The place is beautiful but the people made my stay worthwhile. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely will go back again.

I am torn with this one so I'll list both the pros and the cons, starting with the bad parts to get that out of the way: 1) The pool was closed due to a part missing, and we only found out at check-in. I work in property management, so I know how hard it can be to keep a property fully operational 365 days per year. I still have a hard time understanding how a resort can find itself with a missing pool part in the middle of the season! And not give a heads up to guests before they arrive! 2) For that inconvenience, all we were offered were two (2) $10 vouchers to the spa... which was already closed for the day and was not going to reopen for 4 days! What kind of hotel calls itself a resort if the spa is closed 3 days per week?! And even if that's how you normally operate, wouldn't you think to change the schedule when the pool breaks down in the middle of the summer and you decide that spa vouchers are the way to compensate guests for the inconvenience?? For the good parts: 1) Parking was free. 2) Drinks were cheap at the casino. 3) Room was clean (we had a bad view but not much can be done about that I guess). Two (2) final comments I'll call ”neutral”: 1) the mattress was a bit too firm and the pillows too thin for me. But I'm not counting that as a bad thing since that's more of a personal preference. 2) I'm not a huge gambler but I thought the sportsbook was small. I understand it's not meant to be Vegas but again, if you're going to advertise yourself as a casino resort, I just expected bigger. This part wasn't an inconvenience on my trip but I might as well mention it.

Lovely and convenient room. Hot water, coffee and tea are provided at the dining area. The pool is also enjoyable. Great location (close to the downtown area), with only a few minutes’ walk to important business district and sightseeing places.

El entorno y el servicio en general son buenos, caminar al Estadio de la Universidad de South Bende por menos de 10 minutos, muy conveniente; hay muchos lugares cercanos para comer, sabores diferentes pueden ser opcionales, hay un bar tradicional americano, comprar cerveza, experimentar diferentes estilos de vida y culturas.

La habitación era limpia y cómoda. Anuncian un desayuno gourmet, a mi sorpresa --- ni siquiera estaba cerca, no había crema para el café, una de las bebidas de jugo estaba fuera, no hay yogur, entonces para ponerlo todo fuera --- La máquina de waffles era desagradable!!! Sucio, y cuando pregunté sobre la dama haciendo un waffle en mi frente sobre su waffle amarrado al fabricante de waffle, el anfitrión dijo ”Bueno, es porque todo el revestimiento no de stick en el fabricante de waffle está desaparecido” y el hotel se suponía que estaba recibiendo un nuevo ¡Cuando lo limpié con un cojinete - cosas negras aparecen en él ... Así que no es necesario decir NO waffle para mí hoy!! El fabricante de waffle ni siquiera debería haber estado en uso! Wow. Y la temperatura de los enlaces de salsa era fría al toque!! Dice que hay vistas al río en estas habitaciones, pero no todas!

Check i was easy. The room was good except the shower floor was really dirty. When I called down to the front desk the lady said she would be up as soon as she was finished checking in the guests she was checking in. In the meantime my husband found out the soap in the shower was empty, so he went downstairs to get another bottle. As he came back the front desk lady was right behind him. She handed me the cleaning supplies and said she wasn't house keeping. I took the supplies and scrubbed the shower floor. When I returned the supplies she was on her phone at the desk. I do know the hotel was sold our, but that was ridiculous. The next morning the new lady apologized a number of times. On a good note, the breakfast was amazing and the bed was great.

Great service! Great facility! The food was excellent with many options for restaurants! Wonderful gift shop! The smoking option for rooms made a difference for me, and the rooms were clean and comfortable! I'll be returning! Five stars!

Glisteningly new and clean. The bright and modern scheme match the ladies at the front desk! I wish more places could model this approach. My brother and I were on the tail end of a touch business trip. This brightened our journey. We will return. I subtracted 1 star because of the loud families on either side of me - past 11. Little kids on the warpath.
