The hotel is within walking distance of the old town, allowing you to fully enjoy the beauty of Bath. The room is very spacious, comfortably accommodating one double bed and two single beds, with plenty of space still available to move around. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of buffet options, and guests can also order additional dishes to complement the buffet. Highly recommended.

This is a bit out of the way but OK if you are touring the area. A rather faded Edwardian large hotel that is in need of a bit of renovation and redecoration to bring it up to standard. Our room was a bit small and showing its age. The staff were friendly

It was a very special reunion for a group of nurses celebrating 50 years since we started our course in May 1975. In those days this hotel was a nurse's home and we all lived here for around 18 months. We had booked lunch,the food was lovely and the service was amazing. We so enjoyed our stay, 5 of us stayed for one or two nights. So beautiful and peaceful, couldn't have been better. Benice organised things for us, highly recommend her if you are booking an event.

We booked 2 nights for a relaxing spa weekend. Based on it being a spa hotel. We planned on staying in the hotel for the whole weekend.  When we arrived we were told there was no restaurant or bar we can use as it’s only used for events.  We then had some lunch in the spa cafe. Food was ok. Service was terrible.  We then went to the room as we were able to check in. The cleaner was still there. Very apologetic extremely polite and lovely. The room was absolutely wonderful. Large bedroom bathroom and living room.  We went out and found a pub for food. When we returned to relax in the room we found the party was directly below us and in full swing. Very loud and noisy and the smoking area was right outside our window. We called reception but they were fully booked. Glad to say it all stopped at midnight.  We went down to breakfast at 9.30. Not much left and the full breakfast was cold. When we questioned it we were just told”well it has been there since 7” it had just sat on the side in silver trays for 2.5 hours, no heat or option to reheat. It wasn’t edible.  We skipped breakfast that we paid for on the second day.  We then thought we would spend some time in the spa. Ha! Well the pool is small, no where to relax just a couple of plastic chairs, not a spa at all. It had a very small sauna and steam room. The jacuzzi didn’t work it was just a pool of cloudy water with a few bubbles.  Would not recommend. Seems it used to be and could be a wonderful place to be but has been taken over and lost its sole. Such a shame as the building and grounds are wonderful.  I have to add the cleaning staff and lady on reception were wonderful, welcoming and friendly.

優點：酒店員工服務良好，酒店睡床亦都很舒適。 缺點：其實所謂的Spa只是一個熱水池，沒有香味，也沒有什麼特別，不要期望太高。另外，我所訂的是。deluxe room，應該是最便宜的房間，結果，我被編配到一間傷殘人士專用的無障礙房間，廁所和浴室做不到乾濕分離，沒有浴缸，洗澡後整個廁所的地下都充滿水，而且廁所的牆身有霉菌和生鏽的痕跡，在要求了兩次後終於能夠轉換房間，但對於這個體驗，我真心是感到不滿意，如果用接近$2000港幣去居住一個五星級的酒店，我認為這間酒店的性價比不高。最初跟酒店職員要求更換房間，他說所有房間已經全滿，他聲稱能夠以優惠價100英鎊給我升級至套房，在視察環境後，我認為根本不值得，他只出原本進行升級應該是要給450英鎊才能夠進行升級，所以已經給我提供了解決方案。在我洗澡後，廁所的地下真的是完全充滿了水，而且我亦邀請他們親自來觀看牆身的無菌和花灑支架的生鏽痕跡，最終他們才給我成功轉換房間，他們說是有訪客沒有出現和確認不會來臨才會有房間，但他們這個處理我是感到不理想的。

La palabra es sumptuosa para describir este hotel. De la sala de estar a la sala de estar a la sala de snacks libre, todo es sumptuoso. La habitación que reservamos es absolutamente grande con techos altos y grandes ventanas. La cama y la cama son super cómodos y nos dormimos muy bien. El baño es agradable con un gran tubo. La ubicación también es excelente, a pocos minutos del centro, el puente y los baños romanos. Esperando quedarse aquí otra vez.

El humo de la pequeña casa de madera está horrible, mientras alguien se lava por la noche, la pequeña casa de madera se va a sentir muy bien. El campo es más fino que la imaginación.

La zona de espera de la comprobación es muy engañosa. Estamos dispuestos a hacer una habitación clásica, que debe pasar por el edificio principal, pasar por el jardín y llegar al segundo piso de una casa de caballos. La habitación está limpia y el baño es más grande. Pero la ubicación es un poco decepcionante. El precio elevado y la ubicación del hotel alto, Dejemos que la vista automática de la habitación por defecto sea especialmente buena y la ciudad de Bus. La situación es decepcionante. La vista es del otro lado de la calle, no se atreve a abrir la ventana. El jefe blanco británico de estilo británico ayuda a llevar sus maletas, lo siento por no darle los pequeños. El restaurante es muy delicioso, Los copos son muy deliciosos. Debes seguir haciendo preguntas en este lugar. Pueden hacerlo mejor.
