¡Muy bien valorado! Sin duda, la mejor relación calidad-precio. Ubicado justo detrás del Hotel Aston Beach, a 2 minutos a pie de la playa, con solo un McDonald's en el camino. A 15 minutos a pie del zoológico y a 5 minutos del popular restaurante japonés de bolas de arroz. El desayuno está incluido y, aunque es gratuito, incluye fruta, yogur, café y zumo, lo que supone un ahorro considerable. Hay actividades matutinas a diario; participé en una clase de hula y el profesor fue excelente, lo cual disfruté mucho. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel de tres estrellas son un poco deficientes, el precio y el servicio lo compensan con creces.

Entorno: Un famoso resort hotelero situado en Waikiki, cerca del aeropuerto y lejos de Diamond Head. Llegué del aeropuerto el viernes al mediodía. Pensé que tendría que esperar mucho tiempo, pero pude registrarme a la una. Por $100 adicionales nos cambiaron a habitación superior, en el edificio Ali, que es el más cercano a la recepción. En este hotel se filmó la película Blue Hawaii🌺 protagonizada por Elvis. Hay una placa conmemorativa en la entrada del Edificio Ali del hotel😊 La playa está llena de gente todos los días. Puedes jugar por tu cuenta o el hotel ofrece muchas actividades, como surf 🏄♂️, paseos en barco, etc. Clases de surf para principiantes, ¡es necesario ser bueno en el agua y prestar atención a la seguridad! Las instalaciones de la habitación están completas, ¡mi habitación tiene hervidor de agua! ! 😁Hay una máquina de café y agua mineral gratuita. No hay pantuflas. La noche en que nos registramos, nos pusimos al día con los fuegos artificiales del viernes por la noche 🎆, y llegamos justo a tiempo para verlos junto a la piscina en el segundo piso del Edificio Ali. ¡Qué recuerdo más maravilloso! En resumen, el resort es apto para vacacionar con toda la familia 🏖️De esos en los que puedes estar unos días sin salir🤭

Spent 2 nights at Hotel La Croix on Oahu. Arrived quite early; around noon and figured I’d try to see if I could get an early check in. The front desk employee, Vince, recognized me from my last stay there a couple months ago. He helped my parents and I get into an available room for an early check in.  Room was clean and had a good view of the city which I wish I took some photos of. If there was one downside I think it would have to be the pillows. There were pretty flat and well used but clean. Definitely wish they were bigger and more life to them.  Overall the stay was great. No issues and the manager Craig also suggested some good places to go an eat at.

Estaba a una distancia razonable, a unos 10 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. El hotel también estaba limpio y bien cuidado. En cuanto al servicio, hubo algunos aspectos decepcionantes, como que las cucharas y tenedores que pedí prestados el primer día se quedaron en la habitación después de usarlos (y no se recogieron durante la limpieza), y que algunos días no nos proporcionaron toallas de mano.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Hay una tienda ABC en la planta baja enfrente para comprar bebidas y bocadillos, lo cual es muy conveniente. Se tarda 10 minutos en llegar a la playa. Es bastante cómodo caminar por la mañana y por la noche. El espacio de la habitación con cama doble es muy pequeño y es difícil de abrir si hay una caja grande. La habitación con dos camas es un poco mejor que la habitación con cama doble. Hay 4 suites en todo el hotel y el espacio de la suite es. relativamente más grande. El desayuno está incluido en el precio de la habitación, pero el desayuno es muy pobre. El desayuno en los hoteles rápidos nacionales es mejor que este: tortilla de huevos, salchichas, patatas y tortitas todos los días. Si quieres ahorrar dinero en el desayuno, puedes hacerlo. intentalo. Hay una tarifa por el estacionamiento, que es de 45 dólares estadounidenses por día, que son casi 50 dólares estadounidenses por día, impuestos incluidos, y no hay muchas plazas de aparcamiento. Debes conseguir una plaza de aparcamiento cuando vuelvas todos los días, pero si lo estás. Por suerte, puede haber plazas libres a partir de las 21 horas.

1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

Olvidé mencionar que el balcón del hotel y la habitación de al lado están tan cerca que casi se puede pasar por encima, así que cerré las ventanas del suelo al techo cuando salí a dormir. Descubrí que había yoga disponible al día siguiente 🧘♀️, ¡tenía muchas ganas de probarlo! Pero no traje ropa deportiva, y la piscina solo abre de 8:00 a. m. al anochecer, pero tenía la agenda tan llena todos los días que no tuve tiempo de probarla. Además, no sé cómo es el desayuno; no encontré ninguna reseña.

Es tarde cuando se reserva la habitación, en ese momento se dividieron dos tipos de reservas. ¡Finalmente, cuando se continúa el hotel, el hotel nos continúa el tipo de habitación original, no necesitamos cambiar de habitación para empaquetar el equipaje, ¡gracias!

Consider it a happy little accident. I had missed my flight home because of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade and was stuck an extra day on Oahu. I looked to see what was the cheapest hotel room available and the Ka La’i popped up which surprised me. Booked the room quick because the Honolulu Marathon was the following day and almost every hotel was sold out. I got an ocean view suite with a King bed as my room and loved it. Bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfortable and overall the suite was spacious. Although it had a kitchen it didn’t have a dedicated dining table, even a small one. Only thing in the sitting area was a glass coffee table that was long enough for my needs of just a late night pizza dinner. Staff was helpful and even as I was checking out, I casually asked if I could tour the Penthouse suite because I had always wanted to book it. The 2 front desk workers escorted me to the Penthouse and gave me a little tour. It was impressive. Definitely would stay there again soon.

首先誇一下攜程的客服。入住當天到了酒店説訂單沒有收到，聯繫了攜程客服在30分鐘以內就解決了，當時國內應該是凌晨，真的很感謝客服的速度。 酒店的話就是比較新，訂的海景房景色很不錯。然後前台還是很友好的，有什麼問題都可以很快解決。航班是當地時間早上到的，但馬上就給入住了，還主動幫忙積了萬豪的分。 最大的問題是Housekeeping。入住當天就感覺床單不是新的，在床尾可以看到一點點鞋印和頭髮。但當天實在太累了就沒有管。第二天打算泡澡的時候發現浴缸壁上都是泥，很明顯就沒有擦過。 在打掃阿姨進來的時候要求了換床單和擦浴缸。老太太告訴我説換床單要和前台申請。於是出門的時候又和前台説了床單和浴缸的事，但前台的反應明顯就是打掃的人應該要自動換床單。。。然後晚上回來以後發現床單是換過了，但浴缸還是沒有打掃！！！可能因為我前晚自己稍微擦了一下，打掃的人就覺得乾淨了。結果我回房間的時候就發現浴缸裏還是我早上掉的頭髮。小費的話放了5刀。但説實話你房間給我的就不乾淨，憑什麼拿更多小費呢？ 其他一些小問題就是淋浴水壓不行。然後可能因為環保的原因，房間裏沒有送礦泉水，除了兩片化粧棉也沒有其他的用品。但浴衣和拖鞋可以打電話問前台免費要。 酒店剛開不到一年，感覺維護很一般。充其量就是一個商務酒店。如果是度假，除去堵車的問題，還是推薦住到威基基那邊去。
