Overall ok. However, we requested extra pillow n comes with charges. Extra Blanket..rm15 extra towel.. need to pay. Basically no extra service. Everything for a fee. Room aircond very loud.. can't sleep well. Room a bit warm. The towels were grayish.. not clean. Found baby cockrach in kettle. Ergg..n we already cooked water n made coffee. However, the breakfast was good with good spread. I'm not sure if I'll return By the way, if you hv small kids.. the room setup is not kids friendly. The room window can be opened n we at level 23

Location of hotel is excellent. Came in by car through P2 to the lobby and discovered, to my horror, there are leaking pipes across the path. Counter staff is friendly and competent that made my day. I also struggled to tune in the TV, not very user friendly. No clear instructions printed out nor in the TV itself. Suggest hotel implement check and maintenance system on amenities to make guests' experience positive.

This place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too. The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too. At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow . Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here. Activity @Colmar look at my last image. I booked Sky Retreat from Trip.com and during check in we received our room at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel Pros -a decent room size & bathroom -got balcony with mountain view -complete toiletries -RM99 only -weather so nice up there Cons -this is the terrible part: parking and receptionist is far, luckily I read the reviews on how to get to receptionist but I still find it very far. Tak pernah lagi i pergi hotel receptionist dia jauh macam ni. -need to validate tng card before going out in order to get free charge but.. again validation needs to be done at receptionist which is very far. Sangatlah tak convenience oh god. Buat pikir banyak kali bila nak keluar sebab malas nak jalan jauh -lift only 4 but the night we were there, only 2 functioning. Conclusion: Hope mgt will improve on check in and check out process, the lift operation, the receptionist placement. Will not come back once these are improved

Overall good hotel, the interior of the room needs some serious refurbishment especially for their carpet and tv. Due to monkeys, we couldn't open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast quite good, just lack on the drink variety. Only juice and coffee is offered.

The unit rented look exactly the same as per photos in the website. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Just the right place for a short getaway. Shops nearby provide various food choices. But to have more varieties, will need to drive to Gohtong Jaya nearby or further uphill to the Premium Outlet or Highland resort.

Love the location being away from the casino which allows us to feel the nature and the surroundings without any hustle and bustle. This property is relatively new and it is connected with another hotel 1001 nights which actually shares the parking space. Currently the parking space has some diversion and it is not fully opened. The rooms and facilities of this hotel feels more like a 4 star property striving ti be a 5 star hotel. Staff are friendly but also not at the 5 star level in being attentive or caring. The pool has a strong stench of chlorine so we didnt go in. Overall still a nice hotel to stay in.
