¡Experiencia del hotel, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! El desayuno es fantástico y ofrece todo lo que quieras cuando visitas a Jinan. Fue mi primera vez que probé especialidades locales como la carne y , y fueron excelentes. La selección occidental también es un espectáculo. Los productos de la panadería son excelentes y los desechos son todos deliciosos. Las instalaciones de baño están muy bien mantenidas, con una piscina 25-metre perfecta para el ejercicio y la relajación. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y recomendaríamos muy bien este hotel.

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Elegí quedarme en este hotel de aeropuerto al aterrizar en Qingdao, y superó mis expectativas en general. ✅Excelente ubicación, a una distancia adecuada del aeropuerto de Jiaodong, lo que evita el estrés de perder el vuelo. ✅La habitación estaba muy limpia, espaciosa y las instalaciones estaban bien mantenidas. ✅El personal de servicio, Jonna, fue amable, el check-in fue rápido y respondieron a mis solicitudes con prontitud. ✅La habitación era tranquila, sin ruidos, y el área de baño estaba impecable, perfecta para pasar la noche y descansar. A Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Regency Qingdao ❤️ I checked into the Hyatt Regency Qingdao around 2pm, feeling hungry and exhausted after a long day. I had also bought quite a lot of dry food and local specialties from Laoshan as gifts to bring back to Singapore. With so many bags and luggage, I was wondering how I would manage everything myself. The moment I arrived, the bellboy warmly greeted me, opened the car door, helped with all my luggage and gifts, and guided me through check-in. I was already very grateful for his help. After checking in, I was extremely hungry and wanted to get to the restaurant as quickly as possible. I asked if the staff could bring all my luggage and gifts to my room. I wasn’t even sure if they provided this service, but they immediately said, “No problem.” I handed everything to them and went straight to the restaurant without following them to my room. I was simply too hungry! 😂 Later, when I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised to see all my luggage, bags and gifts neatly arranged and placed properly in the right places. They didn’t just leave everything there — they had taken the extra effort to organize my belongings. That thoughtful gesture really touched me. ❤️ At the restaurant, I jokingly told the waiter, “I’m really hungry! What’s the fastest food the kitchen can prepare in 10 minutes?” 😂 He quickly recommended the tomato and egg soup noodles. I confirmed the order, and amazingly, within about 10 minutes, my hot bowl of soup noodles arrived! 🍜 After such a tiring journey, that bowl of hot soup was exactly what I needed. What impressed me most was the genuine care and attentiveness of the staff. From helping with my luggage, to carefully arranging everything in my room, and responding so quickly at the restaurant — everyone was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. A big thank you to the entire team at Hyatt Regency Qingdao for making my arrival so comfortable and memorable. Sometimes, it is the small gestures that make a hotel stay truly special. I really appreciate the wonderful hospitality and service. I will definitely recommend Hyatt Regency Qingdao to my friends, and I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao! ❤️🇨🇳

Si desea alojarse en la zona de Taian Mountain 태산, le recomiendo este magnífico hotel. El excelente servicio al cliente de los gerentes, el Sr. Fred Xu y el Sr. Charles Zhai, es inolvidable. Si visita el hotel Ghus, llámelos antes de saber el motivo. Su atención al cliente es impecable y su amabilidad es inagotable. El hotel ofrece alojamiento de excelente calidad, con camas y almohadas cómodas, suelos limpios y un baño completamente equipado. Mucho mejor equipado que otros hoteles de 5 estrellas. Sin duda, volveré. ¡No se pierda el excepcional desayuno!

Esta vez es la más satisfactoria para vivir en Taishan. La primera clase de paisaje del hotel, el diseño de la nueva casa no es vieja, la vista alta es incómoda, Taishan, el río de la ciudad y el paisaje de la ciudad están muy bien. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, junto al centro comercial MixC. Hay muchos restaurantes en el centro comercial donde cenamos. También había muchas panaderías y un supermercado. También están los típicos McDonald's, Starbucks y Luckin' Coffee. También había una nueva tienda Songmont que abrió recientemente en el centro comercial. Para desayunar, hay un callejón detrás del hotel donde probamos los dumplings y los fideos para desayunar/almorzar. Buen precio, unos 100 yuanes para 5 personas. Barato y bueno.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area, it was the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were simply breathtaking — the views alone made the trip unforgettable! The room and amenities were impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. Dining was a highlight — both the Japanese restaurant and the buffet served absolutely exquisite meals that we’re still talking about. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Nancy, Kitty, and Aria for going above and beyond to make our experience the best ever. You made us feel truly welcome and cared for. My family and I are already planning our return — this time for a longer stay, and we hope to try out the water sports as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!
