In general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep. When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic. Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged. Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

Nice, clean room . Good facilities, friendly staff. Only issue was the walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear people talking in the room next door

This Ibis is in the perfect location for exploring Nottingham. The Staff are very friendly & helpful. Mega comfy bed too!. I only gave it 4 out of 5 as the carpet in our room was a bit smelly & didn't look like it had been hoovered plus there were a couple of curly hairs (not ours!) in the shower.

As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great stay

Great location and decent rooms. Quiet and comfy. A bit weird having to sign in if you come in late at night but only took a second.

En cuanto al aire acondicionado, se convertirá automáticamente en modo de calefacción si la habitación es demasiado fría.

Muy casi casi Travelodge excelencia obtendrá un sistema AC adecuado en lugar de la terrible pequeña fan como la mayoría de los Travelodges que he estado a y usted será un 100% en mi libro. Otros no AC no puedo culpar al lugar

La zona de la ciudad es muy alta y tiene ruido exterior constante. El sistema de calefacción se rompe, así que nos dieron dos pequeños radiadores que mantuvieron sobrecalentado la habitación, luego se desconectó y lo hizo frío de nuevo. El sueño fue horrible. El spa es muy pequeño, sin espacio en la sauna y la piscina con niños.
