Breakfast not much but varity enough. noodle is good. Staff very happy to help. they also provide car to send me at Changbaishan railway station. my room can see part of firework. amentities use loccitane that so nice. After book. they immediately add me Wechat and communicate. which is easy for foreigner like me to communicate. Everything process is super fast. all great! love it

Самый любимай для нас спа отель! Находится в тихом местечке, очень дружелюбный ресепшен, попросили несколько личных просьб и нам не отказали! Благодарим! Всегда очень чисто и удобно. Завтраки очень шикарные, все вкусное и свежее, салаты разные каждый день. В этот раз появилась кофе ☕️ машина, чему мы были безумно рады! В отеле тепло, 👍 единственное, выходя из отеля каждый раз плохо срабатывали браслеты, не открывали номер, приходилось каждый день спускаться с 5го этажа опять на первый и настраивать их, раньше такого не было, в этот раз у нас такое. Если вы не будете выходить из гостиницы в город, у вас такого не будет. Отличная баня и горячие источники, то что нужно зимой. В этот раз попробовали массаж банками и остались очень довольны! Спасибо всем работникам отеля за отличный отдых!

在攜程下的訂單，酒店的服務非常周到，下了高鐵會有車接到酒店。酒店門口有幾棵裝飾很有氣氛的樹。讓人看着很舒服。進入酒店開始辦理入住。前台會貼心的問詢有沒有需要幫助的，跟酒店的設施設備。進入房間以後也是很nice，乾淨整潔的床鋪。晚上很舒服的暖氣。不得不説還是很加分的温泉。舒服的泡完。到了心選小鋪來個冰淇淋。絕對是一天最舒服的時候了。朋友來一定也推薦這家酒店！

這個酒店有點九十年代的感覺，設施稍有陳舊，但是每個細節服務都讓你很舒服，很用心。這趟去金水鶴酒店，酒店免費幫我們升房，早餐品種雖然不太多，但是像媽媽的味道。床品很舒服，隔音也不錯，一覺睡到天亮。酒店很氣派，温泉雖然不算大，但是服務很周到。酒店的服務員都在微笑，而且是自然的微笑，對小朋友們很友好，不像我們在西坡萬達那邊感覺到是一種純商業化的氣氛。就像旁邊的美人松公園那樣自然和諧。

At checkout, I was charged 70 yuan for a bottle of water and a tea bag placed on the desk in the room, even though such items are usually complimentary in most hotels and not part of the minibar. The charge therefore felt excessive and unexpected. Overall, the hotel may suit local guests, but it lacks the basic international standards that foreign travelers usually rely on.
