Overall, my stay was good. However, the Xiao Du device didn’t work throughout my visit, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was one day when housekeeping forgot to make up my room. Despite these issues, the front desk staff provided good service and were always helpful and polite. The location is also quite close to Dai Temple, which makes sightseeing easier.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

Sound insulation was reasonably effective; despite the airport location, noise levels were minimal and did not disrupt rest. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, with a level of attentiveness that stood out in the smaller details. In particular, the duty manager, Ali, made a strong impression through his proactive hospitality. As a welcome gesture, he personally brought a selection of local Shandong and Qingdao soft drinks to my room, which was a thoughtful and culturally considerate touch. This small act added a personal dimension to the stay and reflected a genuine commitment to guest experience beyond standard service expectations. Facilities appeared comprehensive, though my stay was brief and primarily focused on rest rather than exploring all offerings. The lobby and common areas were well presented, creating a calm and organised first impression. Dining options were convenient, and while not exceptional, they were satisfactory in quality and variety for a short stay. In terms of value, the hotel performs strongly. It delivers reliability, cleanliness, and comfort without unnecessary extravagance. For travelers prioritising practicality, convenience, and a good night’s sleep before or after a flight, it is a solid choice. Overall, the Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel provides a balanced blend of efficiency, comfort, and accessibility. La habitación es relativamente grande. Me dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales y vistas a la ciudad. La cama es más grande que una individual, probablemente una individual. La habitación está en el ala antigua, pero al menos no da la sensación de ser antigua y, sorprendentemente, la estancia fue bastante agradable. El ala Valley es la más nueva. Este hotel parece ser un popular hotel de conferencias. Durante mis 4 o 5 días de estancia, siempre se celebraba una conferencia. El hotel cuenta con taxis más grandes con capacidad para 5 o 6 personas. El taxi funciona con taxímetro, así que el precio era razonable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, junto al centro comercial MixC. Hay muchos restaurantes en el centro comercial donde cenamos. También había muchas panaderías y un supermercado. También están los típicos McDonald's, Starbucks y Luckin' Coffee. También había una nueva tienda Songmont que abrió recientemente en el centro comercial. Para desayunar, hay un callejón detrás del hotel donde probamos los dumplings y los fideos para desayunar/almorzar. Buen precio, unos 100 yuanes para 5 personas. Barato y bueno.

Really nice hotel, good location, very clean and friendly staff. Was surprised to see there wasn't a door to the bathroom, but a curtain. However, view and location made up for it greatly!!

Se entrega agua como regalo después de salir del hotel. Los detalles reflejan el atento servicio, el personal del servicio de habitaciones es muy paciente con los niños y tomará la iniciativa de interactuar con ellos. Great location, close to airport. Shuttle bus pick up at airport went without any issue since I have a Chinese phone number, but may be difficult to contact them without it. You need to call them to pick you up and then they will tell you where you’ll be picked up. They have shuttle bus schedule for departure from hotel so make sure you know the time and have to register via wechat. Only stayed for one night. Room was clean but the floor was a bit dirty. Took me awhile to turn on the fridge as it wouldn’t turn on. Appreciate the amenities. Overall, enjoyed my stay, thanks!
