La habitación es amplia y bastante cómoda, aunque tuvimos que pedir cubiertas no proporcionadas, no cocina. La información sobre el hotel y su equipo deberían estar a disposición de los clientes en la habitación. Debí llamar a la recepción, pero no había números. La gran decepción por el acceso al SPA que se ha pagado (los años anteriores se incluyó el SPA) y esta información no aparece en el sitio del hotel. Y lamentablemente, yo había elegido este hotel para disfrutar de un momento de bienestar entre amigos. ¡El registro de los nuevos entrantes es demasiado largo! Hemos esperado 30 minutos (2 parejas en frente de nosotros) para ir a la recepción. A pesar de la limpieza del establecimiento y del personal que acoge, no volveremos a este establecimiento que pide mejoras en algunos puntos negativos (no hay baños en el restaurante, hay que bajar al sótano ...)

Lovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit alten Möbeln. Lage zentral in der Nähe des Hafens, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Frühstück war sehr gut. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Hoteles buenos.. servicio al cliente y habitaciones bien desayuno para revisar para un hotel de 5 estrellas.. personal de servicio al desayuno muy impedido.una moneda o una camisa bien colocada hace mucho en un 5 estrellas.. escasez de salmuera y queso.. cappucino presentado muy mal... café poco saboroso... un café de calidad y una buena maquillaje hace mucho...

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

Como era de esperar, nos trasladamos al hotel de cinco estrellas de al lado. La actitud del servicio de recepción fue muy buena y de repente empezaron a hablar chino. Parece que nos dieron una mejora de habitación. Se encuentra frente a la plaza de la estación de tren, con amplia vista, excelente ventilación e iluminación. El desayuno es muy rico y el ambiente es bueno. En definitiva, este es el hotel con el hardware más satisfactorio durante todo el viaje a Italia.

Un lugar tan hermoso que quise quedarme una noche por capricho, así que encontré este Best Western. Fue una gran ventaja, todo estuvo bien. Todo el personal del hotel fue muy sincero y amable, y el desayuno fue incluso mejor de lo esperado.

Excellent staff was too good

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jolanda. Location is perfect to restaurants and train station to close by towns for sightseeing. The pillow and bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
