Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and coconut trees overlooking the 10th hole of La Romana Country Club Golf Course, designed by Pete Dye, at Casa de Campo, La Romana. Strategically located, Las Toronjas 1 is just a few minutes away from Minitas Beach, the Marina, Altos de Chavon, the main hotel facilities, and three other golf courses including the famous Pete Dye design Teeth Of The Dog.As you enter this open space villa you’ll enjoy the greenery and warmth of the indoor garden surrounded by bedrooms, living room, studio, gazebo, swimming pool and heated jacuzzi – all these areas enjoy the spectacular view of the fairway and green of the 10th hole. The home has 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. One queen bed in master bedroom, one king bed in second bedroom and in room 3 and 4 each one has 2 queen size beds. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, safe deposit boxes and full bathrooms. The studio, as well, has air conditioning, a 65" Smart TV. The living room has a 30 ft. high ceiling, hosts 2 dining tables that each seats 12; and opens up with six wooden sliding doors, to a view over the deck and swimming pool, towards the golf course. The gazebo is located between the pool and indoor courtyard with a living area and a dining table that seats ten, facing the green of the 10th hole. We have a 3 member staff: butler (sleeps in a facility outside the villa), cook and housekeeper till 5:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch are prepared daily at the request of our guests. Daily cleaning, linens and towels are included with the rental. The pool is not equipped with a protection fence, so it is important to keep children supervised at all times.Between the pool and the garden is the gazebo, furnished with sofas, armchairs, rocking chairs, and a bar cart. The common space and terrace are equipped with speakers that may be managed from the studio, so you can enjoy music throughout the living spaces.Surrounding the pool and gazebo there is a large tropical garden. Royal palm trees rise against the backdrop of the golf course. In the evenings, the garden is lighted for your enjoyment.The kitchen at Anaima Private Villa is equipped with range, grill, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, toaster, blender, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils.
