I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant.
Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.
Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good
This is our 1st time to Pekan Baru with new experience staying in Khas Hotel. Very warm hospitality from the team. The room is spacious but they did not provide the mini fridge. So sad😣(to management team- pls take note). We have a issue with the shower but the team managed to settle the problem in a time.Located near to the airport about 20 minutes away.Easy to get Grab/Maxime. On the right side hotel there Makam Pahlawan. And the best thing, RM Pagi Sore is only opposite the hotel🤩
I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area.
Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.
Muy estratégica ubicación. Todo cerca. Puedes encontrar comida, compras en un edificio. Pasar Bawah también en el mismo edificio coz ahora en renovación. Cada vez que llego a Riau me quedaré aquí
Good location, spacious room , but unfortunately the toilet seat is not clean .. it’s yellowish 😫😫.. carpet is abit dirty .. head board have stains .. and the worst is aircon not working well..
Already complained and got checked but the resulst was the same..
the room size is good, just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good, took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come.
the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana.
the breakfast was not as we expected, too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious.
the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!.
the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter.
overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.
Muy bueno

AAhmadSuzanaIt's a convinience place to stay. Easier to go anywhere for food hunter and shopping. Staff is excellent. For next holiday for sure I will choose this hotel again.
