The Location was very good - next to the Shenyang North Railway station and the line 2 metro station and the bus terminal The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with comfortable and functional amenities. The room size and wash room were large. The sheets were clean and had a good night's sleep. There were many restaurants and shops in the vicinity and in the underground areas for trains and subways. Sólo voy a escribir mi historia, Mi vuelo se retrasó y cuando llegué no había posibilidad de cambiar USD a RMB llegué el sábado por la noche, mi tarjeta no estaba trabajando no tenía RMB conmigo. La señora en la recepción fue amable, le dije mi historia que hizo una llamada telefónica y ellos acordaron que pagaré el lunes, porque los bancos del sábado no trabajan. Les dije que tengo la mitad del dinero que dijeron el día siguiente los bancos no funcionarán, así que necesito el dinero que dijo el receptor: «No te preocupes, sólo los uses y pagas todo el lunes». Cambiaba el USD a RMB el lunes y pagaba la factura nadie me molestó hasta el lunes. Acerca del Hotel: es limpio, el personal es amable y útil. La próxima vez: definitivamente el Hotel Guoshi.

這次入住的酒店體驗非常愉快。 房間佈置温馨舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，讓人一躺上去就倍感放鬆。整體衞生狀況無可挑剔，從地板到桌面，每一處細節都擦拭得一塵不染，空氣十分清新。 前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住和退房手續都十分高效，使整個行程更加順暢愜意。 無論是硬件設施還是服務質量，都讓人印象深刻，下次依舊是首選！

This is one of my best stays in China . Every positive review about this place is true!! I chose this hotel because of the auto bidet which is a rare feature in China. Kudos to the 2 male and female staff on evening duty on the 16th of Nov 25 ( I didn't get their names but the gentleman wore glasses - quite handsome and lady was younger and quite pretty too ) . They were the only staff who went above and beyond. The rest were not bad but not good either

 the hotel was very nice. The nearby transportation was particularly convenient making it very easy to get around the front desk service was excellent and very warm. Next time I come to Shania. I will still choose their hotel. I stayed very comfortably and there were many delicious foods fun places and scenic spots. The hotel near my home is well equipped with facilities including a free gym and laundry room. I highly recommend it 

La habitación es muy grande, con la estación de tren en la parte de atrás, pero no se escucha ningún sonido cuando la ventana está cerrada. Dormí muy bien por la noche, el aire acondicionado enfría y la temperatura se puede ajustar a voluntad. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno, estoy muy satisfecho👍 Está muy cerca de la estación de Dalian, a solo unos pasos. Es muy conveniente tomar un autobús. Hay una estación de metro en la puerta y hay muchas paradas de autobús, por lo que el transporte es conveniente.

Tuve una estancia muy agradable. La habitación del hotel era estupenda, y había lavadoras y secadoras gratuitas en el segundo piso, además de paletas heladas gratis. La recepcionista fue muy amable y servicial. ¡Sin duda volvería!

The best-located hotel in order to see North Korea and visit the Broken Bridge, just make sure to get a river room. Binoculars are provided in the room to see into North Korea, which is a great touch. The service was decent, but I'm not sure if it's because the didn't speak English, but the reception just gave me the room key and didn't give me any directions or assistance on how to get to the room until I had to ask. The bed is comfortable, but the room, except the bathroom, seems quite old and in need of an upgrade.

Love the hotel so much as it is very near to Zhongjie and East Zhongjie. The bed is so comfortable and I love that they provide 2 types of pillows. The room is well maintained and very clean. They came to clean my room and change my towels everyday which is very nice. Staff were super friendly and they greet you no matter what time you go out or come back. I had a little souvenir from the nice lady at front desk when I check out. Love the gesture. One thing I would love to have is a fridge in the room else I can’t even have ice cold beer after shower.

2025/10/20 at 14:00 I let staff help about washing machine because there was no English explanation. Female staff (tall ) spoke very fast and did not try to help much. Just put button and left the area she did not even ask that it is required to put detergent because it is not automatic. Hair setting was also bad like she just woke up. Afternoon staff is mot busy, she should try to help more.
