The pick-up was on time from our hotel in Westland of Nairobi. The driver, Edward, was professional and friendly and I do appreciate his hard work. The package was 3.5 out of 5. The accommodation at Lake Nakuru was nearly terrible and if I wasn't about the staff I would have left the hotel in the first hour! The food, room, and everything else in this hotel was a disaster! The second accommodation in Masai Mara Camp was not that bad as it is a tent camp. The game drives were all good enough due to the driver’s skills.

Отдыхали семьями в первых числах мая. В этот отель приезжаем не в первый раз. Устраивает соотношение цена/качество. Единственное что сильно раздражает - это вечно пристающих местные жители пытающиеся тебе что-то продать с 100% наценкой. Решили сходить на появившийся остров пешком и поняли, что зря пошли без тапок. Безумно много ежей. Местные «продавцы походов» выручили нас своими тапками, но цену за 3 человека выкатили аж 9 000 Kes, которая сравнима со стоимостью моторной лодки, которая отвезет в место где есть много разнообразных рыбок, морских звезд, и прочих морских обитателей.

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

This is our 4th visit to Papillon. The staff are amazing here. The animation team have such energy, the water aerobics is like nothing else. Everyone is always busy working, from the gardeners to the housekeepers to the pool attendants. Joseph and Raphael on the bar were excellent as always. Abdullah the pool attendant is always on hand with towels and keeps the pool clean. The rooms are always kept super clean with fresh linen and bottled water daily. The rooms now have a fridge and kettle (but you need your own teabags etc). The food and drink is great, lots of choices. The beach is stunning with pure white sand. Love this hotel and recommend to others

El hotel está situado en la playa, pero la calidad de los alimentos es sólo media. Los monos y las aves a veces se ayudan de las placas de los huéspedes. Otros hoteles en una situación similar tratan este problema molesto de una manera mejor y más profesional. El refrigerador estaba desaparecido en la habitación y el sistema de teléfono celular tampoco funcionaba. El hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un precio de 3 estrellas y ofrece un servicio de calidad y una calidad de servicio.

First, I must say I really like this hotel, I have been here a few times, great location, a golf course across the road, nice staff, good food, fair but not fantastic animation team. But this time it disappoints; they are refurbishing the reception as well as the big nice bar with the sea view. So, drilling and banging around the restaurant all day long, not very pleasant. It should be ready around November they say…. WIFI is very bad, I cannot work from here, one minute up, and 15 minutes down.

不知道為什麼完全沒人提到備品簡陋這件事，比如沒有一次性拖鞋，水也是保温壺裝着的沒有一次性的瓶裝飲用水，到了晚上如果超過12點洗澡水會變冷，要放水十幾分鍾才有熱水。不知道是不是整個蒙巴薩的酒店水過濾系統都一坨屎，水超級無敵鹹，跟海水直接飲用沒什麼區別，連服務員都説刷牙最好用純凈水。 因為一價全包，所以酒店基本都是歐美人多，我們住那兩天一箇中國人都沒看見，吃的也就那樣和別的酒店差不多，其實在蒙巴薩還是不建議這種包餐的，因為外面餐廳可以吃海鮮更好吃。唯一好處就是酒水免費，哪怕雞尾酒也是免費，所以很多歐美人喜歡在那喝酒。晚上也有表演節目。

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала
