It is very close to JR Niigata station. The staff handled check-in with hospitality. The facilities were maintained well with neatness and cleanliness. Although I booked the smallest room, the room still has enough space for opening the luggage fully.

It was our second time staying at Naeba. The rooms are not the best, the floor is dirty but at least they staff were diligent to make the bed and change our towels daily. The selling point is really the slopes and the scale of the hotel which has more than 6 buildings, with 4 rental shops spread across the various lobbies, multiple ski schools, eateries, which is very family friendly. The ski area is great for December (start of the season) not too crowded and priced reasonably (food, rental etc) Children below 12 yo get free lift passes. My asks: laundry dryers can be better, and I wish the rooms are freshened up and old carpets removed. But overall, the scale of it, and amenities make it a great stay.

Spectacular views particularly from the corner room. Amenities packs were provided for children and onsite overnight parking available. Walking distance from the Bandai Pier markets and there's a cafe/shop upstairs with a convenience store in the same building (only open to 7pm) downstairs.

El Hotel Highstube es un hotel muy recomendado. El desayuno es rica y se puede comer diferentes comidas salvajes de la novia; la sopa de sopa de agua es excelente y es bueno para aliviar el dolor de Sichuan; el campo de golf cercano, para los jugadores, se puede jugar con vacaciones de golf y es un hotel que desea visitar de nuevo

作為連鎖酒店，和東京神田舒適酒店從內部格局到早餐等都很相似，服務很好，衞生潔凈，安靜，而且有自行車可以免費使用，之所以選擇該酒店，就是因為有自行車！因為燕市沒有公共交通，外國人如果沒有日本的駕照，不能租車，或者沒有包車，衹能騎自行車了，好在燕市不大，想去的地方基本都可以去了，這次旅行市時隔25年的故地重遊，感慨萬千，很多以前的工友都過世了，保持聯繫的幾個工友都見到了，很欣慰，很開心！！！！希望大家都好好活着，精彩的活着！！這世界真的很美好！！

We recently stayed at Hotel Okura in Niigata and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the Shinano River, providing stunning views, especially during sunset. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the JR Niigata Train Station and Niigata Airport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available at the hotel, including a French restaurant and a Japanese restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests we had. Overall, Hotel Okura Niigata offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niigata.

Pasé dos noches consecutivas. La habitación no es grande, pero la vivienda no tiene problemas. Creo que el equipo es un poco viejo, pero no me importa. La limpieza es muy sólida. El desayuno es muy interesante, hay muchas cosas y hay artículos locales. El arroz es muy delicioso. Me alegro de que haya muchas cosas que pueda ser amigo del arroz. Pensé que el espacio de asientos era un poco estrecho, pero parecía así. La primera noche, comí un bar de carne de vacuno Kubiki en un restaurante japonés en el piso superior, muy delicioso. El personal de la tienda también es muy educado y amable. Muchos del personal del propio hotel son muy amables. La atmósfera es muy buena, puede preguntarle en cualquier momento lo que no sabe. Gracias, es una viaje divertido. Muchas gracias.

I found the dinner and breakfast expensive. As the price is expensive than other hotels we expected more variety but it was lesser than where we usually go. So were quite disappointed as I dont eat sea food and paying 3000 for break fast and 5000 for dinner when you dont eat fish is quite expensive and alcohol was quite expensive too.  There was lots of activity to do so we enjoyed that as we reached the hotel before check in time

good stay overall. Located near both to the Niggata station and Bandai bridge, it is a standard Japanese business hotel. It's a bit worn down, especially the room carpets and walls. Also sone amenities like coffee or tea are not available in your room, need to go down to the 2nd floor. Not practical. They also operate a no-clean policy during your stay, they just hand your towels on your door.
