Es un hotel resort famoso por su exquisitez y servicio japonés en Kenting. La habitación ha sido renovada, por lo que no tienes que preocuparte por ser vieja. El balcón permite ver la piscina. La piscina no es grande, pero hay una piscina caliente circular al aire libre con masajes, que es bastante buena. El diseño del baño de la habitación no es bueno, el espacio es pequeño y el diseño del soporte del cabezal de la ducha no es razonable, lo que hace que la posición de la salida de agua sea incómoda. El personal de servicio es muy trabajador y entusiasta. Si tienes alguna pregunta que conozcan o escuchen de ti al pasar, te la informarán detalladamente y de forma proactiva. Al reservar una habitación en Ctrip, debes ir a la recepción para comprar un cupón de desayuno. Vale la pena comprarlo porque personalmente creo que el restaurante sabe mejor que los de la calle. Más tarde, probé el bar del vestíbulo y sabía bien. La ensalada griega estaba deliciosa. Hablando de desayuno, cuesta unos NT$999 para tres personas, lo cual no es demasiado caro, y el buffet que ofrecen es bastante exquisito. Lo único que no me convence es que los niños tienen sólo 9 años y el precio es el mismo. Esto es un poco diferente de las reglas generales. Vale la pena qued**** aquí para evitar los altos precios los fines de semana o durante la temporada alta.

Location - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha). So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market. It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it. Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it. I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient. The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad. I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby. I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again. (Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card) The late check out costs Ntd$1,000/hour

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación de MRT de Ximen y del mercado nocturno de Ximending. Mi habitación tiene una ventana y da a la calle. Fui allí durante el verano, por lo que la habitación estaba un poco calurosa durante el día. Tenía aire acondicionado, lo que ayudó un poco. Le informé a la recepcionista que el aire acondicionado de la habitación no era frío. La recepcionista le pidió a la mucama que ajustara la temperatura, pero todavía no estaba lo suficientemente fría, por lo que la mucama trajo un pequeño ventilador. Muy amable y linda.

counter service is excellent. as I need to make some currency exchange and it was Saturday afternoon where all the banks were closed. Counter had indeed phoned around and finally found me a jewelry shop which offered a better rate than bank. Much appreciated for the assistance

It was one of the best hotel we ever stayed! 타이페이에 오게되면 이 호텔에만 머무를 예정입니다 Specious, clean, windows, breakfast was superb! ( menu was changing every day!) Lots of amenities and some gift. Close to the station. It was quite, comfortable bed, nice lights. Love the big bathroom - clean & big jacuzzi! * pillow was too hard & high. * warm air conditioning is only available for below 14 degrees - it was 17c - cold at night

¡La estancia fue excelente! El servicio fue atento, las instalaciones estupendas, las fotos quedaron fantásticas y la habitación era enorme. Hubo un pequeño incidente durante mi estancia: mi coche recibió un golpe al aparcar. Gracias a recepción por revisar rápidamente las grabaciones de seguridad y gestionar la situación, que se resolvió de forma amistosa. ¡Muchas gracias al personal de recepción!

Good, this was the second time staying here. Train station is nearby, maybe about 5 minutes walk. Got convenience shop 1 min away. We're staying the room with bathtub, so it's a fun for kid. The breakfast mostly ate Chinese dishes.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel is located close to the station and maybe a 15-minute walk from main sites excluding the fort. The hotel is very clean and modern with a wonderful bathroom and shower. The service was very professional and included useful amenities such as free self-serve laundry. We would happily stay again.

guest house is so pretty.....overlooking the wonderful mountains. breathtaking experience. room is spacious and clean. got heater and heating blanket. breakfast set it very attractive. staff are not very friendly though, hope they could improve.

L’habitació està bé. Hem de dir que el sofà que hi ha a sota el llit és molt incòmode. Et claves fustes per tot arreu. No hi ha lloc per deixar les motxilles i resulta incòmode. Tot i això, és un bon lloc, però no el recomanaria per passar-hi més de 1 o 2 nits.
