La habitación es muy limpia, el calor es también muy bonita, la mejor debe ser el servicio, el personal del hall es muy amable, especialmente el director Zhang Flying, el valor es alto, el habla y el aire, realmente tiene la sensación de que los huéspedes son de regreso. Una familia de cuatro personas fue a esquiar, dos adultos y dos niños, reservaron una cama twin ejecutiva, que era muy suficiente y el ambiente era muy bueno, llegó a tiempo para los 15 fuegos artificiales que se pueden ver desde el hotel. 我要很用心寫這條評論，住了好多好多酒店民宿，這家給我們印象太好了。房間又大又温馨，孩子特別喜歡。從高鐵站接我們司機，給我們安排行程的管家，省去了自己做攻略，天天接送我們的小哥，廚房的阿姨，都是超級暖心，一個電話一條訊息馬上安排到位。送的麓角村滑雪孩子玩得特別開心，開啟滑雪新體驗。早餐很豐富，南北中西口味都照顧到了，每位員工跟老闆都是真心實意為客人服務。推薦給了朋友們，期待下一次的相遇。

Самый любимай для нас спа отель! Находится в тихом местечке, очень дружелюбный ресепшен, попросили несколько личных просьб и нам не отказали! Благодарим! Всегда очень чисто и удобно. Завтраки очень шикарные, все вкусное и свежее, салаты разные каждый день. В этот раз появилась кофе ☕️ машина, чему мы были безумно рады! В отеле тепло, 👍 единственное, выходя из отеля каждый раз плохо срабатывали браслеты, не открывали номер, приходилось каждый день спускаться с 5го этажа опять на первый и настраивать их, раньше такого не было, в этот раз у нас такое. Если вы не будете выходить из гостиницы в город, у вас такого не будет. Отличная баня и горячие источники, то что нужно зимой. В этот раз попробовали массаж банками и остались очень довольны! Спасибо всем работникам отеля за отличный отдых!

Very nice room, decent location. Service is ok, not exceptional but still very ok. The greatest thing is this hotel is next to a Dongbei (North-East) bathhouse which offer a very good bathhouse and massage experience.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. A lady called Martina from the hotel went above and beyond to help us in any and all situations, and she was always double checking with me if all was okay before she clocked out for the evening. The hotel itself was fantastic with all the treatments etc and we also did the traditional costume and make up experience at the hotel. This was an amazing opportunity, and I would definitely recommend doing if you have the chance

The breakfast offered a delicious and impressive variety of hot and cold options to start the day. After being in the cold weather all day, the best part was relaxing in the clean, quiet, and spacious hot springs. Highly recommend!

However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. 總體還是很不錯的，就是價格稍微有點虛高，雖然前台小姐姐送了我早飯，但是早飯真的有點不怎麼樣，種類挺多，但是食材不行，但是服務還是很不錯的，及時前台小姐姐人也很好，熱情親切，但是雖然我不介意下樓拿外賣但是洗澡的時候確實不方便，下午能改進一下下哈
