I arrived here from Manchester on Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day we had planned our check out, I travelled with my husband and my baby. We had many plans for Christmas however this took a turn. My baby was crawling in the room & one of the legs of the table fell on top on her as it was just holding on and the leg of the table was not screwed on properly. We spent our Christmas in the hospital watching over our baby.

萬聖節愛丁堡市內的酒店都太貴了，就選了這家離市區遠點的酒店，但是公交很方便就能到達，前台非常友善，進房間覺得很温暖，覺得床單有點臟跟前台説，經理幫我親自換的，我覺得挺不好意思的，窗外是蘇格蘭的秋日的風景，環境安靜靜謐，本來覺得來回市區時間成本高，但是沿途意外的看到了蘇格蘭的草場和羊羣還有世界遺產的福福斯鐵路大橋和昆思費利大橋，絕對的意外之喜，飛機上就一眼看到了鐵路大橋，真的很壯觀，沒想到居然真的經過了，是這趟旅程的意外之喜，真的很驚喜，也能感受到原汁原味的蘇格蘭鄉村風情，很喜歡，不虛此行

El hotel estaba limpio, pero reservé una habitación doble para compartir con mi hermana en trip.com y cuando pagué y recibí una confirmación de que era una habitación doble, no era reembolsable . Cuando me comuniqué con el hotel, me dijeron que debido a que no tenían habitaciones dobles disponibles, revertían la reserva a doble en el sistema. Me comuniqué con trip.con para cancelar la reserva y me dijeron que era una reserva no reembolsable. Expliqué que era su sistema el que cometió el error y no yo. El agente me dijo que me comunicaría con el hotel para verificar si podían aceptar un reembolso. Me respondió que se habían negado y que trip.com no podía ayudarme. Estaba furiosa y tuve que ir a dormir en el sofá cama y esto era incómodo, además, la calefacción hacía un ruido de golpeteo, ya que tengo el sueño ligero y no pude dormir bien en absoluto.

El hotel tenía un precio muy razonable, ya que no queríamos alojarnos en Edimburgo, ya que no valía la pena. La habitación era bastante amplia. Tardamos un poco en familiarizarnos con el calefactor eléctrico de pared. Quizás podrían dejar una guía sobre cómo usarlo en la mesa. El baño estaba limpio y era espacioso. La cama era cómoda. El televisor era grande, pero no todos los canales funcionaban. La habitación, a pesar de tener algunas luces, se sentía muy oscura. El desayuno estuvo genial. La zona de estar parecía apretada. Deberían usar también la zona de estar del bar para el desayuno y así corregir esto. ¿Volvería a alojarme aquí? Sí, siempre que mantengan un precio razonable y el desayuno sea gratuito.

The trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!

No pensé que fuera la mejor tienda más barata para viajar en Gran Bretaña. La automoción es muy conveniente muy cerca de Edimburgo. La higiene ambiental es buena, muy amplia, en la ciudad de Cocodi, donde también hay muchos supermercados muy grandes y muy baratos

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for rest. The rooms were surprisingly big, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and clean. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were golfing in St Andrews area and looking for a 1 night stay and we booked premier Inn, hey it was a boys golf trip ! On checking in the receptionost wasnt quite bubbling with enthusasim, pleasant enough. Our Twin Room had a large double bed and a smaller than usual single bed, I got tyhe single bed. The room was clean and adequate, the shower ran tepid to hot. Breakfast was superb, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, bakery selection and the cooked buffet was excellent. Unlimited tea and coffee. Al in all, the hotel was very good for a short stay.

Lovely hotel and surrounding, very convenient location. Some suggestions for improvement - We found the washroom setup perplexing - it was so small and it seemed the hotel disliked giving its guests hooks for hanging wet hand towels. The water pressure from the shower head was also miserably slow and it took forever to get our hair clean. Finally it’s the toilet flush - it was so hard to flush the waste. It’s pretty disgusting to find waste still floating around no matter how hard or long one tried to press / hold the flush button… 🤢

Camas amplias eh moderned, camas confortables. Casa regular , desayuno salido a pedido en el restaurante, precios muy correctos en el restaurante, personal amable. No seco cabello y prever un baño de pantalla porque el jabón de ducha es alto y fijo. Hotel muy tranquilo y bien aislado. Excelente relación calidad-precio
