Convenient location with lovely views. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. We had a family room with a sea view consisting of a double and single bed. It was a very large room and had a sofa, coffee table and TV as well as tea and coffee making facilities  tThe staff were great but the hotel decor was a little tired. Parking is limited and cannot be booked in advance. It would be better if disabled drivers could pre-book parking. Parking is £10 a night unless you have a blue badge. There is only one disabled parking space and at the time we visited, some parking spaces were impacted by building works which made it awkward driving in and also took up several spaces.  I would stay there again and recommend.

Tenemos una sala de vistas al mar que tenía una gran vista, pero las ventanas eran tan sucias y cobwebes en los rincones que realmente nos arruinaba eso. El personal y el servicio que proporcionaron eran excelentes, pero, sin embargo, esperaba una variedad más amplia de comidas, pero el menú era muy limitado. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable. It is very centrally located with Tesco, M n S big supermarkets just round the corner 5 minutes walk away. Some Car park spaces in front good for free parking after 6 pm to 9 am. For cheapest whole day parking, 7.50 pound can be found near the ferry pier, about 7 mins walk from hotel. Easy access to all restaurants. Reception is within the bar in Ranald Hotel with manned staff until 11pm. Cons in room, water shower not consistent in temperature, no washing machine and room lightings can feel too dark. But maybe a lot of lightings in that area are like that… But all in all will recommend. Comfortable.

A lovely old hotel in a beautiful location. The room was very warm and I would have loved to open the window to cool down but was reluctant to let the midges in. Perhaps a fan would have been nice. Bed was comfortable and bathtub provided some much appreciated relaxation after a full day of hiking. Overall an enjoyable stay.

First day of my Scotland trip I booked arrochar hotel A Bespoke. The hotel is old but clean. As it is old there will be noise when people are walking or talking. So it common. Hotel has a traditional old Scotland style. The front desk staff is friendly Room for solo travellers is large enough. Toilet are well kept and clean

Perfect location close to rail station.Lots of positive points, however hotel was dated in parts, room carpet flooring was unstable so had to exercise caution not to trip and cause injury. Reception staff member Jamie pleasant and most helpful, so was Nicola over the phone the night before check-in. Food could be improved, with a better variety at breakfast, and providing fresh fruit. Room allocated was not what I expected. Would stay again if better room allocated.

This is very small botique hotel, didn't look impressive front the entrance outside hotel. The moment we went in, it is really cozy & we were greeted by very warming in house manager & booked dinner table as well. We enjoyed their breakfast and as well as dinner, very good quality. Our concern is this hotel doesn't have lift.

Dinner isn't included but the meal we had was great. Breakfast is okay. Surprised by how the cooking was quite inconsistent, but breakfast is free so. The rooms varied quite a lot. Mine was outside the main building and was kind of overrun by wee beasties (creepy crawlies), but that's fine if you're not fussed by a few spiders, caterpillars, and stuff like that. The staff were very friendly.
