Desde 2017, el Swiss-Belinn Luwuk es el lugar donde siempre nos alojamos cuando visitamos Luwuk. Siempre nos reciben muy amablemente cada vez que volvemos. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Desde la recepcionista Yunia, hasta Rini, Sherley, Rheza y, especialmente, ELL, que siempre sonríen y son atentos, en el restaurante durante el desayuno buffet (que es abundante y variado). El único inconveniente fue la calidad de la comida a la carta del restaurante por la noche y el tiempo que tardaban en prepararla. Por ejemplo, tardaron entre 40 minutos y una hora en preparar Nasi Goreng. También pedí un pescado entero en dos ocasiones y estaba casi incomible. Las habitaciones siguen estando bien equipadas, con camas cómodas y buenos baños. En resumen, si visito Luwuk, seguiré alojándome en el Swissbel.

This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay.

La ubicación es muy estratégica... a 5 minutos a pie de la playa de Losari y cerca de lugares para comer... la vista también es hermosa porque puedes ver la mezquita de 99 cúpulas 😁😁

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu. However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast. There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there. When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast. Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions. Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals. Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali. Stop blaming the government for not investing in tourism; start with yourself. In Thailand, locals collaborate to provide tourist attractions, transportation, and guides. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism. It's a real shame, because by doing nothing, poverty remains widespread in this beautiful country.

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

早餐餐廳外景色很漂亮。跟國外酒店一樣，沒有拖鞋。注意要自帶。早餐還可以。靠近路邊房間有噪音，需要注意。其他都還好。距離Morowali機場1個半小時。酒店前台可以預訂去機場的車，大概500,000包車。
