Spectacular stay as always, I upgraded to a balcony a room and we weren’t disappointed. Amazing views of the harbour, beach and the white cliffs of Dover on the large balcony. At night it was lovely clear skies and we could see France from our balcony. Room was a great size with homely furniture and furniture for the balcony too. All clean and up to a high standard. Beach and harbour is just a 2 minute walk across the road. Bar and restaurant yet again superb! I went with a dog and had no problems getting meals. Staff as always super polite and helpful they are a credit to the hotel! Highly recommend The Grand Burstin to anyone!

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Es un antiguo edificio rojo rojo, la apariencia y el interior son muy decorados, el corredor tiene muchos paisajes y pinturas de personajes, el baño, etc. es muy brillante y nuevo. Estacionamiento conveniente, pastelería 👍

Great hotel .large well equipped rooms . A bath in shower. Had 2 fans.ironn hairdryer and a fridge. 2 double beds in room. Plenty of tea and coffees. Large open reception area and reasonably priced restaurant. Great pool . jacuzzi.steam room and sauna with free towels.hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were friendly

In general the hotel is very clean beautiful location. But as a light sleeper, I struggled as you can often hearing the banging doors. And the night I was there, I could hear a constant alarm noise throughout the night, which felt somebody forget their alarm clock somewhere. Had a really bad night!

Tuve una buena estadía en esta propiedad. El edificio parecía histórico, pero dentro de las habitaciones, la renovación y el equipamiento eran modernos y estaban limpios. Me hospedé en la habitación 15, que era una de las habitaciones más pequeñas y me pareció un poco apretada. Después de haberme hospedado en tantas propiedades que requerían una tarifa de estacionamiento de £10 a £15 por noche, realmente aprecié que haya estacionamiento gratuito en la calle justo frente a la propiedad hasta las 8 a. m., o estacionamiento fuera del establecimiento (que no está demasiado lejos) hasta las 11:30 a. m.

Desde un lugar donde se estacionó en el medio de Londres, el hotel es muy tranquilo, el entorno es bueno, el estacionamiento es conveniente y gratuito, el restaurante del hotel es bueno, el desayuno también puede, o el precio es más alto

La única desviación es la ubicación sólo se puede llegar allí por taxi o coche. Aunque el cuarto del hotel es un poco pequeño, las instalaciones están equipadas con todo, especialmente el café en el cuarto, además de una máquina de café, hay una taza de pulverización con la que llevar y muy conveniente para permanecer libre. Abra la puerta y ven al exterior, el campo de golf está justo delante de sus ojos, y una gran parte de los verdes hacen que la gente se encante. Sentarse al aire libre por la mañana es muy agradable. El servicio de desayuno también es muy cómodo, lo aplaudo.
