Charming Boutique Hotel! The only reason I have rated Service as Good is because our experience at the Lamp Hotel started off on the wrong foot, thanks to Cecelia behind the front desk. Our initial conversation with her was so awkward and rude, we just looked at each other shocked that she was so unprofessional:( She was so rude to us upon entering the hotel. We politely asked if we could try to check in early. She looked us up and down head to toe with such an off putting attitude and did not even reciprocate in conversation when we asked other questions. Another couple came into the lobby right after us, and she immediately shifted her conversation to them, leaving us standing there speechless, as she began a conversation with them in Swedish. We had arrived so tired, but so excited, as my friend had already stayed at The Lamp Hotel, and had filled me in on how great the hotel was. Cecelia was not warm or friendly to us from the get go, nor accommodating to even offer to take our luggage to store until check in. We had to ask her to do this for us, and my friend literally had to ask her her name about 2 times, before she would acknowledge her question or look in our direction as we asked her questions. We had just traveled 9 hours by flight from the US, and her attitude and personality was not welcoming in any way. We thought we had made a huge mistake booking at the Lamp because of her. We were so glad we did not have to see her again during our whole stay. She was terrible and needs training on empathy, people skills, and basic hospitality. She may not be the best option for behind the front desk as the first point of contact for your hotel. Now once we got past this terrible welcome, we enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel and rooms were gorgeous. The rest of the staff were lovely. The entire hotel is clean, sexy and wonderful! The location is wonderful, the lobby is so chic. The spa is GREAT. The bathrooms are spacious and lovely. I enjoyed my picture window, the tasteful decor and all little details. Housekeeping is PERFECTION. I did breakfast each morning and the kitchen and staff there are INCREDIBLE. They all deserve raises. They were hustling, serving, cleaning, and just a vision of unity and of how to run a kitchen:) The way they all worked and got on so well with each other, was so nice to see. Overall, besides our rude welcome thanks to Cecelia, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and WOULD stay again. I plan to go back and stay with my husband when we visit Sweden later this year.

It is extremely central and its location is incredible, right at the center of the industrial landscape with lots of waterfalls. However the check in process could be smoother. They want you to check in with SMS-instructions while nobody is at the reception during check-in hours. Which was difficult when neither my phone number nor payment information were communicated between Trip.com and the hostel. The hostel is clean but has aged quite a bit. Rooms are not very sound proof. So it’s cheap but I wouldn’t want to stay a longer time.

Nöjd med bra service och god frukost. Det enda jag var missnöjd med var det höga ljudet från ventilationen under natten.

I booked a room at the Comfort Hotel Linkoping City for my daughter, who will attend Linkoping University. To make sure the online ooking was processed correctly, I also cotacted the hotel directly and the lady answering the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. She followed up with an email to verify the room was reserved and they ” were looking forward to welcome my daughter'. She had a great stay and awesome breakfast. Perfect.

La ubicación es buena, justo al otro lado de la estación de tren, la vuelta es muy conveniente. El hotel es un edificio muy especial, cálido y tranquilo, la habitación es generalmente limpia, el servicio de recepción es muy entusiasta y paciente para decirle cómo tomar el autobús. El desayuno también es bueno.

El hotel está simplemente limpio y nuevo, la habitación está limpia y el entorno es bueno! ¡Tiene equipo básico, ventilador, lavado de cabeza, solución de lavado de la cabeza, etc. El estilo del desayuno es muy elegido, ¡sabe bien! ¡Quédate una noche agradable con la familia!

Stayed 5 nights at stadshotel. Hotel staff is polite and friendly. Hotel room is also clean and spacious. There are supermarkets and eateries nearby the hotel. The hotel itself also have great buffet lunch and dinner at reasonable cost. Recommended to stay at the hotel

El restaurante está bien aireado, está decorado con calor y tiene un asistente musical. La única desventaja es que está demasiado lejos de la estación.

El entorno es bueno, hay un avión grande abandonado junto a él, puede caminar por el paso, muy cerca del aeropuerto, a cientos de metros de la línea directa, el hotel tiene un autobús 24 horas, cada 15 minutos tiene un autobús para el aeropuerto, muy adecuado para los viajeros.

Heel fijn hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en op nog geen 10 minuten met de auto gelegen vanaf norkoping centrum. ik miste een tafelkoelkastje en waterkoker/ koffie en thee op de kamer zelf te kunnen maken.
