Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.

We really loved our two night stay here. We slept very well for our hike to Taishan. Walking distance to Hongmen gate was convenient. Room is equipped with modern amenities, nicely designed (good natural light, privacy, and air-flow), comfortable bedding, and roof deck is a bonus! Very hearty wonton soup breakfast. Very accommodating host—we used our translator app so communication was no problem! Highly recommend!

Really nice hotel, good location, very clean and friendly staff. Was surprised to see there wasn't a door to the bathroom, but a curtain. However, view and location made up for it greatly!!

Great location, close to airport. Shuttle bus pick up at airport went without any issue since I have a Chinese phone number, but may be difficult to contact them without it. You need to call them to pick you up and then they will tell you where you’ll be picked up. They have shuttle bus schedule for departure from hotel so make sure you know the time and have to register via wechat. Only stayed for one night. Room was clean but the floor was a bit dirty. Took me awhile to turn on the fridge as it wouldn’t turn on. Appreciate the amenities. Overall, enjoyed my stay, thanks!
