Comfortable beds, I had a really good sleep. Great room amenities except that there is no individual fridge in room and the shared fridge in the common area is small. Just few minutes drive away from the city center. There is a restaurant run by the hotel, price is on the higher end but food is just so-so.

Location was decent for a small town, with a mini mart nearby and several dining options around. The staff were very nice and friendly. One of my family members wasn’t sure how to use the heated blanket, so they didn’t take it out, which made it look like the room wasn’t used. The next day, the staff actually called to check if we were okay, as they were concerned we might have caught a cold from not using the heated blanket. I thought that was a really thoughtful gesture.

The room was simple but clean and well equipped. I checked in late so I did not get to meet the front desk staff. However the staff was kind enough to leave the check in instructions in an envelop for me. The environment around this hotel was serene and very close to nature and it certainly offered me a sharp contrast to the bustling urban city life that I came from. .

Good clean stay in Greymouth. Parking was a little difficult to find & the rooms were not air conditioned, but this wasn’t too much of an issue as when we went it was still cold. Staff were friendly & location was in central Greymouth.

Este hotel está dirigido por una amable pareja de ancianos y su familia. Aunque está un poco alejado del centro, hay fácil aparcamiento y los alrededores están bien equipados. Hay una gasolinera a solo 50 metros, restaurantes de comida rápida a cinco minutos en coche y el centro, con un gran supermercado y atracciones, está a 15 minutos en coche. Las habitaciones están equipadas con utensilios básicos de cocina y sala de estar, lo que las hace muy acogedoras.

Nice quiet place to spend a night.We chose to stay in the deluxe rain forest room which was secluded and relaxing.They are located close to all of the tourist attractionsand also on the beach front.
