全体的に新しい感じがしました。 部屋には、個別でコントロールできるエアコンがあり、好みの温度に調節できて、過ごしやすかったです。 また、部屋に置いてあるコップがタンブラーでオシャレだなと思いました。せっかくなので、紅茶を淹れて飲みました。保温力が高く、冷めにくかったので良かったです。 洗濯機は、有料ですが男女共用が6台、女性専用が2台と台数も多く、使いやすかったです。

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente para explorar el lago Biwa y sus alrededores, sin tener que preocuparse en absoluto por el transporte. Además, en los alrededores hay muchos restaurantes con encanto donde probar cosas nuevas cuando uno se cansa de pasear, y supermercados cercanos que cubren todas las necesidades diarias, lo que le da un ambiente muy local y auténtico. Si viajas en coche, es una opción aún mejor, ya que el aparcamiento y los desplazamientos son muy fáciles y sin estrés. Pero lo que realmente quiero destacar es la habitación: era muy espaciosa para los estándares locales, y la mayor sorpresa fue, sin duda, ¡la espectacular vista al lago! Al abrir la ventana, te encuentras con una panorámica del lago Biwa; tanto el amanecer como el atardecer eran tan impresionantes que te dejaban sin palabras. La habitación en sí también era muy limpia y cómoda, lo que garantizó una estancia realmente placentera y relajante. El servicio también fue impecable: el personal era muy amable y siempre atendía con paciencia y entusiasmo cualquier consulta sobre rutas turísticas o necesidad, lo que te hacía sentir realmente bienvenido y cuidado. Recomiendo encarecidamente dedicar un día a explorar los alrededores del lago Biwa. Pasear por la orilla, ir en bicicleta o disfrutar de actividades acuáticas es muy placentero, y los pequeños lugares de interés cercanos tienen su propio encanto. ¡Definitivamente vale la pena! En resumen, este hotel es inmejorable en cuanto a ubicación, ambiente y servicio. Si quieres disfrutar al máximo del lago Biwa y sus alrededores, ¡no te equivocarás eligiendo este lugar!

Really comfortable hotel with very good breakfast and free bicycle rent. Thete is a hair dryer and a cattle in the room. It is close to the station. Wonderful onsen is 10 min bicycle ride from it. The girls on the reception are very helpful. When I forgot my bag in onsen hall, they called there and saved the situation.

Room is clean and room is large. Room facilities is enough for a traveler. But the breakfast has a few choice and does not taste good, just fair. Too crowd in the lobby at about 6:30 am breakfast time and have to queue up for a long time to get a breakfast

La habitación y la vista del Biwako Hotel eran realmente impresionantes. La cama era cómoda y las comodidades eran de primera categoría. Sin embargo, el salón de acceso no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas. Su tamaño, la selección de comida y la hora de cierre temprana fueron un poco decepcionantes. Si bien la selección de bebidas era adecuada, podría haber sido más abundante. El desayuno también era un poco más pequeño. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, la conveniente ubicación del hotel y las cómodas habitaciones lo convierten en una opción decente.

Excepto que el desayuno no era bueno, no había suficiente variedad y sabía un poco salado. También puede comparar precios, tamaño de habitación, tamaño de cama, tamaño de mesa y número de enchufes con otros hoteles locales.

ロビーで自転車を借りることができ、コンビニまで買い物に行くのにとてと都合がよかったです。 ホテルの浴場も綺麗でした。朝食のバイキングも美味しかったです。

Comfortable room and bathroom with bathtub. Perfect for a short stay with great connection to Kyoto station by commuter train (12 mins) right outside the hotel. All staff was very sweet. Coffee and tea available all day into the evening for free in the hotel restaurant or for takeaway. Recommend!

We didn't know that this is a love hotel and only realised it the day before checking in, as the check in is only from 6pm. The room is very spacious and we didn't mind the ****, condoms and lots of beauty products it came with. :D However, I didn't know that hotel rooms in Japan can allow smoking, so the strong cigarette smell in the room was very off putting. We put up a 'do not disturb' sign because we don't need cleaning daily. The second day I noticed some of the **** from the hotel were gone in our room but the room wasn't made (bed wasn't made, trash not emptied). I asked the staff and they said they removed it because they thought it bothered us. This was a bit weird to me, I'm not sure where they got the idea from and I don't know why they entered the room. It's also important to note that the train only runs once per hour most of the day (during some hours twice).
