This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

The room comes with a bath tub (the shower is within the bath tub). However, there is no curtain blocking the bathtub and the dry area so i found it a bit messy with water all over the floor. Breakfast is basic

Buena ubicación y personal de recepción muy servicial. Lamentablemente, el hotel no estuvo lo suficientemente atento como para satisfacer nuestra solicitud de cama doble para las 4 habitaciones que reservamos aproximadamente un mes antes de nuestra llegada. 3 de las 4 habitaciones no tenían ducha de agua caliente, lo que nos molestó mucho. La habitación en la que me hospedé (#552) comparte el mismo balcón con la habitación de al lado y, sorprendentemente, la puerta del balcón no se puede cerrar con llave. La música muy alta del bar de la azotea también fue muy molesta. El desayuno no fue impresionante y el personal no estuvo lo suficientemente atento como para reponer los vasos para los jugos de frutas. Elegiré otro hotel cuando visite Padang en el futuro.

Padang is a coastal city at the West Coast of Sumatera. The Hotel is clean n consider almost the 1 of the tallest building in Padang. With a Great View from the Roof Top of the Hotel that can see the Whole Padang. There is a small Pool for u to work out and dipping. Other then that there isn't any gym. Breakfast is normal not memorable. The twin bed is small but comfy. The Bathroom is like a capsule Abit small for me. Hotel Staffs are friendly.

Este hotel es muy cómodo. Me quedo por 2 noches y ellos se topup wter botella y limpiar su habitación el día siguiente. La ropa tan fragancia. El desayuno también tan bueno. Variedades de porridge. El personal también muy amable. Muy recomendado 👍

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.
