Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience. The hotel’s direct beach access was a huge plus, especially for the kids, who had a great time. My main feedback is regarding the breakfast restaurant. I think both the service and dining environment could be improved. The air conditioning wasn’t sufficient to keep the entire dining area comfortable, especially during busy hours. The breakfast seating arrangement could also be managed better. Since the downstairs dining area was full, we were assigned a table upstairs. However, the food selection upstairs was very limited, so we had to go back and forth downstairs several times to get the food we wanted. It seemed that the restaurant lacked sufficient space to comfortably accommodate the number of guests during breakfast, which affected the overall dining experience. Other than that, we had a good stay and appreciated the hotel’s excellent beachfront location.

Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable. From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip. All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable. We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding. A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!). The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special. Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future.

La estancia en Pangkor Laut Resort fue realmente memorable. El complejo estaba bien mantenido y tenía un hermoso paisaje. La combinación de lujo y naturaleza fue lo que me atrajo a venir aquí y pasar una breve escapada de fin de semana. Ofrece un entorno sereno para relajarse en una isla privada e incluso emprender una pequeña aventura, como caminar por una selva tropical. En general, creo que Pangkor Laut Resort es un gran lugar para relajarse, desestresarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Si buscas deportes extremos, multitudes y un lugar para estimular tus sentidos, Pangkor Laut Resort no es para ti. Y es por eso que me encantó mi estancia aquí, nada más que un trocito de paraíso, un entorno tranquilo y mimos.

¡Este hotel es muy recomendable! Al principio tenía mis dudas tras ver tantas buenas reseñas, pero tras registrarme, puedo confirmar que en este hotel el cliente es lo primero. Mi familia y yo vinimos de viaje a Ipoh desde Johor Bahru y llegamos al hotel una o dos horas antes de la hora prevista (hora de entrada: 15:00). Para mi sorpresa, nos permitieron entrar antes, lo cual fue genial porque estaba un poco cansado después de conducir varias horas. El servicio de recepción fue muy amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia y la limpiaban a diario, el desayuno también estuvo bien, hay aparcamiento privado con guardias de seguridad, pero el espacio es un poco limitado y suele estar lleno, así que no me extraña que tanta gente recomiende este hotel. ¡Un precio muy económico que merece la pena!

La habitación y la ubicación eran buenas. No se pueden ver los canales de la aplicación de TV. Antes de la llegada, recibimos información para obtener las tarjetas de entrada por WhatsApp con anticipación. También nos informaron que llegaríamos por la noche, aproximadamente a las 10 p. m. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos dieron un código de bloqueo de buzón incorrecto y no pudimos obtener una respuesta rápida del servicio de atención al cliente en las llamadas y mensajes de WhatsApp. Tuve que encontrar otros números accesibles para comunicarme con otras personas de IWH para obtener ayuda. Después de la terrible experiencia de más de 30 minutos de intentar obtener las tarjetas de acceso (estacionamiento y apartamento), no pude encontrar el número de estacionamiento asignado para la unidad en el nivel de estacionamiento informado. Descubrí que el servicio de atención al cliente informó el nivel de estacionamiento incorrecto y, en realidad, está 1 nivel más abajo. Espero que el soporte pueda ser mejor para evitar situaciones similares como esta nuevamente.

Tanto las instalaciones, como el servicio son impecables. Desde recepción y buffet siempre fueron muy atentos. Destaco por supuesto, la cercanía al parque Lost World, que es magnífico! Punto aparte para el parque, que en su modo nocturno, abarca desde piscina infinita, sectores de playa artificial, sectores de hidromasaje, cascadas, y más! El sector de zoo, es además de bellísimo, muy bien cuidado, y se desarrolla en un circuito entre la montaña, aguas, y mucha vegetación, cuevas iluminadas. Verdaderamente único!

I’m satisfied with my stay at Casuarina Hotel this time. Compared to my previous visit, I noticed a significant improvement in the overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was much better. I appreciate the effort the hotel has made to improve, and it made my stay much more enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
