Good central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a ”studio” room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there. I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

Generally the room looked clean and the bed was made up but the pillow/bedsheet smelled a bit like body odour so I’m unsure if it was cleaned properly or if they didn’t change all of the sheets/pillow covers. On top of this, I left a big bag of Haigh’s chocolates in the mini fridge and forgot to take them when I checked out. When I rang that night to ask if they were found the reception told me no and that any food left would be thrown away. I can understand if half eaten or opened food should be thrown away but these were unopened chocolates which I had bought as gifts for my family. Surely they could have kept them for at least 24 hours to make sure that the guest won’t come back for them? I think we all know where those chocolates ended up. Very disappointing!

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

Booked this hotel for our team during a business trip and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent. I was running late for check-in, and the 24/7 support team answered my call immediately and assisted me professionally. Free parking was a big advantage, making it very convenient for business travelers. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay.

Tuve una estancia estupenda en comparación con la mayoría de los hoteles. La habitación es espaciosa, tiene una gran ventana con luz natural y ofrecen aperitivos y agua de bienvenida gratuitos, algo poco común hoy en día a menos que te alojes en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Me gustó mucho el trato amable y que me permitieran guardar mi equipaje antes del check-in y después del check-out. Lo que se podría mejorar es un cartel que indique que el ascensor está en reparación, ya que no me enteré de que no funcionaba mientras esperaba en la planta 3. La habitación tiende a estar cargada cuando el aire acondicionado no está encendido y desprende un olor desagradable. Las ventanas necesitan abrirse si se abren. La tarjeta del hotel es un poco engorrosa y tarda en desbloquearse; deberían cambiarla por tarjetas mejores y un sistema de señalización en la puerta. Dicho esto, volvería a alojarme aquí, ya que fue una buena experiencia en general en comparación con otros hoteles en los que me he alojado. Está cerca de supermercados IGA y paradas de autobús, además de que hay una zona común para cocinar.

We stayed at Franklin Apartments twice during our trip to Adelaide. The location is convenient with restaurants on Leigh Street to the north and China Town to the south both easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. It has a Rose Bagels restaurant on the Ground floor accessible from the lobby which is highly regarded and was taken over by new owners during our stay in November 2025. Entrance to the hotel is from Bentham street which has a few on street parking spots which are great if you can get them for free overnight parking. The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen, living/dining areas and laundry facilities. The first apartment we stayed at also had a separate study area which was great for getting some work done.

I didn't realise it was stair access only. This wasn't made obvious when I booked or I would have avoided it. Because I have 2 extremely bad knees and cannot do stairs this made it very hard for me. By the time I walked down to there, walked up the outside steps it was too late when I saw the inside steps to go back because my knees were done. Heater not working so by the time I realised this on the first night I physically wasn't able to walk back again. But when I reported this on Tuesday night there was instant action and the issue was resolved. Heater on, but it was VERY loud when running. Not much space to sit and relax. If there were 4 guests there is literally not enough room in the couch/fridge/tv area to accommodate. And one of the luxurious things about staying in a hotel room is sitting in bed and watching TV which is impossible here. It has been years since I've stayed in a hotel or motel room that does not supply shampoo/conditioner so this was a surprise. Fridge door jammed, had to push it hard to close.

Estaba aquí durante Navidad. La habitación tenía una cocina - lavavajillas, horno + microondas + lavavajillas + balcón sobre el centro de convenciones. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El estacionamiento es de 30$ por día (precio razonable - entrada ilimitada durante la estancia) ¡En general, una buena estancia!!

As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.
