Ubicación: Absolutamente inmejorable, a solo un minuto a pie del aeropuerto de Taipéi, desde el centro comercial subterráneo hasta la superficie. Insonorización: La insonorización del hotel no era muy buena desde el principio. Podía oír a la familia de la habitación de al lado hablando, a la madre y al niño discutiendo. Lo entiendo, pero eran la 1:30 de la madrugada y seguían haciendo ruido... era extremadamente molesto. Servicio: No esperaba un servicio de alta calidad de este tipo de hoteles, pero como la habitación de al lado era tan ruidosa, llamé a recepción y les pedí que lo solucionaran. Efectivamente, al cabo de un rato, el ruido disminuyó considerablemente y por fin pude dormir. Comodidades: La presión del agua era buena, el agua caliente y el aire acondicionado funcionaban bien. Creo que, al alojarse en un hotel como este, todos deberían ser comprensivos, mantener el nivel de ruido bajo y respetarse mutuamente para disfrutar de una estancia agradable.

Elegimos el Hotel Caezar Metro Taipei para nuestra estancia en Taipéi. Es un hotel antiguo de cinco estrellas con una ubicación excelente, justo al lado del Templo Longshan. La estación de MRT está un poco más lejos que la estación de tren. Solo es una parada de tren a la Estación de Taipéi, desde donde se puede coger el MRT del aeropuerto, lo cual es muy conveniente. Las habitaciones son estándar, pero las instalaciones en general son buenas. Hay una piscina al aire libre y un gimnasio.

¡Muy recomendado! El servicio, la decoración y la ubicación del hotel son excelentes. Al salir se encuentra la playa de Xiaowan y el mercado nocturno de Kenting Street. Un parque infantil muy grande, ¡los niños se divirtieron mucho! ¡Los detalles también son conmovedores! Hotel is relative clean. Stayed in a single room with a semi double bed. Size is decent but didn’t realised it was behind the lifts, could hear the lift moving through out the day. The shower head position is pretty bad. It’s not on an angle it’s pretty much like spraying directly into your body. It would be great if they could address this. It’s 15 mins walk from the metro station so not closed. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Crawled out of the drain

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. 第一次住這間飯店，被安排住三館，隔音奇差，不只房間之間的隔音差，落地窗的隔音也超差。房間陽台外樓下是飯店開放式露台休息區，從我房間可以清清楚楚聽到住客聊天的內容。一個晚上斷斷續續會聽到從樓上傳來類似摩擦牆壁的聲音，其它房間住客的交談聲，導致我一個晚上難以入睡。 退房時我告知前台，結果前台說三館只有我跟我兒子住（所以聲音從哪裡來的？前台說我應該是聽到二館的聲音🙃） 整個飯店設計很奇怪，分三館，要用餐或泡湯只能到一館，雖有高爾夫球場接駁，但遇到搭車人潮較多時，還是不太方便。 兒子有使用大眾池，認為大眾池還不錯，設施齊全，是這次入住唯一的優點。

I did not expect this accommodation to be a motel based on its Chinese name, so it was a bit of a surprise when I checked in. The location is very convenient, which is a big plus. The room itself was spacious, but for guests arriving on foot, the access route is not very intuitive—you need to go down to the basement first and then enter through the parking garage, which makes the circulation feel somewhat inconvenient.
