La limpieza está bien. El servicio al cliente también es bueno. Son muy amigables y útiles. Sólo la ubicación para mí es bastante incómodo ya que no camina a distancia con el restaurante o mart. Pero si tienes un conductor está bien. Aquí está el hotel más barato con bañera. También podemos mantener nuestras maletas en su lobby si queremos salir primero antes de entrar.

Reservamos un paquete con todo incluido para el hotel y el servicio fue de primera. 1) Llamamos con anticipación y organizamos el traslado desde el ferry al hotel. 2) Todo el personal fue muy amable y acogedor, siempre atentos si teníamos alguna solicitud o necesidad. 3) Aunque el hotel todavía está en construcción, todas las comodidades están funcionando y son súper nuevas. 4) La playa estaba muy limpia, las aguas eran hermosas. 5) Al principio nos ofrecieron solo un menú para nuestro paquete con todo incluido, luego de que el oficial de relaciones con los huéspedes nos pidió nuestra opinión y le informé del problema, en la siguiente comida me ofrecieron inmediatamente un menú con más opciones. 6) ¡La comida era muy buena! 7) En general, una estadía de 3 días y 2 noches excelente. Sigan con el buen trabajo. Espero ver más mejoras (más actividades).

Área extensa con villas y hoteles. Ubicación: está lejos de la ciudad (no es gran cosa porque no hay nada en la ciudad de Tanjung Pinang) pero cerca de la terminal de ferry. Servicios completos, pero no estoy seguro del mantenimiento; parecía descuidado para tirolina, tiro con arco y escalada en pared. La habitación estaba bien, la cama y las almohadas eran cómodas. La presión del agua en el inodoro era baja y la ducha no era agradable. Es imposible moverse en Grab o Gojek y reserve su alquiler. El que ofrece el hotel era caro. De hecho, el hotel ofrece una serie de servicios, pero el precio es alto. Cogí el buggy para explorar y costaba 20 SGD/hora. Cenamos en una cafetería y 2 personas pagaron 80 SGD; el servicio fue bueno, pero la calidad no tanto (bastante salada).

The room is very clean and spacious. The hygiene of the room and the bathroom is very good. The location of the hotel is also in a strategic place, near to one batam mall & mega mall. It is very recommended to stay here ❣️

From Wednesday 29 April 2026, this property has been rebranded ”Grand TW Batam Center Hotel and Convention”, to reflect the name of the current owner (”TW”). On Grab etc it still shows as ”Sahid Batam Center Hotel and Convention”. Full service 3 star hotel with buffet breakfast and complimentary Elite Health Club access (gym, pool 🏊🏼♂️). Large, comfortable rooms and beds. Outstanding quality of welcome, guest services and security. An older type property, very popular with local Indonesian people. Great place to meet nice people and avoid Singapore tourists! For people who live and work in Batam, this place really is an institution. Highly recommended and outstanding value for money.

First time to Batam, hotel location is next to the mall which you may get what you need from mall and shops nearby. The hotel breakfast had variations choice and good. Overall the experience staying in this hotel was great. There is a swimming pool at Level 2 and and massage center inside hotel with reasonable price. If you are coming over follow those youtuber and online recommendations, you are a bit remote and need to go by car. This place may be good for business traveller but for backpacker or light traveller, you may choose to stay near the attractions where you can reach within walking distance.

We stayed here for three days with our family and booked two Grand Deluxe rooms and one Deluxe room. The rooms were spacious, each equipped with a sofa bed, which was very convenient when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, surrounded by Lagoi Plaza, a lake, and a beach, and it’s only about a 12-minute drive to Treasure Bay. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated that there was porridge suitable for babies. The only issue we encountered was the restroom sliding door, which tended to get stuck easily, but the staff were very friendly and quick to assist. Additionally, there is a free playground and a swimming pool on the 7th floor with a beautiful view—we really loved it. Overall, it was an awesome family getaway

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad de Batam. El hotel cuenta con dos lugares de interés... en la colina de Nagoya (donde nos quedamos) y en Baloi. La propiedad Nagoya está situada a la pared del centro comercial de Nagoya Hill, y tiene una puerta lateral, que está cerrada y accesible con tarjeta de llave de habitación, a y desde el centro comercial. Esto lo hace muy accesible y proporciona seguridad adicional, además de caminar por la calle. El hotel está limpio y el personal es atractivo. Desde que nos encontramos allí sólo para 2-nights no necesitamos limpieza de habitaciones. En la tarde del segundo día recibí un mensaje de que mi habitación tiene la luz No Disturbo y quería confirmar si necesitamos maquillaje de habitación. El desayuno buffet tiene una amplia gama. Sugiero que se tomen el desayuno antes de salir al día. Ellos tienen 2 máquinas de café que hacen alrededor de 15 bebidas diferentes. Sólo una precaución que se dirigen hacia el lado más dulce. En el bufete también hay un contador de huevos que hará que sus huevos sean omeleta, sobre fácil o suave cocido. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad de Nagoya, donde se encuentran los restaurantes de la ciudad. Desde el terminal de Ferry Batam hasta el costo del hotel cerca de IDR37, 000.00.

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials.
