Excelente servicio. Shelley fue de gran ayuda. Tiene un excelente servicio al cliente. Se sale de su camino como invitado. Tiene una linda sonrisa cuando habla con los clientes.

We had a few issues but they took care of it I would recommend tripped.com for many new customers it is a great booking site and overall we were extremely happy with our stay and how you guys handled the few little issues we had

Stayed just for night but loved it. We stayed in King room and it was big. The indoor pool was great thing too. Free parking outside the hotel and within hotel grounds was excellent. And just a 10-15 min drive to Mystic and Groton. A great stay for the price.

El precio es grande! Son totalmente equipados y cortesía. Tienen piscina y el lobby es muy limpio. Sin embargo, honestamente, hay que tener un día de limpieza profunda. Spiderwebs y muros de polvo y caso de escalera. Cortinas de ventana y hojas de cama de colores. Los vientos de baño revelaron otra habitación que discutía muy claramente. Y las toallas coloridas que realmente no me gustaba! Felizmente tengo ropa y toallas frente conmigo. Y incluso las pijamas y toallas para tirar sobre su parte superior. Oh y yo realmente no me gustaba la oferta de desayuno “hot” a través de la oferta. Sólo la cosa caliente es un fabricante de waffles para todo el hotel. No huevos. Visited the area to attend a graduation ceremony at New Haven. This I was told is a brand new hotel so everything was top of the line - both facilities and services… Their breakfast is generous with a reasonable variety of morning meals .. my fav was the waffle and the fresh fruits. The room was very clean spacious and quiet. Staff are friendly and very professional..Because I needed to go to the city center on a daily bases, I was offered free rides via their accommodating clean shuttle van driven by very respectful and highly professional drivers. I stayed 6 nights and very much enjoyed my stay .. Toward the end of my stay I discovered that there are nice venues to explore directly next or near the hotel. i.e. a cinema complex, Olive Garden restaurant, Barnes and Nobles bookstore, Target, Chic Fillet and many more. Will certainly try it again if I ever come back to New Haven. Thanks to all of the Team, I sure did have a great experience!

this day is always awesome here at Extended Stay I wouldn't recommend any other hotel in this area other than the extended stay there on top of their cleanliness as well as their maintenance and they are also extremely considerate and professional they go out of their way to help you in any way possible if need be I myself have seen other people come in to check in and ask if they could be told we're a good restaurant is or what's the place best place to go for a drink and I have seen them go out of their way and not only handing out menus but also giving names and phone numbers of places that they recommend they try to make your stay more than comfortable and it shows in every way it's a little tucked away up on top of the hill behind 390 flats but it also has an excellent view very pretty and not too far tucked away where you can't reach everything it's just enough for now with my situation I call it my home very proudly

The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient — close to the university, with easy parking and access to nearby stores and restaurants.The room itself was simple but had everything I needed for a short stay. Overall, a good value for the price , perfect for a quick trip or business stay in Danbury.

La habitación del hotel estaba realmente limpia. El estacionamiento también es gratuito. ¡Lo pasé muy bien allí!
