It is a good one - however unlike its branch in Egypt, they didnt had shower cap, slippers, bathrub and other stuff in rooms. The staff and their service was really good. The buffet as well wasnt full of vareities as in egypt (no doughnut stand). It was an hour away from sight seeings. Beautiful lounge and bar area

Tuve una experiencia increíble en el Holiday Inn Pear Tree Oxford. El personal fue muy amable, servicial y dispuesto a conversar, en particular el gerente, quien me recomendó buenos pubs para comer en Oxford, la señora que me registró y el caballero de la caja, con quien tuve una agradable charla y que conoce la ciudad de donde soy. Las instalaciones son excelentes y lujosas, con bar, comedor y vestíbulo muy limpios y relajantes. Mi habitación era muy elegante y limpia, con un televisor de pantalla grande, aire acondicionado y hervidor propio con bolsitas de té y café. El baño también estaba impecable. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse aquí a cualquiera que esté en la zona de Oxford y desee una estancia tranquila y relajante con un excelente servicio al cliente.

La habitación está oculta en la calle, y se propone ir al jardín con sus amigos, así que permanecer por una noche. La entrada de la puerta tras el jardín de jardín está a unos cinco minutos a pie del hotel, muy conveniente. En general, es buena, pero el precio es general.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the facilities were good. I particularly appreciated having everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout, which made the experience even better. The hotel also has a nice atmosphere and is in a convenient location for exploring Oxford and the surrounding area. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

We have stayed here twice. The first time (2025) we were in the block which is separate to the main building- this was OK and the service was much better. The latest time we stayed we were in the main building- its grotty. The carpet leading to the rooms was stained and the room itself although it looked clean, didn't 'feel clean'-the place could do with a refresh and new carpets. We were unable to get food upon arrival as they stop serving at 9pm- we arrived a couloe of minutes before 9pm after a 4 hour drive, we were disappointe and we could see a couple eating in the bar area whose meals came out long after we had arrived- so really we could have ordered and been served. We ended up ordering an Uber eats meal.

The location was good. The room was of good size. However at night there was a rumbling machinery sound which seemed to be causing vibrations in the walls of the room. It was difficult to fall asleep due to this and it was not ideal at all. Though they sent someone to look at it during the day the source could not be located and hence we had to endure this during our entire stay. The sink and the shower cubicle were not draining. The sink was fixed by them after we brought it to their attention. There was some mold in the bathroom. The room was very warm. They provided us with a portable air con on our request. Though the customer service was good we ended up spending a lot of time trying to get these things fixed in the room which was inconvenient. I think these should have been checked and taken care of by the accommodation before our arrival.

We stayed here as it was in close proximity to Bicester Village and Clarksons Farm. The room and main bar / reception was modern and stylish and the staff were friendly and attentive. The shower was amazing, beds were comfortable. The food in the diner was great but service very slow. Would definitely stay here again.

U really need a car if u are staying here. Otherwise, pricing is bargain basement compared to Oxford proper. Free parking, nice clean rooms though it's a good 20-25 min drive into central oxford. Would stay here again if in the area
