This is the best hotel I stayed at in China. Gorgeous views of the Jilin skyline, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. Good gym. But where it really shines is the restaurant. In the evening, they have an amazing buffet that serves all kinds of meat, including pork, duck, beef, sushi. After discovering that I had dinner there every single night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! 我最近入住这家酒店，整体体验令人印象深刻。酒店地理位置极佳，对于需要方便前往长白山火车站的旅客来说十分理想，而且马路对面的公园也为散步放松提供了惬意的去处。然而，最让我难忘的是从入住那一刻起就享受到的超赞服务。酒店员工陈园园绝对是一大亮点。她总是面带微笑、彬彬有礼，并且不遗余力地确保我们住得舒适。从入住开始，她就热情地将我们带到房间，并详细介绍了酒店的所有设施。她的周到远不止于此，还主动添加了我的微信，以便能更及时地响应我们的需求。第二天早晨，她特意提醒我们用早餐，甚至主动提出到房间来带领我们去餐厅。她的细致入微体现在每一个细节中，直到我们在自助餐厅安顿好座位后她才离开。即使在退房后，她的卓越服务仍未停止。她贴心地准备了酒店的纪念礼物送给我们，并一直陪我们等候出租车，确保我们顺利离开。陈园园的服务态度令人由衷赞叹。她的细心、热情和专业为酒店服务树立了高标准。她无疑是同事们的榜样，也是酒店的宝贵财富。这次经历让我更加确信中国的服务水平确实一流，而正因为有像她这样的员工，我一定会再次选择这家酒店，期待在不同季节重返长白山。感谢你们带来如此美好的入住体验！

位置較偏，附近食店有木桶魚，烤串，火鍋。 而且酒店本身有點餐服務， 味道可以。   酒店有洗浴中心及温泉池，雖不大，但平日人不多。  早餐超好，食物種類多，味道不錯。 唯一不足是房間內的花灑水量很少，地台去水很慢。

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy buena. El hotel en sí era fantástico con todos los tratamientos, etc. También hicimos el traje tradicional y experimentamos en el hotel.

週末出來玩，住這兒省心！酒店位置可以，打車方便，每天出門逛景點，省了不少路上的時間，房間還乾淨，這位置可以。

This was as close as a perfect getaway spot. This resort is tucked away at the foot of the attraction, making it the most convenient of spot to visit ChangBaiShan 👍🏼 regardless of the weather, there are facilities (ktv/entertainment/convenience stores, etc) that travellers can take advantage of if the weather is adverse and routes up the mountains are closed for the day. There is even a restaurant area that caters nice food, pricing might be steep to some but it is definitely delicious. The butler service is also excellent at keeping you informed of all the activities, which is not easy when they have like close to full capacity of guests during my stay, kudos to them. And last of all, I got to celebrate my anniversary with thoughtful preparations from both cleaning crew as well as the concierge! Marvellous work! 👍🏼 这次长白山之旅，最惊喜的就是选择了这家酒店！从入住到离开，每个环节都让人感到用心和舒适，来庆祝纪念日房间帮我们布置得特别有心思，必须表扬管家！及时解答各种问题，态度热情又周到，酒店内的朝鲜料理真的很正宗！虽然价格小贵，但味道确实值得，超爱米酒和茄子炒饭！包温泉和滑雪 这点很划算了 酒店外面布置的很好看！很用心！总体来说非常推荐了

Environment of this resort was so good, many facilities in there.. spa, sauna, outdoor hot spring, indoor playground and more, can spend one whole day in this resort.. variety breakfast selection in this resort and the view from room just nice.. inside the room have big bathtub also..just the resort location is abit far from the town area and train station..not so convenient if not self driving..

非常乾淨，服務很好，在景區內！這次延吉之行，選擇恐龍酒店堪稱最明智的決定！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就被滿滿的驚喜包圍——三米高的暴龍模型氣勢十足，卻搭配着工作人員遞來的暖心迎賓米酒，瞬間驅散了旅途疲憊，侏羅紀風情與朝鮮族暖意巧妙交融。 我們預訂的恐龍親子房更是驚艷，床頭夜光化石圖案讓孩子睡前充滿期待，小童專屬馬桶圈還能播放恐龍小知識，智能設備與主題元素無縫銜接，彷彿住進了童話世界。房間寬敞整潔，洗漱用品齊全，床品柔軟舒適，夜晚伴着靜謐氛圍睡得格外香甜，保潔阿姨每日都會細心補充物資，細節處盡顯用心。

在長白山眾多酒店中選擇了這個酒店是我覺得很幸運的事情。民宿很安靜，環境很不錯，客房非常温馨。有機場接送服務很貼心，管家服務很細緻入微，由於我們入住較晚，還幫我們提前將房間的燈打開，特別暖心。寒冷的天氣，開門暖乎乎的感覺真的超棒。同時能看得出民宿老闆是用心在經營，處處的細節都不含糊，房間的洗漱用品，裝飾，材質，房間香味全部戳在我心頭。同時我們晚餐也是在這裏用的，食材很新鮮，味道也不錯。總而言之，我給打滿分，雖然並不是無可挑剔，無與倫比，但是我覺得能看到誠意和心意非常重要。我會把那日泊推薦給更多的朋友。
