Medio ambiente: En la parte más interna de Kurokawa Hot Spring, es muy tranquilo; Higiene: limpio y ordenado; Instalaciones: Hay tres baños familiares (reserva gratuita), entre los cuales el baño de cubo de seis pies es el más hermoso, hay dos baños públicos al aire libre con poca gente, para que puedas disfrutar de las aguas termales del bosque ~; Comida: relativamente simple, no muy satisfactoria. Servicio: Todo estuvo bien excepto que se olvidaron de recogernos en la estación el día de llegada.

I really liked the hot springs with high iron content in this ryokan: I had sore throat for about 3 weeks before the journey, but it recovered just after the first bath. We also liked that family baths are for free if they are vacant (in the evening there wasn't any problem). The staff is attentive, thank you very much. The food was delicious, and there was more than enough for a man. However, we would recommend choosing a Japanese-style breakfast, since frying eggs on a burner is not very convenient. Nevertheless, everything was delicious. As for the drinks for breakfast, there was only coffee from the coffee machine. But there is always green tea in the room (we had problems with the hot pot, so they brought us a thermos). The only thing we did not like was the heating. However, it is unlikely to do anything with it when it is minus 3 degrees outside at night. Without heating, it was very cold, the floor was cold. But the heating is very noisy, and it is difficult to find a temperature balance. We sweated a lot at night under the blankets, and since the shower is not in the room - it is in the onsen, it was inconvenient. Thanks God, we had spare pajamas with us. Overall, for this cost of accommodation we can give 5 points.

Hay un fuerte olor a humedad en toda la habitación, muy desagradable. Tuvimos que usar ambientador para que fuera más agradable respirar. La habitación está vieja y no está lo suficientemente limpia. El baño es muy pequeño. Si se aloja en el ala este, prepárese para caminar bastante desde el vestíbulo hasta la habitación, lo cual no es muy conveniente para personas mayores. Al revisarla, la rejilla del aire acondicionado estaba completamente obstruida con polvo. Necesitan prestar más atención a la limpieza. Lo único bueno es el parque infantil gratuito y la comida es bastante buena.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. We stayed in a ground-floor room with a garden, and it was especially relaxing to fall asleep each night to the sound of rain. The hotel staff were very polite and offered services in Japanese, English, and Chinese, making communication very convenient. We also booked the hotel’s kaiseki dinner, which cost 7,000 yen per person. It’s recommended for adults, but not for children, as they may not enjoy this type of cuisine. The hotel’s hot spring facilities were excellent, offering private family baths, women-only baths, and mixed baths—providing a variety of options. On the day of check-out, the hotel even arranged a vehicle to take us to the bus station, which was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback was that we could hear footsteps from the room above. Occasionally, when someone walked upstairs, the sliding doors in our room would rattle slightly. That said, overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Location was nearby to the shopping street and overall the experience was good at the ryokan. The staff will try to communicate even though they are not fluent in English. The meals served was pretty good.

I love the interior of this resort. The staff members are really friendly and helpful. I had little knowledge in selecting local onsen resort, so my initial expectation was not high. Much to my surprise, I love everything this hotel has had. Facility wise everything looks brand new. The room is spacious and comfy. The public bath and indoor onsen are big and clean. As for the meals, the presentations were good and they were delicious. I have no complaint about it. Keep up with the good work. Look forward to staying there again.

I was in fukuoka for a 7 days trip. This hotel is the greatest hotel out of all of the others that I had stayed in. Room was clean, and well separated from the wet areas with sliding doors. Well equipped but you are required to get extra towels from the front desk which is slightly inconvenient. It is not a big deal. Public Onsen at the top floor with complementary ice cream is just great. Also, the laundry (except the dryer) is free of charge. I would just say, worth the money. Recommend anyone that is visiting Kumamoto. The bus terminal is just right in front of the hotel you could just ride the bus back to the Kumamoto station if you are travelling with Shinkansen.

Estaba en el cuarto doble estándar. La habitación era enorme, lo que es realmente sorprendente para los hoteles japoneses.Todo estaba limpio, es sólo que el hotel es un poco viejo que muestra en el estilo de las decoraciones, pero el interior de las habitaciones estaba limpio. El hotel cuenta con baños públicos y desayuno buffet con la habitación que reservamos. La ubicación es muy buena, no es nada excepcional, pero no creo que haya mucho que hacer en la ciudad. El hotel dispone de una zona de jardines y una vista al mar.

The hotel is okay, but quite old and outdated, so I'd say it should be cheaper for what they provide. Location is perfect for an overnight before your flight though. Stuff is friendly and helping, also they gift you a tasty ice cream. Hot bath also looks old, but it's a nice addition to relax before sleep, you can even watch the stars late evening in onsen. You can see the mountains from your window and lots of green houses) Breakfast cost is 1500 jpy, I didn't use this option. Overall everything was okay, but I believe they need to renovate rooms.

La habitación era espaciosa, bien diseñada, limpia y ordenada, con un toque muy japonés. Las almohadas eran especialmente cómodas y dormí toda la noche. Servicios: Los baños termales al aire libre eran fantásticos, y sumergirse en el cielo azul y las nubes blancas fue realmente placentero. Entorno: Este hotel de aguas termales abrió sus puertas en agosto y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Servicio: El personal fue amable, sonriente y paciente al comunicarse.
