El día del check-in, llegué muy tarde y dije que quería una habitación tranquila, así que me enviaron al rincón más recóndito. Cuando entré por la puerta, las cortinas no estaban apretadas y sentí que era aún peor. Pedí un cambio de habitación. Afortunadamente, cambiar la habitación fue bastante rápido, pero la habitación de la planta baja se cambió porque había un bloque en el balcón del segundo piso, por lo que la iluminación no era buena en absoluto. Las tres comidas que tomé no tuvieron un día porque el desayuno terminaba a las 10 en punto. El almuerzo y la cena fueron similares y no hubo nada para comer. No vi ningún marisco excepto pescado a la parrilla. Las fotos eran engañosas. Hay bastantes lugares para jugar, pero el agua en otra piscina con tobogán está fría, por lo que solo se puede mostrar.

Quiero expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento al equipo del Savoy Marrakech, y en especial a Soukaina, por hacer de la luna de miel de mi prima una experiencia inolvidable. Desde el principio, reservé unos días en este magnífico hotel (donde me he alojado varias veces), especificando que era para una pareja de recién casados ​​y su luna de miel, y nunca imaginé que cuidarían tan bien de esta ocasión tan especial. El esfuerzo del hotel por personalizar su estancia superó mis expectativas, y todo estuvo perfectamente orquestado para que mis seres queridos vivieran una experiencia verdaderamente mágica. Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo por su profesionalidad y atención, y un agradecimiento muy especial a Soukaina, cuya amabilidad, atención y dedicación conmovieron profundamente a mi prima. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. El servicio es muy bueno, puede hacer spa y caliente, el servicio es muy bueno, los empleados hablan básicamente inglés

非常值得的酒店，可以説是整個摩洛哥之行的高光時刻，每個房間都是一個獨立的Riad 庭院，服務親切但不過分熱情，除了餐食一般，環境可以説是無可挑剔。馬拉喀什其實整體都比較臟亂差，酒店內和酒店外可以説是兩個世界，如果下次再來馬拉喀什，仍舊考慮住在這裏！

Un hotel perfecto, con un salón común y una azotea cuidadosamente decorados, y un personal atento que respondió rápidamente a nuestras necesidades. Nos recibieron con té de menta. Las instalaciones de la habitación estaban limpias, y el agua tenía buena presión. En resumen, una casa de huéspedes cuidada y sincera.

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

Como se muestra en la figura, el interior es muy bonito y colorido. Estoy muy agradecido por la minería y el ventilador fuerte en la habitación. El desayuno también es delicioso. Sin embargo, la seguridad alrededor de Riyad no es buena y hay un engaño guía que va a ir por todas partes. Si vives solo, debes tener cuidado al moverte. El hotel está cerca de todos los tipos de atracciones turísticas. Acepté un masaje, muy bien. Todo el personal respondió con cortesía.

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Un hotel estupendo con una fantástica piscina en la azotea. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y el personal fue maravilloso. ¡Amal fue la mejor! Fue muy atenta y cariñosa. Nos encantó nuestra estancia. ¡Muchísimas gracias! Volveremos.
