Hotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

Location is pretty nice, close enough to airport. A bit noisy at night, clubs all around the hotel could hear some music but not crazy. Our room has a small family size of fridge, which is awesome! The weather in Philippine really need a lot of ice water to cool down. (However the fridge runs loud, with water dripping sounds too, we were okay for that) Staff were amazing, always helpful and cheerful! Overall, very good!

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Service totally out is like the don't know what they gonna do... They kind of trouble in so many ways but they have atleast 4 reception in front but the way they did their Job kind of out for me. We have called the customer service for what bathroom matt they came too late we have to call atleast 2-3 for them to bring it..

The room is clean and well managed. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We were happy that they separate the buffalo wings sauce from the chicken for my cousin's son consideration. The kid enjoyed the food so much. Also, we had to check out late at night because we need to meet up with our relatives that attended the Aurora Concert. We do appreciate that the staff extended assistance in booking the grab ride for us. Thank you!

first visited Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar when I was 15, and it has developed so much since then. The people are very welcoming, and I absolutely love the sunsets here it gives such a beautiful old Filipino vibe. The food at the Italian restaurant was good and served quickly this time. Just a tip: it helps to follow up on your drinks, as they can take a bit longer. The room is quite old, but still comfortable 👍

My stay was quite nice overall. The highlight was being greeted with an enthusiastic smile and dedication to customers by MARJ every morning as I approached the restaurant for morning coffee and then breakfast. She may be the most pleasant employee I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. The location was spot on. The room was adequate but showed signs of wear and tear such as a stained and cracked lamp. We thought the rooms were under lit. However we do look forward to our next stay a Park Inn Clark. Hopefully Marj will still be there 😊

Revisión de La Jolla Resort (Abril 17–19, 2025) ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) Nos quedamos en el La Jolla Resort durante la Semana Santa (abril 17–19, 2025), y mientras que habían destacados, algunos temas lo mantuvieron fuera de ser una experiencia de cinco estrellas. Lo que nos gustaba: - La comida era excelente. Todo lo que intentamos era delicioso y bien preparado. - El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. - El personal era amable y útil, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. - Apreciamos las actividades de la Semana Santa, que añadieron un buen y pensado toque a la estancia general. Lo que podría mejorarse: - El servicio de navegación era extremadamente decepcionante. - Después de la salida, hemos acogido a algunos huéspedes para almorzar, pero sólo nos permitió acceder a la zona de viaje del día, que se sentía como un descenso, especialmente después de pagar a los huéspedes. - El baño tenía algunas cuestiones de plomo, que era incómodo y no lo que esperaba dado el limpieza general de la habitación. La Jolla tiene sin duda sus puntos fuertes, especialmente los alimentos y el personal, pero los hiccups logísticos y la falta de alojamiento de los huéspedes después de la salida deben ser abordados para proporcionar una experiencia verdaderamente premium.

Nice hotel for the price, compared to the neighbouring ones. Only complaint is the air con is very noisy and must run medium speed full time at 18 degree to cool the large room, the gym is very small, and the parking ramp is too steep and scrapes your car bumper going down.
