For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu. However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast. There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there. When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast. Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions. Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals. Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali. Stop blaming the government for not investing in tourism; start with yourself. In Thailand, locals collaborate to provide tourist attractions, transportation, and guides. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism. It's a real shame, because by doing nothing, poverty remains widespread in this beautiful country.

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Nos alojamos dos días en el hotel y, probablemente, sea de lo mejor que se puede encontrar en Luwuk. Aunque el hotel estaba limpio, daba la sensación de estar algo descuidado en algunos aspectos. Durante nuestra estancia estaba lleno de niños que, desde las 6 de la mañana, corrían y gritaban por los pasillos, algo bastante molesto. Además, la piscina estaba siempre muy llena de niños jugando, por lo que no resultaba especialmente apetecible bañarse. El desayuno era bastante completo y estaba muy bueno. Sin embargo, el segundo día bajamos algo más tarde, sobre las 9 de la mañana, y muchas de las opciones ya se habían terminado. En general, el servicio fue amable, aunque la comunicación por WhatsApp dejaba bastante que desear: en ocasiones no respondían. De hecho, les pedí ayuda para organizar una excursión y nunca recibí contestación. Respecto al SPA, reservamos un masaje en pareja y la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. La chica que me atendió se detenía constantemente durante el masaje y, al principio, no entendía el motivo hasta que me giré y vi que estaba mirando el móvil. Tuve que pedirle que dejara de hacerlo. Incluso después de eso, en un par de ocasiones siguieron sonando notificaciones, dando la impresión de que estaban mirando redes sociales o algo similar. De hecho, el móvil llegó a estar apoyado entre mis pies. Muy poco profesional, la verdad.

La habitación es buena, pero el estacionamiento es un poco difícil de estacionar porque era demasiado pequeño.

new hotel and looks fresh. my booking including breakfast but instead of a full meal breakfast , it was delivered to room with limited choices such as Nasi Goreng or Bubur. the reason given was low occupancy so the full serving kitchen was closed. I would suggest the booking system gives the option of with or without breakfast so at least I can manage my expectation. wifi connection was very slow. smart tv is not working when I logged in to my netflix account.

Nice hotel near the aiport. Good if you need to take a flight early in the morning. They offer a shuttle to the airport. Staff is frendly.

Very helpful people who will be eager to help you with local transportation to the waterfall, beach and other destinations in Sulawesi. Coffee, thea, sugar and water cooker free available in the room. Beautiful panoramic location of lake Poso. Good Asian breakfast with rice, noodles, meat, fish, vegetables, tofu, fruit and even white bread with jam.

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

Great room and nice breakfast. Fast check in and check out. They have a free shuttle to the airport which we booked in advance and was great
