From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

¡Qué experiencia tan increíble fue alojarnos en este Riad! Al llegar, Karim nos recibió con un tour por el Riad y un té en la azotea. Nos dio un mapa y nos explicó todo lo que necesitábamos saber sobre la zona y cómo llegar a los lugares turísticos. El Riad está en una zona perfecta, cerca de las tumbas Saadiam y a un corto paseo de la plaza principal. Es fácil encontrar taxis que llegan directamente a la puerta del Riad, así que su ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación era preciosa, impecablemente limpia, y las instalaciones eran increíbles; dormimos profundamente todas las noches y nos encantó. El desayuno también fue un lujo. Nos recibe un amable personal, y nos encantó el desayuno en la azotea que nos dieron cada mañana. El spa también es maravilloso. En pareja, optamos por un paquete de hammam tradicional, seguido de un masaje, y fue genial. De nuevo, el personal del spa, las instalaciones y la experiencia en general fueron absolutamente increíbles. Una mención especial para todo el personal del Riad: Los más amables y atentos que he tenido el placer de conocer, especialmente Karim, Muhammad, Mustapha y otro caballero cuyo nombre he olvidado. Fueron muy amables y serviciales, nos recibían con una sonrisa cada vez que los veíamos y se esforzaron muchísimo para que nuestra estancia fuera fantástica. Si están pensando en reservar este Riad, háganlo ya. No se arrepentirán. Cuando volvamos a Marrakech, nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo y lo recomendaré a todos mis conocidos. I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Stayed here recently after booking through Trip.com, and overall it was a really relaxing and unique experience. Location: The villa is about 30 minutes from Marrakesh city centre, so it’s definitely more on the quiet, countryside side. That’s great if you’re looking to unwind away from the chaos of the Medina, but just keep in mind you’ll need a taxi or arranged transport to get around. Ambience & Property: The place feels like a peaceful retreat. The pool area is beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery and palm trees. Plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax, which makes it perfect for a chill day. The architecture has a rustic Moroccan charm with small villa-style rooms that add to the cozy vibe. Rooms & Comfort: Rooms are simple but comfortable. Not ultra-luxury, but clean and nicely designed to match the overall aesthetic of the property. It feels more like staying at a private villa than a typical hotel. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful, though service can feel a bit laid-back at times (which honestly matches the vibe of the place). Food & Facilities: The poolside setup is great for relaxing, though food options might be limited compared to larger hotels. Best to plan meals or head into the city for more variety. Overall Experience: If you’re looking for a calm, aesthetic getaway with a beautiful pool and peaceful surroundings, this is a solid choice. If you prefer being close to the action, this might feel a bit too remote. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Great for relaxing, but location may not suit everyone.

Como se muestra en la figura, el interior es muy bonito y colorido. Estoy muy agradecido por la minería y el ventilador fuerte en la habitación. El desayuno también es delicioso. Sin embargo, la seguridad alrededor de Riyad no es buena y hay un engaño guía que va a ir por todas partes. Si vives solo, debes tener cuidado al moverte. El hotel está cerca de todos los tipos de atracciones turísticas. Acepté un masaje, muy bien. Todo el personal respondió con cortesía.

El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy bien situado. Nota, no es la dirección real de la riad. Sólo cuando llegué a descubrir que es un paseo de la dirección real indicada en trip.com. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. La primera vez que me encontré en el hotel, me dijeron que el conductor llevaría la señal del hotel con mi nombre. He tenido que llamar a la riad para que me diga que el conductor no llevaba la señal correcta, pero otro nombre similar a Riad Dar Massai, y no tenía mi nombre en ella. El signo debe ser claro al huésped por primera vez en Marrakech para mostrar ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + nombre del huésped”. Por último, el aire acondicionado era grande, pero las mantas eran muy finas. Sé que proporcionaron mantas extras, pero no la utilicé. Así que estoy muy frío en la noche. Además de los pocos desventajas, es en general un hermoso Riad, realmente me encanta la arquitectura interior, y las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, las duchas son calientes y agradables.

La verdad la habitación estaba bastante bien, bastante espaciosa, tranquila, sin embargo tuve que pagar 1,50€ al llegar, le di 5€ al señor de recepción y ahí me dio la frase mágica, está bien, no tendrás Necesito cambio y déjame el resto a mí, le iba a dejar una propina pero cuando ves que se obliga a quedarse con el cambio sin darle la mano al cliente entonces se vuelve ridículo.

Este hotel fue increíble, cerca de muchos lugares y a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Recomiendo altamente este hotel.

El servicio del hotel es muy insatisfactorio. Después de salir de mi habitación, descubrí que mi importante medicamento se olvidó en la habitación del hotel. Llamar al hotel espera ayudar a llegar rápidamente a Rabat. El hotel dice que no, y me permite buscar a mi propio contacto. ¿Cómo funcionará un turista extranjero? Yo no vivo en un hotel, sino que quiero que me ayude en el extranjero.
