El cuarto está limpio en el primer piso de la calle para oír los coches y los peatones, pero las personas son pocos y caminar por la calle también está cerca. Hay un pequeño jardín con un ambiente hermoso. El único defecto del viento eléctrico se rompió sin sustitución.

La habitación está muy limpia, el baño es grande, el personal limpia la basura de manera oportuna, el ambiente del hotel también es muy bueno y hermoso, hay un área de estacionamiento con ascensor y la recepción lo saludará cálidamente cada vez que salga y regrese al hotel. La ubicación también está muy cerca de la puerta suroeste de la ciudad antigua. Me froté accidentalmente la piel con las sábanas durante mi período y no me pidieron ninguna compensación. Si tienes una situación similar, debes informar a la recepción primero. Si lo haces tú mismo, puedes empeorar las cosas.

The homestay was awesome. We had a great experience here. We met with some travellers from Malaysia and they are pleasant with their stay too.
The only concern is carrying your big luggage up the floor. But the owner was very sweet helping us deliver it to our room.

I like this hotel a lot due to its value for money room rate and its location that is within walking distance from both the metro and train stations.
This is my second time stayed in this hotel ( in different room and I encountered the following same issues:
1. Hot water supply is not stable. Hence it might be hard to take a shower during winter.
2. Room was with strong cigarettes smell. It might be irritating if you are a non smoker ( esp this room type is without window.)
However I would definitely return to the same hotel in future since the above two points I can easily put up with

El edificio del hotel es antiguo, pero mantiene la limpieza y la ubicación conveniente.
La interacción con los propietarios se realiza en microcarretillas y la comunicación es muy fácil.
Durante mi estancia, también limpió la habitación, y podía pasar un buen tiempo.
Hay tiendas de alimentos en la región, que se pueden vender, es muy conveniente.
Además, no está lejos del aeropuerto, puede llegar en taxi o autobús, y eso también es bueno.

Buen ambiente, buena higiene, la casa es muy antigua y da la sensación de estar envejecida. Hay un pequeño sofá dentro, me gusta mucho. Hay un sillón en el patio, que a los niños les encanta. El servicio es bueno, la joven es muy guapa y entusiasta. Los fideos de arroz para desayunar están deliciosos, me encantan ❤, vale la pena quedarse 😄😄

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación del alojamiento es bastante buena. Cerca de la estación de tren del norte y de la colina Yuantong, cerca de muchas atracciones turísticas importantes. El dueño es muy amable y ayuda en todo. Instalaciones completas Basura recogida todos los días. Los artículos de tocador se cambian todos los días. El alojamiento está limpio, hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados por aquí, en general se considera bueno. Me gustaría recomendar alojarse aquí.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación está limpia e higiénica, el diseño de la decoración es muy bueno, la cama es muy cómoda para dormir y la señal de la red inalámbrica es muy buena. El jefe vio que éramos personas mayores y nos arregló especialmente una habitación muy tranquila. Cuando salimos a jugar, nos envió especialmente a la estación de metro. Nos conmovió mucho y seguiremos quedándonos la próxima vez.

DDahaigang環境：非常好的一家客棧，裝修都是老闆自家弄的，木質裝修很温馨 還有個大暖爐可以烤火。在她家吃了兩天的飯，野生菌菇雞湯火鍋和氂牛肉火鍋都很好吃。菌菇雞湯對於我們口味來説少了點鹽和糖提鮮，但是也正是沒放這些所以在吃菌菇的時候真能品到雨後森林的感覺，就是和自家買的那種菌菇味道不一樣。然後氂牛火鍋看着辣，紅紅的一片，但其實也還好，不辣而且超級香。
設施：酒店旁邊就是超市，樓下還有酒吧，自己帶餐廳，在雨崩裏配套設施非常全面，基礎的都有，超級方便，而且超市裡女性衞生用品都有。
衞生：房間環境乾淨，有電熱毯，廁所是抽水馬桶，洗浴的用品都是一次性的。
服務：服務超級熱情，像個大家庭一樣，來的時候下雨被淋成落湯雞，立馬就來招呼我們來烤火，還貼心的搬來椅子，讓我們把濕衣服也烤烤乾。因為我體力不行中間一天沒和家裡人去走冰湖，和老闆娘他們打了一下午的鬥地主，玩的很開心，也算是另一種雨崩體驗了。
客棧還有幾衹貓咪和小狗，喜歡動物會覺得非常治癒，每一衹都養的很好，能看出來主人對其很上心。在聊天還得知雨崩有個撿垃圾公益團體，呼籲大家徒步時不要亂丟垃圾，清潔雨崩。臨走前還送了我一個他們自己做的徽章留紀念，貌似這個需要報他們的嚮導帶隊才有的，真的非常感謝。

El baño está limpio y sin olores, y el suministro de agua caliente es estable. El aislamiento acústico es de primera clase, no te molestará en absoluto y podrás dormir plácidamente toda la noche.
El servicio es aún mejor. La recepcionista es entusiasta y profesional, y el registro de entrada y salida es rapidísimo. Si tienes alguna necesidad, solo tienes que llamar a recepción y el personal te ayudará a resolverla rápidamente.

