«This hotel located near the old train station. If you took the highspeed rail to Taichung you have to transfer to a bus or a railway train to get to the hotel. There are no MRT station near the hotel. Either you take a taxi or bus. The room has a maximum of two persons, I stayed with a roommate since the room I booked is a dormitory. The room is super clean and big enough for one person, with one shower room shared by two roommate. The are laundry and dryer available. There is a rooftop where you can enjoy the star at night. I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Taichung.»

«Disfruté de nuestra habitación doble con instalaciones básicas, limpias y completas. El desayuno buffet era excelente y superó mis expectativas de un buffet simple. Era una buena combinación de comida y bebida de estilo chino, occidental y tradicional. La ubicación del hotel era excelente y conveniente, a solo una corta distancia a pie (menos de 10 minutos) de la estación de tren de Taichung. El hotel está cerca de tiendas básicas que venden recuerdos locales, delicias/productos, ropa, calzado, café, bocadillos, etc. El personal del hotel es muy amable, servicial y orientado al servicio. Mis amigos y yo nos hospedaremos en este mismo hotel nuevamente, en nuestro próximo viaje a la ciudad de Taichung. También recomendaré este hotel a mis otros amigos y familiares.»

«The hotel is spacious and has good pillows. I appreciated the two small stools in the room, which allowed us to have meals comfortably. There’s also free breakfast - while the selection isn’t big, the congee was delicious. There’s also free popsicles at certain times of the day. The location was also great, close to miyahara and the fourth credit union. There’s also a good ramen place across the hotel.
The toilets were a little worn out and service standards were average. We were feeling sick from our travels and requested for the hotel to inform us if the rooms become available earlier than the check-in time, but were quickly informed that “that’s not possible, only check-in at check-in time’s available”.
Overall, still a good find for a no-hassle short stay.»

«We had an excellent stay! The family room (triple) was spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling with kids. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay, and the breakfast spread was generous with a great variety of options. The body lotion smells so good , we bought one back (cost 1000 TWD) for own use, available at front desk . Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for families!»

«Buena ubicación en Taichung y fácil de viajar desde allí. Sin embargo, el alojamiento está muy sucio y huele como si te fueran a matar fantasmas. Para ser honesto, fue un momento aterrador vivir en esta propiedad. Lo suficiente para quedarse allí por 2 noches. Las instalaciones son demasiado antiguas y no se trata de la cultura antigua que desea conservar, pero este hotel no tiene capacidad para realizar renovaciones. Incluso el aire acondicionado estaba polvoriento y parecía respirar polvo y humo. En general, definitivamente no se recomienda alquilar allí.»

«My family and I changed about 3-4 hotels on our Taiwan trip this time and this hotel impressed us the most. Huge beds and clean interior. Really pleasant staffs as well. Only weird quirk was not providing some form of hand soap. Still, a 10/10 hotel and there isn’t any place I’d rather stay the next time I visit Taichung!»

AAdelineNeoIt was an awesome experience staying at INNK hotel. Although it's just a boutique hotel, it brings high value for money. It is a just a stone away from Fengjia Night Market. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. It is very well equipped with a big shared area and a spacious kitchen area for hotel guests to use.
The laundry area has also allowed us to wash majority of our clothes before we end our trip. The room is also just nice for my family of 4.

UUsuario anónimoLocation - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha).
So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market.
It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it.
Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it.
I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient.
The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad.
I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby.
I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again.
(Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card)

WWork-Life BalanceThe first impression of the hotel was fantastic. The grand entrance with its high ceilings gave off a welcoming and elegant vibe. The lobby also looked stylish and thoughtfully designed, which set a nice tone for the stay.
A special mention goes to the young concierge who helped us with our parking and luggage. He was polite, efficient, and made a great first impression.
We arrived slightly ahead of check-in, which is strictly from 3pm. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to the Fong Room while you wait. The space offers free drinks, light snacks, games, and a seating area. It was a really nice bonus, not something every hotel offers, and genuinely enhanced the guest experience.
We booked three rooms but only two were ready when we checked in. This was a lapse in service, particularly since there was no apology or gesture of goodwill. Honestly, it came across as unprofessional and slightly disappointing.
Another observation was the inconsistency between rooms. Even though we reserved the same room type, each had a different setup. One room was missing the couch shown in the listing and didn’t have a tub, while another had a small coffee table instead. That said, the rooms were stylish and comfortable overall. The scented foaming hand soap really stood out, surprisingly memorable!
Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable variety. Despite a couple of service missteps, we’d recommend this hotel to travelers looking to stay near Feng Chia Night Market.

UUsuario anónimoStayed here from 10 Apr to 14 Apr. It is about 10-15mins walk Taichung Railway station. The hotel is within the central district of Taichung (buildings are older here), but the hotel itself looks and feel relatively new and modern. It is conveniently located near lots of food options, and the Taichung Second Market and Miyahara is only about 5-10mins walk away.
The room is clean and spacious. It has a nice modern design too. The basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and hairdryer are provided. Can’t seem to find local channels on the TV but you can use apps like netflix and youtube.
The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast, tea time (if i recall correctly) and supper. The variety is acceptable given that this is not a big hotel. food is decent too. For breakfast there was a mini salad bar, porridge station, various steamed buns, toasts. For supper, there were braised minced meat rice and side dishes, soup, DIY noodle station, steamed buns, toasts, DIY beancurd station, some snacks/tidbits. There is also dessert with red/green bean soup, drinks and ice cream.
Just one minor hiccup - a false fire alarm was trigger at 4am on one of the nights which only affected the higher floors from 9th storey and above. The guests on our storey werent aware if the lift is working or if it is safe to use and we ended up climbing the stairs down, only to find out later that there was no real fire. The affected guests waited at the lounge for about 30mins as the alarm was still ringing. The firemen eventually came and turned off the alarm. The hotel did apologise for the inconvenience by pasting a notice in the lift and informed guests to reach out to them if there are any queries. It would be nice if the hotel can engage the affected guests more directly and possible provide some form of compensation as service recovery.
Nonetheless, still a pleasant stay overall!

La habitación está limpia y es espaciosa, el baño con ducha y el inodoro están bien, pero son un poco pequeños y tienen moho.
TV, hervidor de agua y artículos de tocador. echa un vistazo a la máquina easy wo. El check-in es un poco problemático si no hay servicios de mostrador, asegúrese de registrarse durante su horario laboral.

The bathroom area is quite dark and could use some lighting, but besides that the room and bathroom seemed quite clean. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. There is some noise at night but I used earplugs and was fine. Overall had a nice stay at this hotel.

Room is clean, bed is.comfortable. kids is happy with the jacuzzi.
The location is not convenient but.they.provide shuttle services to and fro feng jia night market. Lucky we have our own driver to go other tourist attractions so is still ok.
Overall is a nice stay.
