One of the best breakfast I ever had in all countries I ever been . You can compare their breakfast to Furama hotel In Singapore . and safe place to walk in the middle of the night From Frankfurt international Airport is easy without taking a taxi. From terminal 2 take the bus outside FREE to terminal 1 then go down to -0 Not O by my daily pass to RMV just behind the ticket machine since I got trouble of buying through ticket machine. From terminal 1 S 9 or S8 . It was 4 minutes to walk to Hotel Cult. The customer service Miss Hanna let me have my room early. A nice guy ( customer service let me a German charger. I truly appreciate it Aldo a morning duty gave me Free bottle of water. No water and no coffee machine . The night duty guy also friendly talking to me as I wake up at 1:00 AM and so hungry I asked for a place where are bars. Right the place is too safe to walk alone at night. As I went back home I lost my way I do another direction following the light. A guy near the commercial bank neat told me too far from the hotel Cult. He took a Uber drove me at the hotel . I never ever got scared walking alone in the middle of the night holding my Kebab which so delicious too. Wow amazing almost same in Singapore a very safe place to walk at night!!! Room is too small o can’t move my things freely as I can , but nice windows to see the beautiful street outside. The next day housekeeper lerp my room clean and 22nd day I request to change bed sheet perfect housekeepers this guy is truly helpful and towels are white.colours but look old. A friendly and helpful housekeepers when I asked something. Lidl just a minutes across the street. I truly recommend this hotel for 3 nights with Fridge. Perfect air condition and comfy bed although dark hallway or corridor. It doesn’t look like a hotel . But overall safe , clean and good customer service and breakfast a lots of selected cheese and selection of bread and juices etc etc. I truly love the breakfast! Thank you guys !

Familia (4 adultos) reservó 2 habitaciones dobles 1 noche antes del vuelo. Las habitaciones estaban una al lado de la otra en la “torre”. Las salas de negocios son espaciosas, modernas y están amuebladas con estilo. El autobús lanzadera es cómodo, para frente al hotel y pasa cada 20 minutos, Terminal 1. El desayuno estuvo bueno. Servicio muy cortés. Podemos recomendar el hotel. Lamentablemente no había ningún autobús desde la estación de tren directamente al hotel. Un taxi para 4 adultos. Con maleta y equipaje de mano no es fácil de encontrar, pero es posible desde la estación de trenes de larga distancia. El viaje hasta el hotel cuesta unos 9 euros.

Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en The Westin Grand Frankfurt y fue una experiencia excepcional. El hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de la ciudad, lo que facilita explorar las atracciones, tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Las habitaciones tienen un diseño elegante, son espaciosas y están equipadas con comodidades de lujo, lo que garantiza una estancia confortable. El personal fue atento y profesional, brindándome un servicio de primera durante toda mi visita. El spa y la zona de bienestar ofrecieron un refugio perfecto para relajarse después de un día ajetreado. En resumen, The Westin Grand Frankfurt combina lujo, comodidad y conveniencia, lo que lo convierte en una opción fantástica para cualquier viajero. ¡Muy recomendable!

El registro de entrada es automático, pero hay un miembro del personal de guardia las 24 horas. Se ofrecen rituales. Se requiere un depósito de 100 € con tarjeta de crédito al registrarse. El servicio de transporte del hotel a la Terminal 1 no está incluido, ¡pero está muy cerca de la Terminal 2! El tren elevado del aeropuerto funciona las 24 horas, así que no se preocupe por perder su vuelo de madrugada.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Stay – Modern, Clean, and Fantastic Service! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very modern and spotless throughout. The staff were fantastic, making check-in seamless and offering great hospitality. The room was comfortable, but the highlight was the amazing shower! Furthermore, dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

Wir waren auf der Rückfahrt aus dem Urlaub und wollten abends in einem besonderen Restaurant essen und danach nicht bis nach Hause fahren.  Gesucht haben wir ein Hotel mit Pool und da sticht das Best Western Plus ins Auge.  Der Preis mit 72€ ist kaum zu schlagen und daher haben wir gebucht. Im Auto las meine Frau dann Bewertungen und hoffte das die sich nicht bewahrheiten, denn auf ein lautes und schmutziges Zimmer hatte sie keine Lust.  Als wir ankamen sah es von außen vollkommen ok aus und drinnen wie ein typisches 4 Sterne Business Hotel. Der Empfang war nett und kompetent, wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass die Standardzimmer zur Bahnstrecke ( die verläuft direkt hinter dem Hotel) liegen, was uns aber nicht stört. Das Parken im Parkhaus ist mit 18€ vollkommen ok und ja schon fast günstig. Ein vorab gestellter Wunsch so hoch wie möglich und so weit weg wie möglich vom Fahrstuhl wurde zu 100% entsprochen und wir bekamen das letzte Zimmer (745) im Flur und in der 7 Etage 👍 Das Zimmer war penibel sauber, und sah wirklich toll, fast neu aus.  Dann schnell umgezogen und in die 8 Etage wo der Pool und der Wellnessbereich liegt.  Es war auch dort alles ohne Beanstandung, der ganze Wellnessbereich wirkte neu und da niemand da war, konnten wir uns austoben und hatten den großen Pool und die Sauna Bereich für uns.  Es gibt an diesem Hotel nichts aber auch nichts zu meckern. Wir können die zum Teil schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen🤔  Wenn ich ein Hotel an einer Bahnverbindung auswähle, darf ich mich nicht wundern, wenn Züge fahren🤔  Klar ist es lauter aber mit geschlossenem Fenster locker zu Händeln und wer mag, nimmt eben ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite. Wir wurden direkt darüber informiert und hätten wechseln können, der Mitarbeiter war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Für mich ist dieses Hotel eine klare Empfehlung

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and the view from my veranda was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend it

If I am in Frankfurt, I am staying here. I've sayed in this hotel many times over the last 22 years. I love it. Exceptional service, facilities, attention to detail, and cleanliness. Never let me down. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Hot and cold dishes are plentiful and high-quality. Steigenberger provides good quality hospitality consistency throughout their hotels in Germany. I stayed in many of them and never got disappointed.
