Hoteles con Bares en Provincia de Harare, Zimbabue

Booked this guest house based on the reviews that I had read. It is a very basic guest house and in my view, will require some improvements to meet some minimum international standards. The positive is that the WiFi worked very well and hence once on site could stay in touch with family and friends. Also the staff were very friendly and appearedto work with what they had at their disposal. Areas of improvements: 1. Not sure if the guest house had master keys to the rooms. Our room was never cleaned for the period that we were there. Not sure if because we went out with the key or we had to request for the room to be clean. 2. We were not given towels and it was good we have carried some towels with us. It will be extremely good to provide towels and should be already present in the room when the guest arrives. 3. The bathroom had no mirror so when I needed to shave, I had to come back to the bedroom to use the mirror. 4. It appeared the whole guest house has only one kettle and hence if you needed what water, you needed to request for the kettle. Worst still the bedroom did not have the socket for the kettle's plug and hence had to go back to the reception to heat the water. 5. Although the guest house is advertised as having a kitchen, this was in an outhouse and you have to leave the main guest house to use the kitchen. Worst is that the kitchen was not ready when we arrived and it is not well kitted, and in my opinion should not be advertised as a guest house with a kitchen. 6. Finally, the guest house did not have a stanby generator and on one of the nights, the lights went off from @2am local timm till mid morning.

Me alegro de haber podido ver la habitación antes de reservar oficialmente aquí, ya que cometí un error y reservé en otro hotel y las fotos no se parecían en nada a eso. Tenía una cama de buen tamaño, refrigerador, agua de cortesía, televisión por cable con opciones de Netflix y HBO. Había una piscina exterior que estoy terriblemente molesto y no pude utilizar. Como no había hecho otros planes, pude extender mi estadía una noche más sin problemas. El personal fue muy acogedor, amable y servicial. Me alegro de haberme quedado aquí; Me alojaré aquí de nuevo en mi próxima visita a Zimbabwe.

Enjoyed staying at the place very polite and friendly staff .l would recommend the place good for families

Estuvo buena la estancia. El único tema fue la velocidad del restaurante. Pero es un problema en todos los países de África que conocí. Y tienen un problema para calibrar el agua tibia. El personal me ayudó bastante.

El servicio era extremadamente terrible y lento desde la recepción hasta el restaurante, las bebidas tomaron para siempre para pasar, la comida principal no era todo tan grande. Extremamente decepcionante, especialmente por el precio y ser el hotel más caro en Harare.

Tiene un hotel muy bonito en la era colonial británica. Próximo al campo de golf es el favorito personal. El restaurante tiene una buena color y el precio es muy razonable. El clima del bar también es agradable. Vale la pena reservar otra vez.

Breakfast is ok but at that price you could eat anything in town. Room is always clean and comfortable. The two bed room, the bed is quite small.

Clean rooms but no sound proof, no Aircon, do not understand y they put a ceiling and down lighters on a thatched roof

Bien hotel en el centro de Harare. El hotel es algo viejo pero la habitación estaba bien. Las camas estaban bien dormidas y el baño estaba básico pero bien. El personal es muy amable y útil. El desayuno buffet fue excelente.

Eso fue sorprendente, y relajador que lo que mi madre evalúa de permanecer en este lugar.. Gracias Amanzi Lodge aunque estoy un poco triste por no poder reservar el masaje para mis leyes parece algo malo con el número de teléfono, pero de todos modos se disfrutaron de eso más importante 😊
