A fine hostel. No lift, so you'll have to haul your luggage up at least 4 flights of stairs. Towels are available only for rental. I didn't see much of the staff. The space was very clean, I stayed for two nights and there were only a couple other people. A little expensive for what it is, though I think prices in late December tend to be higher

I stayed here for one night with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter, and we loved our visit. The hotel was accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. Our room was very clean, the staff were attentive, and we could tell they wanted us to have a nice stay. The location was perfect - set back on a quiet street but right in the middle of all the onsens and shopping. We opted for the crab dinner, and it was an absolute feast. We ate for hours and still couldn't finish everything. They asked if we wanted to keep it for breakfast (which, of course, we did), so they served it in the morning along with the breakfast they planned. It was wonderful. They have a small onsen in the building, which was nice because the three of us could enjoy one bath together before going to the gender-separated onsens in town. I highly recommend staying here for a lovely and authentic Japanese experience.

当日予約だったので、駐車場は諦めて近くにとめました。提携の方に行けばよかったのですが、いつも使ってた駐車場の方が安心出来たので、、 でも、お部屋も清潔でしたし、当日でも、泊まれたので、良かったかなーと思います。 大阪にライブ見に行く為に宿泊したので、お食事付きでしたが、食事はしなかったのでちょっとわからないですが、、ただ、お部屋にお茶でも飲めるポットがあれば良かったですね。

It's close to Himeji Castle, with supermarket nearby. The facility is clean. The staff recommended walking around Himeji Castle during the night time, it was really nice and beautiful. Staffs are not always around, even drop luggage before check in should be done after 10am, so be aware of check in and check out time.

The overall facilities are kinda old and not suitable for older travelers, but the room rate is cheap and suitable for guests who want to travel independently. Please note that the owner does not understand English very well, so please use translator.

the food is most generous and sumptous, and very high standard. We stayed in couple room with a private onsen tub. This make our stay most memorable as my wife was recovering from a major surgery. When we request the staff to add another layer to the futon mattress, he told us to do it on our own since the futon are in the room. When we told him that my wife is unable to do so due to the surgey, he oblidge to our request but unhappily. Apart from this unpleasant encounter, we decided to return again to this place.

La ubicación del hotel es agradable y está roto por el personal de la dama ****. Quizá realmente odia a los asiáticos. Todo es No! La habitación en el segundo piso está bloqueada por el techo del restaurante, desperdicio mi dinero para esta estancia.
