La recepcionista fue muy atenta y nos permitió hacer el check-in a pesar de que llegamos temprano. El hotel está en el casco antiguo, justo enfrente del monumento a Khoja Nasreddin, y muy cerca de Lyab-i Hauz, con su cafetería homónima, estanque y cisnes blancos. Alrededor hay muchas tiendas de souvenirs y lugares para comer algo. El edificio del hotel es de dos plantas y las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado.

I chose to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had positive reviews by Trip members and it had an outdoor swimming pool. It was also great value for money for solo travellers. I arrived early than expected at check in and staff were ready to greet me! Wonderful reception staff! The hotel was bigger than expected and the reception area was very modern and clean with nicely decorated interior. I was shown to my room which was on the second floor. I stayed in a single persons room 205. It was bigger than expected with a big bathroom. There were extras like a bath, comfy chairs to chill. I had a fridge, kettle and a full size mirror. I like a full size mirror. The room also had air conditioning which was very good and very quiet. I had a view of the front of the hotel from my window that was pleasant. My room smelled very pleasant and was a non smoking room. My bed was very comfortable for my back. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of Uzbekistan food which I had never tried before. It was a very busy breakfast area. There was a big range of different foods including fruits and cheeses. I liked the spinach parcels they were very tasty. A lot of the food was homemade. I thought it was delicious. There are a range of buses that offer great service to solo travellers arriving on the train. I caught a Marshuktra from the train station number 378. The Marshuktra dropped me at the bus stop on the road for No 1 bus that stops right outside the hotel. You can also take bus 7/33 All very easy and cheaper than a taxi. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because it has a very nice swimming pool that I used in the afternoon after a long morning sight seeing. I would highly recommend visiting Sitorai Mohi Hosa which is a short distance from the hotel and you can take bus 7/33 or walk. It’s an amazing visit if you are interested in art, culture and architecture. The hotel is very convenient for solo travellers who are a bit too old for Hostels! And like a cold swim after a long day sightseeing without breaking the piggy bank! The first pictures are of my hotel room and the front on the hotel. La experiencia de esta noche es muy bonita y nos hace triste que sólo tengamos que quedarnos una noche en Bukhara. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy agradable. La habitación es excelente, muy limpia, cómoda y bien preparada. El hotel deja una impresiones especiales sobre nosotros y ya estamos esperando volver. Se recomienda a cualquiera que visite Bukhara que no sólo quiera un lugar para dormir, sino una experiencia realmente caliente y memorable. ✨ También compartían fotos de dónde fuimos a Bukhara.

Las habitaciones del casco antiguo se ven bien en las fotos con su colorida decoración, pero las instalaciones son bastante deficientes. Estoy especialmente agradecido a Ctrip por su proactiva asistencia a altas horas de la noche y su oferta de cambiarme a un hotel cercano. Sin embargo, como era pasada la medianoche, el sistema del hotel no pudo procesar la reserva y estaba demasiado cansado para esperar. Ctrip me condonó la mitad del precio de la habitación. Lo más importante es que quedé satisfecho con el servicio de atención al cliente online de Ctrip; fueron proactivos, rápidos y siempre estaban conectados, lo cual fue genial. Recuerda llevar el pequeño comprobante blanco al hacer el check-out: ¡esa es tu factura de impuestos!

Muy buenos hoteles de calidad, la habitación es cómoda, y maneja un restaurante Red West en línea, y come aquí todos los días. La ubicación es excelente, la salida es la imagen de Avan Tijuan y varios tipos de atracciones de la escuela Baza, y los principales lugares de interés pueden caminar.

No tomé fotos de la habitación, ya que es básica. El personal es amable y servicial. No hablan muy bien inglés. El entorno está muy cerca de lugares de interés de Bujará, como el Arca de Bujará, el Museo Ismail y Chor Minor. Es muy fácil caminar. El hotel está a 30 minutos a pie.

The rooms have bathtub. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body shower, toothbrush, toothpaste, dryer, safety box, mini fridge. I couldn't book a train ticket and they helped me to get it, that was very helpful. The hotel is very close to the old city and there are restaurants and the coffee shop ”Bon” very close. The decoration of the bathroom was stunning. In my room I had a painting of the Choir Minor Mosque which was lovely. I didn't like the breakfast because it was too many things with cheese and very traditional. I prefer something more western. Overall I liked it. Staff friendly.

This hotel is so nice. I am a picky person when it comes to cleanness but their bathroom is really clean so I am not worried staying there. The staffs are so nice and friendly, I had my train at 3:00am so I did not book for another night but waited in the hall. They offered me a free night to rest before my train. They also prepared tea, fruits for me as late night snacks. The staff took my luggage out to put in the car for me. The location is perfect. It took 25-30 mins walk to Poyi Kalon and 10 mins to Choir minor. Really close to everything

Есть завтраки, готовят кашу, яичницу, стандартная нарезка колбасы, восточные сладости, чай/кофе. Если останавливаетесь на 2-3 ночи не успеет надоесть, если больше, рядом много мест где можно перекусить и даже выпить вкусного кофе. Улица немного шумновата, с чутким сном имейте в виду. Матрас как везде по Узбекистану жёсткий. Фен не в каждом номере, а по запросу принесли, хм, бывалый. В целом, все понравилось, рекомендую. Недорого и приятно. Если закупят самые дешёвые фены для всех номеров и засыпят перец в перечницы, будет вообще 11 из 10.
