We stayed 1 night for our trip to enjoy the Maine’s lobster. This hotel is located at the old port area where is easily walking to restaurants and pier. Nice, clean and good service!

La ubicación es muy buena porque no estaba en el corazón del centro. Sala limpia y brillante. Debido a la codicia el servicio de mantenimiento de la casa no se ha entregado durante las 3 noches que nos quedamos. El precio era extremadamente caro (de hecho todos los hoteles en todo Portland). En cualquier caso, una gran habitación espacial y tuve una agradable estancia.

I spent 4 nights there. It's located in the outskirts of Portland, thus it takes 30-40 minutes to get to the downtown on foot. Friendly staff. There's a decent gym inside. The only downside is the breakfast that could be better.

Todo ha sido adecuado. No está bien pero prácticamente: cerca de la carretera de alta velocidad y muchas posibilidades de compras al lado. Habitaciones eran buenas, desayuno no es especial. Baño relativamente pequeño, lavabo en el dormitorio

Very clean, accommodating staff. If I could suggest anything, it would be that they would explain when asked about being pet friendly that they don’t allow pets to stay in the room while you’re not there and charge a $250 fine if you leave the room. We were confused because in other hotels that we stayed, we were allowed to leave the dogs. This makes it rather difficult when you arrive at the location and you’re an hour and a half away from your house that you have to now find a dog sitter or a dog daycare while you go out of your hotel room to me it defeats the purpose because I know I would’ve left them with the dog sitter at home either that or they clarify their stance on such issues like “do you have a dog here well as long as he stays quiet, it’s OK“ something to that effect.

The people at the front desk are very friendly and nice. The heated pool was very relaxing, and the food is probably the best out of all the hotels I've stayed at so far. It's a very clean and fresh smelling environment just walking through the doors. I highly recommend the stay

The hotel was a great location near a Walmart and coffee shop and the hot tub and pool were such an amazing bonus to a great hotel~ room was amazing, and the service supplies a bunch of free things for your stay, toothbrush and soap etc….

UUsuario invitadoWe just came back from our 4 nights stay. The Inn looked clean and offered a good breakfast, although in a different building. That is pretty much it.
Our stay was not the most pleasant though. We booked a room for 3 people (we were traveling with our teenage kid) and at the time of booking I specified that I needed a room large enough for three people and an additional bed for our son. I called the Inn twice in the week prior to our arrival to make sure we had the room we needed and to let them know that we were arriving late in the evening. We arrived on Thursday night at 9 pm to find out that the room we were given was incredibly small and there was no place for an additional bed. The receptionist, a foreign student, called the manager who told her to add a cot to the already small room. We asked for another room and we were offered a room on the third story that was identical to the one we were given but with an awful smell and we declined it. The receptionist told us to either take the room we were assigned or leave. Little caveat, we had already prepaid a non refundable rate and at this time of the year there are no rooms available on Old Orchard Beach without a reservation. The receptionist did not seem to understand the conundrum of the prepaid non refundable stay and did not want to call the manager a second time to try to help us out. We did not want to lose the money we had already disbursed for our vacation so we had no choice but to take the room we were given, move the furniture around to fit a cot bed between our bed and a bureau (which then we could not use because his bed was right against the drawers). Every night we had to move all the luggage against the door to have enough space for the three of us to get to the tiniest bathroom you can think of (a closet repurposed as a bathroom). I do not understand why they accepted the reservation and ended up messing up with our vacation. They could have rejected the reservation saying that they did not have a room for us and I would have booked a room somewhere else. This small room could have worked for a couple but did not work for a family. The room service is offered every other day which meant leaving wet towels from 3 people's showers on the bathroom for an entire day. On one day, I asked for a garbage bag and put the wet towels outside the floor for someone to pick up. Same for the garbage. They sat there in the hallway until the next day. How do they expect people to shower every day, without a change of towels, especially after spending a day at the beach? There are a lot of things that could have been done better. We have been at OOB several times and other motels offer a much better service. I think there is a lot of potential but they need better management.
Will not stay there again.

YYUE¡Nos quedamos en la habitación en anexo y nuestro grupo quedaba en dos habitaciones. -muy limpia y nueva! La habitación es limpia y es spaciosa y la cama es cómoda! El baño es pequeño pero muy limpio! Nos dormimos muy bien! El desayuno era agarrado y va- bueno para los caminantes! El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. La única cosa es que una de las habitaciones tiene olor a una nueva habitación renovada - afortunadamente compramos una bolsa y no se quedó en la habitación mucho por lo que fue aceptable. UUsuario invitadoBreakfast was great. We had a little maintenance issue with the room but the maintenance staff came right up to resolve our issue. Front desk girl was very professional and courteous. She was on the phone with what sounded like a previous guest who was clearly complaining about something regarding the sales tax and a reservation with the previous private owner prior to Quality Inn taking over. She handled herself very well, calm professional and respectful even though the person on the other end of the line was not reciprocating those same qualities. She got off the phone and helped me with a great smile and very attentive to my questions. Great job!!

KKathleen TrudelThis one has seen better days. A lot of maintenance issues that had gone unreported for a long time. Shower/bathtub would not drain at all. Washbasin was very slow. AC filter was in need of a good cleaning. A side door is supposed to be locked from the inside but stayed open and unsecured all night. This was just as expensive as a really well maintained Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Freeport. Your dog is welcome but it will cost you a 15$ fee. The breakfast was good and had options for a take out box. Location seemed very odd, and seems far from Bangor proper.

We enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot tub, and the breakfast was fresh and well-prepared with plenty of options. One of the highlights was the attached restaurant — absolutely amazing food and service! I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

UUsuario invitadoRooms were nice, like the layout of them. Has ac and heater to set to your liking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was OK. However we didn’t swim in it. It was 9 feet deep on deepest side. We went for a concert, knowing they were one of the places that offered a ride to the concert however, there was only limited spots, so we didnt use that service. Bar/ restaurant that’s attached was a good size and offers some live entertainment on dates listed there.
