ฉันเป็นคนไทยที่ไปพักที่โรงแรมพูดภาษาจีนได้แค่นิดเดียวแต่เจ้าของที่พักใจดีมากๆ ให้การช่วยเหลือฉันเป็นอย่างดีขากลับให้ช่วยเรียก DiDi ไปส่งสถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูง ประทับใจเขามากๆ ทานนมมาส่งเถ้าแก่ช่วยเดินขึ้นมาถึงห้องพักชั้น 3 ที่พักหลังจาก 5 ทุ่มเงียบสงบมีม่านกันแสงจากระเบียงและม่านกันแสงในห้องทำให้ห้องมืดชั้นหลับสนิทมากๆตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ที่นี่ ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ตลาดเก้าจวง เมื่อคุณลงรถบัสหรือแท็กซี่ที่ส่งปากซอยเดินมาอีก 100 เมตรจะอยู่ทางด้านซ้ายบริเวณใกล้ๆมีมินิมาร์ท

En Dali, ¡por fin me instalé en la casa de mis sueños! ¡Una recomendación perfecta de 10/10 para esta casa de huéspedes! Esta es sin duda la casa de huéspedes más acogedora en la que me he alojado; ¡es un destino perfecto en sí misma! Desde la llegada hasta la salida, cada día transcurrió con una cálida atención. La casa de huéspedes, dirigida por un veterano, me transmitió una enorme sensación de seguridad. Lo que más valoro de esta casa de huéspedes es su ritmo de vida relajado. Por las tardes, podía disfrutar de un té y leer en el soleado patio, o contemplar las montañas Cangshan y el lago Erhai desde la terraza de la azotea, sin hacer nada más que soñar despierto. El cuidado diseño de las zonas comunes se hace patente en todas partes; cada rincón es perfecto para tomar fotos. Si buscas algo más que una cama, un espacio cálido para relajarte, disfrutar de hermosos paisajes y conectar con amigos, ¡este es tu lugar!

Esta experiencia de esta estancia es realmente más allá de las expectativas, debe ser muy bien aprovechada! La ubicación del hotel es especialmente buena, junto a la tienda es muy conveniente viajar, comer y cocinar. Al entrar en el salón, el ambiente se siente elegante, el personal de la recepción se muestra entusiasta y paciente, se maneja rápidamente y no se reproduce. La habitación está limpia y incolora, las camas son suaves y cómodas, la cama se relaja y duerme especialmente bien. La habitación es muy inteligente y cómoda con todas las instalaciones de baño, el suministro de agua caliente es estable y la calidad de los productos de lavandería es también buena. También es muy conveniente estacionar en el estacionamiento subterráneo. Cuando salga, puedes registrarte con una tarjeta de coche. 環境：非常好的一家客棧，裝修都是老闆自家弄的，木質裝修很温馨 還有個大暖爐可以烤火。在她家吃了兩天的飯，野生菌菇雞湯火鍋和氂牛肉火鍋都很好吃。菌菇雞湯對於我們口味來説少了點鹽和糖提鮮，但是也正是沒放這些所以在吃菌菇的時候真能品到雨後森林的感覺，就是和自家買的那種菌菇味道不一樣。然後氂牛火鍋看着辣，紅紅的一片，但其實也還好，不辣而且超級香。 設施：酒店旁邊就是超市，樓下還有酒吧，自己帶餐廳，在雨崩裏配套設施非常全面，基礎的都有，超級方便，而且超市裡女性衞生用品都有。 衞生：房間環境乾淨，有電熱毯，廁所是抽水馬桶，洗浴的用品都是一次性的。 服務：服務超級熱情，像個大家庭一樣，來的時候下雨被淋成落湯雞，立馬就來招呼我們來烤火，還貼心的搬來椅子，讓我們把濕衣服也烤烤乾。因為我體力不行中間一天沒和家裡人去走冰湖，和老闆娘他們打了一下午的鬥地主，玩的很開心，也算是另一種雨崩體驗了。 客棧還有幾衹貓咪和小狗，喜歡動物會覺得非常治癒，每一衹都養的很好，能看出來主人對其很上心。在聊天還得知雨崩有個撿垃圾公益團體，呼籲大家徒步時不要亂丟垃圾，清潔雨崩。臨走前還送了我一個他們自己做的徽章留紀念，貌似這個需要報他們的嚮導帶隊才有的，真的非常感謝。

We really enjoyed our stay here because the owner was very kind and helpful, they always smile at us, the hotel is nice, the room was very comfortable, clean, sterile, and fragrant, they also helped carry our suitcases, the owner is a husband and wife who treated us like family, we felt like home, they also helped pick up my package from taobao which almost got lost 🥹☺️. And they have a very cute dog named taopao 😍. The location of this hotel is very strategic close to the Bo’ai Gate and the South Gate, around the hotel there are many restaurants and supermarkets. I really recommend this hotel because the facilities are complete and the price is affordable, I will stay here again if I visit dali next time ☺️☺️

¡El ambiente de la habitación es increíble! La distribución es cálida, la cama es suave y amplia, y el olor es muy agradable para dormir. El baño está limpio y sin olores, y el suministro de agua caliente es estable. El aislamiento acústico es de primera clase, no te molestará en absoluto y podrás dormir plácidamente toda la noche. El servicio es aún mejor. La recepcionista es entusiasta y profesional, y el registro de entrada y salida es rapidísimo. Si tienes alguna necesidad, solo tienes que llamar a recepción y el personal te ayudará a resolverla rápidamente.

Decided to book Orange inn after reading all the good review. It turn out to be a good choice. My family of three enjoyed our stay. Cosy and comfortable room. Quiet and clean. Beautiful ambient. Excellent location.  Super helpful & kind boss. Speedy response on enquiry, which I appreciated much.

Despite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note: 1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival. 2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room. 3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised. We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.
