Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition. The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle. Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)? My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call). Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good.

Hagi No Yado Tomoe is an amazing Ryokan. The exterior is nice and clean and once you head on inside, you enter a rare and elegant world. The facilities are wonderful and everything is created with exceptional precision. The staff are always patient, polite, extremely kind and respectful. They were also very accomodating towards our child. The room we had was amazing and both the dinner and breakfast were delicious and beautifully presented. The onsen was also clean and relaxing. Highly recommended for your next stay if you visit Hagi.

El hotel de Domi se ha elegido para terminar porque había vivido en el hotel de marcas. Llegué al hotel por la mañana y guardaba el equipaje primero. Una vez que abrió la habitación por la tarde, el equipaje entraba en la habitación, muy agradecido. El pequeño hermano coreano de China y el inglés de Chen está demasiado intimido en la recepción. El techo del hotel tiene una calorosa calefacción ♨️, La noche de la lluvia y el viento, escuchar las olas 🌊 Está caliente y guapo, es muy agradable. y helados y cebada gratis, Es demasiado valioso. La habitación es nueva y el agua de baño es muy cómoda. Hay que felicitarla.

Valor por dinero. Altamente recomendado. Regresará. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son convenientes (sin escaleras) para adaptarse a mi uso como persona con dificultades para caminar. Me encanta especialmente el baño de pañales con hermosa vista al océano. La cena y el desayuno son deliciosos.

LOCATION IS OKAY, YOU REALLY DO NEED TO DRIVE. FOOD WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING, I WOULD EXPECT A BETTER QUALITY... OVERALL ROOM IS JUST OKAY.

酒店的位置、環境、前台服務都很好。但是！ 孩子有帶耳機睡覺的習慣，第一天早上，按預訂時間吃過早餐並乘坐酒店9點接送汽車到達東萩站，下車後，突然發現iPhone耳機倉裏的兩衹耳機不在裏面，這才想起來，戴了一晚的耳機，在早上醒來時忘記收起來，落在了榻榻米的被褥裏，酒店的車已離開，我衹好在攜程預訂平台上通過客服通知酒店“不要收拾床鋪了”，同時，作為母親我還安慰孩子，“放心吧，服務員收拾房間時，看到耳機一定會擱到房間的小桌上的，全世界的酒店服務員都會這樣做的”。傍晚，結束一天的遊覽回到房間，然後找遍房間所有的地方，沒有耳機的影子！與前台工作人員溝通後也沒有任何結果，很無奈，繼續入住的前提下就這樣丟失了一副耳機。 回憶前一晚是由兩位南亞模樣和一位日本模樣的服務員鋪的床，當晚，又再次觀察由兩位日本模樣的服務員鋪床，全程觀察工作程序，照此程序，兩衹白色耳機再小，也是會看到的，可是，他們竟然看不見… 第二天早上，退費前離開房間時，我拍了睡過一宿的被褥，同樣的場景，如果有耳機遺落在上面也是顯而易見的，可是，他們的工作人員看不見… 酒店位置很好，如果選擇，一定保管好個人物品！

료칸이 크고 위치도 버스정류장 근처라 쉽게 찾을 수 있었어요. 조식도 맛있었고 여장부 쇼도 좋았지만 온천 욕실에 바닥이 깨져있고 이불도 얼룩이 있는 것으로 보아 약간의 시설에 대한 투자가 필요한 것 같습니다

Make a mistake did not noticed my booking is without a bath room in the room, have to settle shower shared bath at the onsen. Did not expect half board dinner serve Japanese set and not a buffet dinner, Thanks to the chef make changes for the dinner for my daughter which she don’t take fish meal. Thumbs up to the restaurant staff .

El hotel es un hotel de lujo y todo era bueno para él. El baño de primavera caliente es también el más alto nivel y el servicio al cliente es excelente. Sin embargo, es un ryokan, pero no incluye la cena, pero es similar a un ryokan con la cena. En resumen, creo que hay un problema con la relación de precios

Great private open air onsen within your own little house. Service was impeccable. A little far from the station but walkable, within around 20 mins. Better to drive if able.
