The hotel here has spacious rooms with Japanese futons to sleep on. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff provides good explanations. The onsen here is very large and has many pools. The lounge provides clean services twice a day. In the evening, there is unlimited wine, beer, and snacks. Breakfast is good, with a wide selection and delicious. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to stay here again. I would like to recommend this hotel

The staff of the hotel was very nice and kind from the very start of the booking process, so informative when I asked about room type and the condition that I was looking for. I spend time there for 2 days 1 night with 1 room and 2 meals to celebrate my birthday with my sister. The hotel even passed the information to the restaurant staff and they were kind enough to sing the happy birthday song for me and also gave me a birthday gift. The room was cleaned well and has all the amenities you might need. The private bath was very good too.

En esta ocasión encontramos que la comida, especialmente la comida del mar, fue muy decepcionada , la lengua de la vaca suponía que es famosa en Sendai, sin embargo la carne no era sabrosa, pero dura! 👎 ¡Nos hemos visitado y hemos permanecido en este hotel hace 16 años! Esta fue una mala experiencia,🥴

El hotel tiene un tono de diseño, el arquitecto es rica en las características, y el museo tiene una exposición que introduce la historia del fundador. El hotel tiene varias opciones de casino que pueden relajarse. Además, la cena y el desayuno del hotel son de calidad, y el espacio en el restaurante es muy bueno, hay espacio privado entre los huéspedes, lo que permite a los huéspedes usar la cama comodamente.　

非常優質的酒店 這一次我們的旅行主題就是311震災之旅 這家酒店不只是一間普通的溫泉旅館。 它本身，就是311東日本大地震的「當事者」。 2011年海嘯發生時，沿海地區大量居民無家可歸，而這間飯店當時開放空間，收容了許多當地居民、避難者與相關工作人員。 也因為如此，這裡後來開始出現一個很特別的文化。他們沒有只把311當成過去的災難，而是努力把「記憶」留下來。 所以飯店裡有許多當年的照片、震災紀錄，甚至還有專門的「語り部（かたりべ）」導覽。 所謂的語り部，其實就是「說故事的人」。 但這裡的故事，不是觀光導覽而已。 而是那些真正經歷過311的人，親自帶大家去看當年的災區，告訴你： 海嘯是怎麼來的、人們當時怎麼逃、又是怎麼活下來的。 那種感覺，跟在博物館看資料完全不一樣 如果你喜歡的是那種「很日本的日本」， 喜歡日本鄉下的海港感、 慢慢的生活節奏、 昭和味很重的旅館氛圍， 那這裡真的會讓人很喜歡。 最重要的是， 這裡幾乎沒有什麼觀光團的吵雜感。 大部分入住的人， 反而都是日本人自己。 有家庭旅行的、 有退休夫婦、 也有東北當地人來泡湯放鬆。 所以整體氣氛非常安靜， 沒有那種熱門觀光區到處都是外國人的感覺。 窗外就是三陸海岸， 晚餐是滿滿的海鮮， 泡著溫泉時還能聽到海浪聲。 而且因為這裡本身經歷過311， 你會感覺這間飯店不只是「住宿」而已， 它更像是這座海邊小鎮努力活下來後， 留下來的一部分日常與故事

El hotel cuenta con un servicio de transporte en autobús entre semana que ofrece un buen servicio. Puede llegar a la cascada Buqiubao en 20 minutos llamando al hotel.

Private baths were great. Breakfast was a bit limited. Could have used more snacks at the lounge. Shuttle bus was smooth. Feels a bit pricy for what you get.

La comida está bien, el precio es razonable, ¿no es mejor para los ancianos?  Sin embargo, tuve muchos problemas porque la temperatura de la chica era muy caliente y la habitación era buena.

Fui a las aguas termales. Pequeño y hermoso. Quiero saber si hay algún efecto quirúrgico y si el sitio postoperatorio está en buenas condiciones.
