This is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. So thank you, Karl August your neighbourhood hotel. 5 stars and beyond. We will be back again for sure!

Lo malo: 1. No hay personal en el hotel, por lo que debe registrarse en línea con anticipación. El correo electrónico de registro del hotel se envió al correo basura y no fue notificado con anticipación. Se tardan 7/8 minutos en llegar andando a la estación de metro y 15 minutos en llegar al metro del centro de la ciudad. 3. Lo mejor es que hay unos grandes almacenes enormes en la estación de metro, con varios tipos de tiendas al lado.

Cerca de la salida D o E del metro, buena ubicación. Hay cafeterías y comida turca y asiática justo debajo y alrededor del hotel. No hay cepillo de dientes, peine ni zapatillas. Los geles de ducha vienen en un solo envase. Así que no es para exigentes. Pero el baño es amplio y el inodoro está separado.

The breakfast service was excellent. The room was nicely decorated, clean, spacious, had a lovely balcony.

While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team. Die Ausstattung Ihres Hotels ist zwar akzeptabel, die betrieblichen Mängel und das Verhalten Ihres Personals während meines Aufenthalts waren jedoch absolut inakzeptabel. Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden. Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an. Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen.

El hotel está a unos 15 minutos a pie de la estación central de trenes. La ubicación es buena, pero al anochecer hay muchos borrachos en la planta baja. La cerradura de seguridad de la puerta estaba rota, pero el personal de recepción dijo que era seguro y se negó a cambiarnos de habitación. 😵💫 Me sentí muy incómoda mientras dormía. No había repuesto mis pañuelos. Fui a recepción y pedí que me los trajeran. ¡También nos interrogó! 🥲 Al día siguiente, la ranura para la tarjeta del ascensor estaba rota. Ni siquiera pude subir al piso. Tuve que subir por las escaleras. 😅 Pero el agua caliente abundaba, lo cual se agradece. El desayuno también estaba bueno. ¡La salchicha alemana estaba deliciosa! 😋 ¡El personal del desayuno fue muy amable!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The sauna was excellent and the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

如果不看酒店門口掛着的那四顆星，我覺得還湊合吧。各種意義上的馬馬虎 設施：非常非常老，坐在床上嘎吱響，可以看出來有年頭了，但是設施都能用。樓道低矮配上慘白的燈光實話説不喜歡，在Google上也見到不少人吐槽 衞生：依然是挑不出太大毛病，架子上也沒有浮土，沒有肉眼可見的不乾淨。就是很老的設施給人的感覺會不乾淨。 服務：服務倒是還可以吧，早到存行李，下午辦入住不一樣的工作人員但是都很不錯。早餐餐廳的服務員是個利落的奶奶，人非常好 環境：差點意思，臨街很吵，尤其是有摩託車和大聲開音樂的車經過時，入夜之後好一些。不過周圍有超市有吃飯的地方比較方便 早餐：比較驚喜，在國外我住過的同價位酒店裡算是還不錯的，水果杯我非常喜歡。不過我就住了兩天，用了一天的早飯，是不是一成不變我就不知道了

The hotel is new and staff is friendly. The room is pretty standard neat and clean . First time at this location . They have breakfast for a reasonable charge . You could take airport shuttle to the hotel from Munich airport for free . A 10 euro per person charge if you departing from the hotel to the airport.

The space, location and service were amazing. By far the best place I’ve stayed at in Wurzburg and it was relatively affordable.