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note:
1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival.
2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room.
3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised.
We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

GGlenysMFairyland Shangpin Hotel in Kunming, is a really nice hotel, in a terrific location….. but as the extra bit in title mentions, is in a pedestrian street, therefore if you have a mountain of luggage, or mobility issues, or toddlers & babies to carry, you might want to think twice about booking here or in any other hotel in the pedestrian streets in the neighbourhood. It’s one of the fabulous features of the area, but you do need to be aware that vehicles are not allowed in this area….. AND …. the only way into the hotel is via a flight of stairs.
My Grab driver from the airport dropped me off where his gps directed him to, but it meant an overly long walk lugging my bag through crowds of tourists on a stinking hot Sunday arv on cobbled streets (obviously not designed when wheeled suitcases were invented!). I discovered the next day that Wuyi Rd subway station is really close to the hotel… less than a 5 minute walk away. Turn left outside the hotel entrance. Turn right at the corner (150m away), and one of the entrances to the subway is just along there on the right. When I looked it up, it turns out it takes half the time to & from the airport as it does by car and costs next to nothing, so I caught it to the airport (just 1 easy transfer along the way), and was really glad I did. It’s a pity the hotel doesn’t include that important info in its listing!
The hotel’s Reception & dining room staff are all super friendly and nice, and my room was really lovely, with a great shower, power points that my Australian hair straightener and phone chargers plugged straight into, and a big window that opens and which overlooks rooftops, alleyways, cafes, high-rises and lots more. There’s also a window beside every lift entrance, so you can all the locals dancing in the public square, which is just fabulous!
There is a laundry for guest use on the same floor as the breakfast room, but every time I checked, both machines were in use, so I wouldn’t count on getting any washing done if you’re only staying for a couple of days.
Loved wandering around the cobbled streets (from right outside the hotel), day & night. Lots to see & do. Lots of colour, lots of people (including all the locals folk dancing together in the square), lots of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. Highly recommend Fairyland Shangpin Hotel to those who are ok with walking (& pulling luggage) over cobblestones, and up & down stairs to and from the hotels entrances (one to the front door, and a second entrance near the lift). It’s worth it! ☺️

UUsuario invitadoStayed here from 29–31 December. The hotel is literally right next to the viral beef bread spot, and there are many other attractions nearby as well.
The location is superb — very convenient for going back and forth for shopping, and there are plenty of halal restaurants around.
One thing to note: the hotel has only one lift, and the exterior doesn’t look very impressive. However, once you step inside, it’s a completely different story — the interior is absolutely beautiful, seriously so stunning.
Great stay overall, especially for the location 👍

BBarry MichaelA Warm Home in Shangri-La - Definitely Choose Wufan Shanjian!
The luckiest choice of my trip to Shangri-La was definitely Wufan Shanjian Light Luxury Homestay, and the biggest surprise was meeting the owner couple, a local ******* pair. The simplicity and enthusiasm unique to Tibetans in them filled the entire journey with warmth.
From the moment we landed, we were surrounded by their thoughtfulness: they not only took the initiative to pick us up at the high-speed railway station but also carefully reminded us not to rush to take a bath just after arriving on the plateau and to remember to turn on the oxygen concentrator at night. A family member traveling with us had a bit of altitude sickness, and the landlady Zhuoma immediately brought Coke and glucose to relieve the discomfort. In the evening, she specially brought warm yak milk and fresh grapes. Even the child kept saying that Aunt Zhuoma was as kind as family. The husband was simple and enthusiastic. When he saw that we had trouble parking, he immediately helped park the car without hesitation, so we didn't have to worry at all. When we wanted to find delicious skewers or plan the route around Napahai, they could always give the most authentic suggestions and even recommend reliable stores, which were more useful than the strategies we made.
The environment of the homestay is impeccable. As a person with a bit of obsessive-compulsive disorder about cleanliness, the cleanliness here completely exceeded expectations - the rooms are bright and tidy, the bed sheets and quilt covers have no peculiar smell at all, and even the bathroom is cleaned spotlessly. The facilities are also very considerate, with full-house floor heating and smart devices. The oxygen concentrator by the bed can automatically adjust the oxygen concentration, completely solving the worry about sleeping on the plateau. What's more surprising is that the location is in the center of the ancient town, only a three-minute walk to the prayer wheel, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
During the few days staying here, I was moved by the details every day: free down jackets and umbrellas, pre-prepared moisturizing masks, hot breakfast in the morning, and even after leaving, when we found that we had forgotten something, the boss would carefully send it back. This kind of warmth that is not family but better than family made the beauty of Shangri-La more concrete. Next time I come, I will definitely stay here again!
