Very clean rooms; filling breakfast; very thoughful message during breakfast. I only had a problem with parking space; they can house 6 cars but if you park last, you may be called to move in order for others to move their car. Otherwise, I recommend 10/10!

Staff are nice. They should improve their breakfast choices. Gym area is not ideal since it has limited equipment, area is small, and no proper ventilation.

This is actually my third time staying at New Dawn Pensionne House in Cagayan de Oro, mainly because of its convenient location and affordable rates. The hotel is well-located near malls, restaurants, and other establishments. If you need personal items, Watsons is also nearby, which is very convenient. However, during my stay I noticed that the Wi-Fi inside the room was very slow. I also tried switching to mobile data, but the signal inside the room was still weak. I even had to step outside the room just to get a stronger signal. Considering that Cagayan de Oro already has 5G network coverage, it was surprising that the signal could barely reach inside the room. Another thing to note is that the room does not provide free toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so you need to buy them outside if you forget to bring your own. There was also confusion about the check-out time. The booking app indicated that check-out was 2:00 PM, but the hotel informed us that the check-out time is 12:00 PM. The staff even knocked on the door and called the room before the 2:00 PM check-out time stated in the app, which was a bit inconvenient. ✅ Pros - Convenient location near malls and stores - Affordable place to stay - Nearby convenience stores and Watsons ⚠️ Cons - Very slow Wi-Fi inside the room - Weak mobile signal inside the room -No free toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste) - Confusion with check-out time ⭐ Overall: Since this is already my third stay, the hotel is still a practical choice because of its location and price. However, improvements in Wi-Fi, signal reception, and clearer check-out policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

This is my 2nd time here spending my weekend getaway. I always love the experienced here because. It gives me a quiet peace and relaxation i need. Also, the sunset is always a wonderful time to wrapped the day. Food is good but it woul be nice if they will add new food option on their menu.

The hotel itself as a lot of potential. Right on the beach, with a nice terrace and in a quiet location not far from a few restaurants. However, it is very old and would need a full renovation. The rooms are spacious but the amenities are old. The headboard of our bed was full of termites and we could hear them behind us while we were sleeping. Therefore, the whole room was also full of flying termites. It was overall not that clean either. We stayed there for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room, not even the bathroom’s bin. On the last day, the bathroom started smelling like mold. The smell was very strong and we couldn’t do anything to change that. Also, on our last day, we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to go take our 4:30am ferry, the reception having organized a pick-up for us. However, we were woken up by the reception at 2:15am saying our pick-up was already here. The pick-up told us when we were telling him that we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to take the ferry at 4:30 that this ferry didn’t exist and we had to leave now, which we ended up doing. At the pier, when we saw that the 4:30am ferry actually existed, we texted the guy from the pick-up and this time he said that the hotel’s reception had told him to come pick us up at 2:15am. Anyways, I don’t know where was the problem and misunderstanding, but it was not the best way to start our day… To sum up, very mixed feelings about this hotel.

Trully comfortable. TV worked, representatives at ALL LEVELS are wonderful and invitingly helpful. I'll be back!!

El lugar es familiar. La atmósfera es realmente agradable. Su frío a la noche, por lo que ustedes deben traer una chaqueta ✌️La vista de arriba es respirar. Ellos tienen 4 tipos de piscinas con una vista infinita de la ciudad de cagayan. El hotel tiene un área de juego en la encuesta para los niños. Mis niños les gustan más. En las Filipinas, nos quedamos en cuatro hoteles diferentes durante nuestras vacaciones, y el Agoho Resort fue fácilmente el mejor y el favorito, como votaron los siete miembros de mi grupo. Sea la playa negra de arena en su patio, su maravilloso jardín manicurado para llegar a la playa, el restaurante que sólo sirvió para los huéspedes, las grandes y estupendo limpias habitaciones, la ubicación y fácil de llegar, O la ayuda para explicar los lugares turísticos, restaurantes y los costes esperados - este lugar era bonkers bueno. Y los propietarios son tan fáciles de hablar con, no por necesidad, sino porque les gusta interactuar con sus huéspedes. Y puede haber una variedad de cervezas en el hotel que no pude encontrar en ningún otro lugar sobre la isla. Estaba tan impresionado, tomé un video y lo difundí entre mis colegas y amigos. Parece normal en el mundo de hoy, pero odio hacerlo. Agoho fue una escape y una experiencia maravillosa, quería que otros vieran y oyeran acerca de ella. Planeamos revisar las Filipinas en los próximos años, y nos quedaremos en Agoho otra vez, probablemente con muchos de nuestros amigos.

El hotel New Resort ofrece una variedad de servicios. 1. Alojamiento con delicioso alimento. 2. Piscina infinidad con vistas al mar. 3. Gimnasio 4. Minigolf 5. tienda de regalos y traje de baño 6. Cafe 7.24 horas servicio al cliente desk front 8. Buena conexión Wi-Fi. 9. La habitación está limpia con minibar y nevera. 10. Las camas son enormes. 11. Puedes pasear por la zona de la zona de forma segura. 12. Atmósfera relajada. 13. El desayuno buffet es delicioso. 14. La ubicación es accesible en la autopista.

We enjoyed our stay in Unwnd. It is just a few meters from the white island station. You can even see the island at while sitting the sundeck. We also did not have any problem finding places to eat. There is a bbq near the are selling grilled fresh tuna at very affordable price. There is another resto where there is a live singer. But, you could also eat at Unwnd, their resto Mamser serves good food and has a very nice beach ambiance. i like the fish decor and the logo saying ”the art of being chill”. The place is really a good spot to chill. We did swim at the pool, though small, water was warm and refreshing at the same time. We also enjoyed watching the sunset by the breakwaters. We had our room on the second floor with a balcony. The room is clean and comfy. I love the art works displayed all over the place. The foosball and the chess set is an plus. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The only thing I wish that they have is a beach I can walk on.
