Vuelvo a la reseña. Olvidé tomar fotos, así que solo tomé una del vestíbulo. Instalaciones: ¡El precio fue sorprendentemente bueno! Las habitaciones eran bastante grandes, e incluso la cama individual de nuestra habitación triple era normal, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa: no era nada pequeña, mucho mejor que las literas metálicas de otros hoteles. Casi todas las habitaciones tenían balcón privado. El hotel también cuenta con muchas piscinas al aire libre, pero no pudimos disfrutarlas en invierno. También hay un gimnasio grande con buen equipamiento. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, con tortitas de huevo y té de menta. Y lo más importante, incluso te sirvieron zumo; es raro encontrar un servicio tan bueno a este precio en un desayuno buffet. Limpieza: Era relativamente normal, considerando que el hotel no es nuevo. Las alfombras del baño eran un poco oscuras y las sábanas de la cama individual no estaban muy limpias, pero está bien por el precio. Por cierto, este hotel es muy grande. Nos alojamos en la zona del Sol, y había que caminar bastante desde el vestíbulo. Además, los ascensores son viejos y inestables.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. El diseño es excelente y la higiene se encuentra con la tormenta de Sha City, así que un poco inmueble, pero el personal de servicio pronto vendrá a limpiar la higiene, el servicio es especialmente bueno, muy feliz, recuerda darle un poco de dinero,

Mi estancia en Riad Belikoss estuvo bien, pero no del todo satisfactoria. El personal es amable y el registro fue correcto. Los chicos de recepción (Larbi) y los del desayuno (en la azotea) fueron muy amables. Sin embargo, la bebida de bienvenida (té de menta) no estaba caliente. Mmm. La habitación en sí no estaba mal, pero por el precio pagado, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear (ver fotos). Espero que la limpieza mejore en el futuro si la gerencia lee esto. El desayuno era aceptable: zumo de naranja, una tortilla, algunas piezas de fruta, un panqueque marroquí (msemmen) con chocolate, miel y mermelada. Eché en falta dos cosas: yogur y Amlou (mantequilla de cacahuete marroquí). Esto debería mejorarse. Y muy importante: ¡mi café estaba frío! Te sirven café solo en un termo pequeño, ¡pero aun así no estaba caliente! El café debería estar bien caliente. Además, solo me sirvieron café solo, y después de pedirlo me trajeron leche. Debería haber estado ahí desde el principio. No había sal ni pimienta en la mesa para los huevos. La cantidad de pan que servían en el desayuno era escasa. No está mal, pero hay cosas que mejorar. El personal fue amable y servicial. Me preguntaba: ”¿Dónde está la piscina? ¿Es esto?”. En realidad, no se le puede llamar piscina. Aspectos positivos: El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. El diseño de la habitación y la decoración del Riad son agradables. La puerta de la habitación (ver foto) es vieja y está verde con moho. Debería cambiarse urgentemente. Las cortinas no son opacas, entra luz en la habitación. La habitación no está insonorizada, pero por la noche era tranquila. Solo hay ventanas que dan al interior del edificio, no hay ventanas al exterior, por lo que no entra aire fresco, lo que provoca falta de oxígeno por la noche. Si consigues una habitación muy barata (menos de 20 euros), es aceptable; es demasiado caro para este Riad. Conclusión: Es un Riad bonito, pero hay cosas que mejorar. Pero Larbi es genial, gracias amigo.

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

Como se muestra en la figura, el interior es muy bonito y colorido. Estoy muy agradecido por la minería y el ventilador fuerte en la habitación. El desayuno también es delicioso. Sin embargo, la seguridad alrededor de Riyad no es buena y hay un engaño guía que va a ir por todas partes. Si vives solo, debes tener cuidado al moverte. El hotel está cerca de todos los tipos de atracciones turísticas. Acepté un masaje, muy bien. Todo el personal respondió con cortesía.

La verdad la habitación estaba bastante bien, bastante espaciosa, tranquila, sin embargo tuve que pagar 1,50€ al llegar, le di 5€ al señor de recepción y ahí me dio la frase mágica, está bien, no tendrás Necesito cambio y déjame el resto a mí, le iba a dejar una propina pero cuando ves que se obliga a quedarse con el cambio sin darle la mano al cliente entonces se vuelve ridículo.

Stayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service. They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

Elegí este hotel porque tiene una gran zona para tomar el sol, el diseño interior es bueno y es necesario tomar un taxi para recorrer la ciudad. Lo único que el hotel puede mejorar es que los huéspedes del hotel dejan la tumbona para tomar el sol sin llevarse la toalla, por lo que los huéspedes del hotel que llegan al final de la tarde pueden confundirse al no encontrar la tumbona libre. Espero que el hotel pueda mejorar para controlar mejor esto en el futuro.
