Good weekend stay in Guiyang. Friendly and helpful staff. My room was quiet. Location is near the metro station and shopping mall. Also a lot of restaurants nearby. Look forward to another visit soon.

La habitación es muy limpia e higiénica. La cama es enorme y cómoda para dormir. Las instalaciones son completas y suficientes. El espacio general es amplio y hay cortinas automáticas. El servicio también es muy bueno. Pregunté en la recepción si podía darme otra colcha y me la entregaron rápidamente. Además, está ubicado geográficamente aquí. La ubicación es muy buena. Está justo al lado de la estación de metro de Zilin'an y es muy conveniente. Accidentalmente olvidé algo en el hotel cuando me iba cuando estaba en el tren de alta velocidad, la recepción me llamó rápidamente para informarme y me ayudó a procesarlo y enviarlo de vuelta. Me sentí muy bien. Lo volveré a elegir si tengo la oportunidad aquí.

El hotel está situado en la puerta sur de la ciudad antigua. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, la ropa de cama es cómoda y las instalaciones son buenas. Es el hotel más satisfactorio en el que me alojé durante mi viaje a Guizhou. También hay una caja de repuesto en la entrada del ascensor, que contiene agua potable y suministros desechables, que se pueden tomar según sea necesario. Yo, un insecto del té, usé seis botellas de agua, para no tener que quedarme sin comprarlas. Yo mismo ¡Es muy considerado! El baño está dividido en tres secciones, con un inodoro inteligente a la izquierda y dos lavabos en el medio. El cuarto de ducha a la derecha también está equipado con una bañera con sales de baño y bolsas de burbujas desechables, lo cual es muy agradable. El camarero del vestíbulo es muy agradable y tiene una máquina de café de autoservicio con bebidas gratis. Todo el hotel es un patio de estilo chino, simple y tranquilo. Desafortunadamente, no se encuentra un control remoto en el inodoro inteligente, por lo que solo se puede operar con botones mecánicos. Cuando tiré las cáscaras de fruta, encontré pelo largo debajo del bote de basura que no había sido limpiado. En medio de la noche, escuché algo como arrastrar la mesa de vez en cuando. Pero en general estoy muy satisfecho. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel y me alojaré allí la próxima vez. Recordatorio especial para aquellos que conducen solos, la guía de estacionamiento se encuentra en el estacionamiento subterráneo de la puerta sur. Tan pronto como ingrese al estacionamiento, tome la primera curva a la izquierda (área de estacionamiento C4) y conduzca unos diez o veinte metros. Después de estacionar , avance y cruce una puerta, el ascensor está dentro, tome el ascensor directo al hotel. No giré a la izquierda cuando llegué allí, entré directamente, así que no pude encontrar el ascensor y tuve que salir del estacionamiento y entrar al hotel desde el sendero para caminar.

Todo el equipo está completo. Pero si hay un pequeño refrigerador en el armario al lado del lavabo, es mejor. Así puedo poner lo que necesita refrigerar. Pero en general, un hotel muy agradable y no es caro. El personal también es muy amable y amable.

Top reasons why I recommend this hotel: 1. Strategic location: Jiaxiulou, Wenchangge, food street, morning market, a shopping mall, etc., all within walking distance. 2. Commendable service with a HUMAN TOUCH: All staff members (front desk, night+morning shift personnel, cleaners, dining area, etc.) we met were kind, generous and friendly, making their best effort to fulfill guest needs! We arrived before noon, and Ms. Chen at the front desk offered a room upgrade to the fifth floor—the hotel’s highest floor—with immediate check-in. I liked some of the sweets available at the hotel lobby, but I couldn’t find the same variant at supermarkets and shops nearby before I left for the airport. Ms. Chen asked me to grab as many as I wanted—I felt shy, but she insisted—how generous! I forgot to thank her personally for recommending Dongshansi, where one could catch a bird’s eye view of the city, in addition to the appealing temple design. The cleaner on duty on Thursday, 13 June 2024, morning gave us extra body shampoo upon request with a friendly smile. She did a great job in keeping our room 519 spick and span, and odourless! The hotel delivered a pleasant surprise in the evening with two packs of milk, accompanied by a handwritten note!! Front desk staff were generous with bottled water. 3. Clean and spacious room, with comfortable beds: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well-ventilated. Of all the hotels with centralised air-conditioning systems that we stayed in different cities, this hotel’s room temperature regulation was the best, unlike others where you could feel hot even at a lower temperature! It would be ideal if the toilet room was soundproof. 4. Amenities and facilities: It’s one of the few hotels that provide self-service laundry for FREE! There’s a gym room within the same area on the fifth floor. Power banks and umbrellas, among others, are available on loan for FREE! 5. Supper and breakfast: Tasty and a wide selection of breakfast options, including noodles with sour/clear soup, prepared by professional chefs. Overall, it was a memorable stay, offering great value for money!

Nice hot spring hotel. Lakefront view rooms are preferable to avoid the traffic noise from the city view rooms. Service is good, breakfast is adequate. Service at the springs is excellent, the staff routinely will bring you tea while you soak. From the hotel you can easily join the path and walk around the lake.

This is an odd one. We had a very bad experience right from the start because the room smelled very strongly of cigarettes, even though the rooms have a sign saying that people shouldn't smoke inside. When we complained about it they sent a cleaning lady to just spray some perfume.... yeah it didn't do anything. Finally they changed us to a new room. The same cigarette smell can be found in elevators (which are also smoke free according to the sign). The gym has the only machine broken which is definitely not ideal. The breakfast was amazing, highly recommended. Amazing location.
