. El diseño del baño de la habitación no es bueno, el espacio es pequeño y el diseño del soporte del cabezal de la ducha no es razonable, lo que hace que la posición de la salida de agua sea incómoda. El personal de servicio es muy trabajador y entusiasta. Si tienes alguna pregunta que conozcan o escuchen de ti al pasar, te la informarán detalladamente y de forma proactiva. Al reservar una habitación en Ctrip, debes ir a la recepción para comprar un cupón de desayuno. Vale la pena comprarlo porque personalmente creo que el restaurante sabe mejor que los de la calle. Más tarde, probé el bar del vestíbulo y sabía bien. La ensalada griega estaba deliciosa. Hablando de desayuno, cuesta unos NT$999 para tres personas, lo cual no es demasiado caro, y el buffet que ofrecen es bastante exquisito. Lo único que no me convence es que los niños tienen sólo 9 años y el precio es el mismo. Esto es un poco diferente de las reglas generales. Vale la pena qued**** aquí para evitar los altos precios los fines de semana o durante la temporada alta.

El personal de la cafetería y el servicio del restaurante también son muy buenos, y la habitación es limpia y brillante, y el área de calentamiento también es muy buena, es muy adecuado para un tamaño para jugar, ya ha venido tres veces, ha vivido dos veces, una cafetería de calentamiento cada vez que siente que tendré que volver la próxima vez 😁 Muy cómodo 😆

¡La estancia fue excelente! El servicio fue atento, las instalaciones estupendas, las fotos quedaron fantásticas y la habitación era enorme. Hubo un pequeño incidente durante mi estancia: mi coche recibió un golpe al aparcar. Gracias a recepción por revisar rápidamente las grabaciones de seguridad y gestionar la situación, que se resolvió de forma amistosa. ¡Muchas gracias al personal de recepción!
