Buen hotel, buen desayuno, fácil acceso en transporte público.

The “hotel” isn’t exactly a hotel. It’s in an apartment/residential building (1st floor from ground level - I’d call this the 2nd floor, but they would disagree here). I was a bit disappointed when I wanted to bring my bags a couple hours before check-in so I could walk around the city. Hotels are usually good about this; however, the “front desk person” for this “hotel” comes by appointment. Again, this isn’t a hotel, even though it’s advertised to be. I found out that you need to give them 48 hours notice if you plan to come by earlier (I didn’t see this information anywhere prior to check-in). Overall, the space was clean, spacious and cool (the AC was the best part). The bathroom is modern and quite nice. The noise level was a bit much, as the room faces the street. Also, I had really hoped to use the laundry services (for additional charge) as shown on the Trip.com listing but again, I was told at check-in that I needed to give 48 hours notice for this, and that it’s not something they offer anyway. The front desk person told me there is a laundry mat near by (four minute walk, make sure to have coins). I’m being completely transparent in this review, not to be a ****, but to be informative. I felt a bit misled, so please, if you have any special requests, make sure to share those with the front desk 48 HOURS BEFORE check-in. You can ring the doorbell (labeled “Casa Alessandrini”) outside the building all you want, but no one will come to let you in unless they are there. 👍

Location at appx 20 minutes to city center(easy to reach) 30 minutes ro railway station. Reception opne till 11 pm, after you can make self checkin to a machine at the entrance. Clean and modern loby and breakfast areas. Decent breakfast. The strangest room that I ever seen: all walls in wood and not in the nice way, it feels that you are in an old vessel cabin. Even the walls are “protected” by addional wood doors or are locled by wood panels. A lot of furniture, not very functional as same parts are locked. Not felt very safe in the first night. Once you stay more you get used to it. Overall, for the priced paid during New Year period or if you are on budget, is ok for what you paid.

El hotel es muy agradable, pero no hay ascensor. Creo que deberías considerarlo. El desayuno era limpio y la atmósfera era buena! El calefacción era buena, así que Bologna estaba frío, pero me quedé caliente.

Great Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 ! This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes. Pros: • Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna. • Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs. • Impressive decor and spacious common areas. • Plenty of parking space. Cons: • Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated. • Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing. • Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets! • No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool. • Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket… Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel Centrale Byron as the reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and multilingual. Even the cleaning lady was cheerful which made me feelvery welcome. The hotel’s location in the historic city centre is perfect for exploring the sights, shopping and eating out (the mercato coperto with its bars & restaurants is just around the corner). The train station is a 8-10min walk away. The room was practical & convenient: the furniture was not the most modern but well maintained and there was a desk, a fridge, a haidryer and a small tv. The bath room was tiny and I had to wiggle around the door to reach the sink. But everything was sparkling clean. My single room had a proper small single bed — something I only know from Italy. I slept well, though. The only thing that was a bit negative was that you could hear your room neighbours through the walls. Breakfast was served with a choice if cereals, jams, cold cuts & cheeses, breads and croissants as well as real Italian café prepared freshly.

Estructura frente mar habitación esencial buena cama con un bonito tope muy limpio la habitación y debo decir también el desayuno no es malo. Peca pequeña la silencio de las habitaciones, no son insonorizadas y un grupo de niños regresó a las 3:30 haciendo un buen pasillo en el pasillo y una vez en las habitaciones se sentía su habla.

Me quedé en Bologna por una noche y elegí este hotel, ya que era barato y está cerca del centro de Bologna. Pro - agradable habitación limpia, cama cómoda, baño limpio, desayuno muy bueno y sólo costó 7.5 euros(lo compré por la mañana desde la recepción), escritorio frontal amigable y útil. Cons - Area remota (20 minutos del centro de la ciudad por taxi) , no hay tobillo proporcionado( puedes comprarlo por 1.50 euros de la recepción), después de 11 el escritorio/recepción delantera se cierra y tienes que bajar y pulsar un botón para llamar a alguien. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. En general, no me importaría quedarme allí de nuevo si es un corto estadía como 1 o 2 noches como es barato y si voy a ir al hotel para dormir y duchar. Clasificación : 7/10

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Prestige! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, public transportation, and nearby attractions. What truly made our stay special was the excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their recommendations were very helpful. We highly recommend Hotel Prestige to anyone visiting Rimini. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable—we would be happy to stay here again!
