We had an amazing time at NASPA New Otani — this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Yuzawa, especially for a winter getaway! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The location is ideal for winter sports lovers with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes and easy shuttle service to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, which made getting around a breeze even in snowy weather. The onsen and bathing facilities were relaxing and just what we needed after spending time outdoors. The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and were really enjoyable, with something for everyone. While the hotel is set a little away from town, the free shuttle made it convenient to explore the area if we wanted. Overall, it felt like a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and superb service — highly recommended!

En el antiguo complejo hotelero, el camarero tiene una especie de devoción honesta y pasada de moda. Para reservar la cena, me llamó cinco o seis veces para concertar y confirmar. Debido a que el hotel está a la mitad de la montaña, cada comida que comí en el hotel. Comí francés, shabushabu e italiano, y el estándar era bueno. Las aguas termales del hotel son las mejores aguas termales de Japón en los últimos años. Akakura Sightseeing Snow Resort también se siente más antiguo y salvaje, y tiene un sabor único.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

前台Aoki小姐親切有禮，房間乾淨整潔，有放濕機熱水壺，床頭有閱讀燈充電USB,插座，還有貼心小床頭台，所有設備都令我覺得意外，因為酒店價格不貴，設施對比價格物超所值，樓下有健身室，食堂設在14F早餐觀景一絕，不想在食堂吃還可以帶回房間吃，整體酒店光鮮，設又吸煙房間，抽風增強按鈕，空調有空氣凈化裝置，太貼心了！！一流！！

Property is set in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Very clean and modern. Well maintained after its renovation. There are plenty of free parking space. Room is big but unfortunately without shower/bath - a big negative for the property. There are two common showers for the whole hotel which must be busy during peak seasons. I recommend the hotel especially during off peak season when you can use the public showers. Otherwise you have to use the bathing facilities in the onsen.

We booked a Superior Room 25 Sq m Location is not near Niigata Station But it’s Bandai Centre, lots of shopping & eating My friend was sick, front desk was helpful finding a clinic nearby.

位置距離差強人意，我115/3/2入住當月接駁車只到19:00，但是有自己的雪場超棒（只能雙板）乾淨程度沒話說，完全看不到發霉！不過可惜要住4天3夜才有房務打掃，重新鋪床，我住三天兩夜而已。朋友問起會好好推薦～～

夫婦と小学生子ども2人で行きました。 昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、 とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。 また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。 また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。 追伸 朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。 子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。 ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

Me fui un poco de la estación, pero, dada la calidad de las instalaciones, era un ángel. Hay una gran piscina pública, dos restaurantes y una tienda de 24 horas de conveniencia, así que pasé un tiempo muy cómodo. Puedes caminar a la ciudad de Wandy, por lo que aquí es donde comprar. Reservé planes sin desayuno, pero cuando seguí los procedimientos de estancia, sólo añadí un día durante mi estancia. (1800 yenes) Muy delicioso. Después de salir de casa, podía pedir que se almacenara el equipaje. Un poco lejos de la estación, pero ¡me alegro de haber elegido este lugar!
