El hotel es muy agradable y colorido. El desayuno era de muy buena calidad, habríamos disfrutado de más variedad de frutas, sin embargo. La habitación era limpia y espaciosa, pero no podíamos tener las luces de la noche apagadas. El personal muy amable y paciente, especialmente Rachel nos cuidó muy bien.

Good central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a ”studio” room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there. I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Pullman Adelaide. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore Rundle Mall, nearby restaurants, cafés and many of Adelaide’s main attractions on foot. Despite its central location, the hotel felt comfortable and relaxing—an excellent base for a city staycation. The facilities were a definite highlight. The pool and fitness areas were well maintained and provided a pleasant place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s common areas were stylish, welcoming and created a polished yet relaxed atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the overall service was professional and attentive. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, contributing positively to the experience. Overall, Pullman Adelaide offers a very good combination of location, comfort and quality facilities. It is well suited to couples, families and business travellers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in central Adelaide. We would gladly consider staying here again on our next visit.

It was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather. .

The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

Really happy with this hotel. It offered excellent value for money — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped without the price tag of a hotel. The staff were helpful and the location made getting around easy.
